Très belle chambre spacieuse et hôtel avec du charme. L’accueil et le personnel sont très gentils. Le petit déjeuner est bon et lumineux. Nous avons pu commander à emporter le dîner a un restaurant car nous ne savions pas que l’hôtel peut cuisiner ds pizzas le soir. Nous avons eu froid pendant la nuit du mois d’août, et l’hôtel avait prévu un radiateur d’appoint pour chauffer la chambre.Very nice spacious room and hotel with charm. The reception and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is good and bright. We were able to order dinner to take away from a restaurant because we did not know that the hotel can cook pizzas in the evening. We were cold during the night of August, and the hotel had provided a space heater to heat the room.

Excelente lugar para llegar en familia. Resalto sobre todo la atención que recibimos, desde el propietario del hotel hasta el personal que nos llevó de paseo por el Salar. En nuestra próxima visita a Uyuni, este será nuestro hotel.

Hasta ahora es 1 estrella, vamos a ver cómo sigue, el día del checking trato pésimo, como que había echo dos reservas cuando le llegaron desde expedía el mismo email con el mismo número de reserva….. y el chico de la recepción diciéndome de llamar expedía, o sea hace tu trabajo… queres que me haga el CheckIn ya que estamos? Los pisos no son de madera👎, las paredes no son de sal, habitación helada, lo positivo, cama y ducha caliente y desayuno bueno

Prachtige, schone, kleinschalige en sfeervolle accommodatie met 5 kamers. De kamers zijn allemaal anders en met smaak ingericht. Sommige kamers zijn gemaakt van zoutblokken en hebben zelfs een bad. De douche is heerlijk warm en heeft een goede waterdruk. De eigenaren José en Gloria zijn super lief, gastvrij en helpen je met alles. José spreekt goed Engels. Ze runnen ook een tour organisatie, dus je kan bij hen ook (unieketours naar de zoutvlakte en meerdaagse tours boeken. In alle kamers en algemene ruimtes staan verwarmingen. Vanuit de accommodatie heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, deze kleuren super mooi roze/oranje tijdens de zonsondergang. De bedden slapen heerlijk, met lekkere dikke dekens. We hebben hier misschien wel het beste geslapen in onze 2 jaar durende wereldreis. We bleven daarom nog wat langer, 4 nachten in totaal. Elke ochtend staat er een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt voor je klaar. Het hotel is een hele fijne plek in Uyuni. Dus wil jij ook lekker slapen en in de watten gelegd worden, boek dan zeker een kamer bij Atipax Boutique Hotel.

Beautiful hotel! My room is spotlessly clean and is very inspiring, it has a luxurious feel to it while keeping its Bolivian culture. I have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels and this room is comparable to it. It has an authentic feel to it instead of being a generic, boring room even most luxury chain hotels have. But above all the hospitality is topnocth, like the other reviews, Jose went out of his way to cater to my needs.

Great Hotel for the price and worth

The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable, and Jose went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is at the edge of town and not the most beautiful, but the hotel itself is nice.

Es un hotel pequeño pues sóño tiene 5 habitaciones pero de muy buen tanaño.Está ubicado a más de 1 kilómetro del centro de Uyuni, sin embargo, personal del hotel los lleva y trae sin costo, ya sea del terminal de autobuses o del centro de la ciudad.El hotel es bonito, bien decorado y con muy buena atención.José, su gerente se emera por que cada uno de los huespedes esté bien atendido.

Altamente recomendable. Las habitaciones son nuevas y muy confortables, con todas las comodidades requeridas. Algo que note y debo aplaudir, es que los administradores hacen mucho énfasis en la limpieza.La atención del personal es excelente. El desayuno (incluido en el precioes muy bueno.Merecidas 5 estrellas de puntuación.

Definitly one of the best hotel in uyuni, staffs are very friendly, nice room and good shower, i dont know why people write bad comment about it and I dont really believe them. I enjoy my stayed in this hotel!

Terrible customer service. Trying to book a room the man in the phone kept on hanging up. Which is not great in a country you are visiting and trying to book your next stay at.

Das Taxi zum Zentrum ist nicht inklusive! Ich wiederhole "NICHT INKLUSIVE"!Wir mussten jedes mal 10B selber bezahlen die Lage ist eine Katastrophe! Beim Check in waren wir 1h zu früh da (weil der Flieger halt um diese Uhrzeit ankamder Rezeptionist hat sich sehr geärgert, wir dachten er schmeißt uns raus anstatt uns unsere Koffer abzunehmen, willkommen zu heißen oder uns erstmals einen Platz anzubieten. Er sagte er könne die Buchung kostenlos stornieren. Ich frage mich wo ich dann hätte schlafen sollen. Es gab leider auch kein WLAN um mir ein anderes hotel zu suchen. Ich fragte wieso ich stornieren sollte nur weil ich zu früh da bin?!?! Sehr merkwürdig. Nachts um 12 bekam ich eine Nachricht von booking dass das Hotel kostenlos storniert wurde! Ich nehme mal an dass sie keine gebühr an booking abgeben wollten.

Magnifico a dire poco!! .. questo piccolo hotel defilato ed ai confini della città si merita certamente il massimo dei punti per servizio e qualità di offerta.. le camere sono superlative arredate con ottimo gusto inserendo elementi in sale negli arredi ben integrati..servizio taxi x il centro città gratuito..è senza dubbio da scoprire ed uno dei migliori hotel/camere che abbia mai visto ...hotel costruito nei primi del 2019 ha un prezzo incredibilmente basso per lofferta che da ...ho pagato la doppia uso singola con colazione € 40 circa.. mangiare in hotel è a prezzo Europeo ...superlativo!!

One of the best hotels Ive stayed in Bolivia. Really great rooms (large clean and soft bedsand hot showers thats not dripping! The WiFi is a little weak but nothing to complain about. The complimentary wine and fruits / snacks were delicious! It is a bit out of town but they drove us to the bus terminal the next day for free.

Un hôtel très bien chauffé, au personnel très prévenant, la chambre est design et moderne, très grand lit, très belle salle de bain, vraiment un hôtel dun bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce quon a pu avoir en Bolivie. A recommander !!!

Bel hotel mais attention ne pas se fier à laspect externe qui ressemble à faubourg abandonné et sale. Chambre impeccable construite en sel. Attention quelques problèmes deau chaude. Pourrait devenir une bonne référence si les problèmes deau sont résolus.

Booked this alleged 4star hotel on Booking.com. The property looks awful from the outside, but the room did look quite nice. When I queried if we had been assigned the correct room (we had booked an executive suite with balcony, outdoor furniture and access to the executive lounge but were instead in a regular room without balcony or all other perks that were described), I got shouted at and was kicked out. It was very scary to be honest. Nothing else was said to anger the owner, it felt like I was dealing with a psychopath. As the booking was cancelled with Booking.com, I had no option to leave a review on that website. Avoid.

Worst hotel in the world? Run by a psycho crazy creature. The food is less attractive than a cancerous tumor, the room and shower are freezing. There is no wifi. Avoid this grim dump in a awful location like the plague...actually the plague would be more welcoming.

I do not agree with the negative reviews on Google. The hotel is based on the edge of town and the neighborhood looks quite sketchy. However, the hotel offers a free taxi service that will bring you all over town both day and night. A ride to the city centre is only a few minutes. <br/>The owner was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the bed was splendid. Our room was decorated with fresh flowers and rose petals and we received a bottle of sparkling wine since this is our honeymoon. Breakfast was nice and offered good variety. Would really recommend.

Worst experience ever!Long story short:I have been kicked out of the hotel after having a discussion about the pick up service with the "Hotel Manager". Seems to be a common thing to do in that place. Showed me once again how important a good Service is.This hotel is highly inadvisable. Uyuni has a few nice places but the Atipax is not one of them.

Absolutely horrendous place!The staff literally kicked us out of the hotel with wet laundry in hand because he was scared of a bad review on Booking.In more detail: the “manager” asked us to cancel the reservation on Booking (saying that we will leave a bad review), then refused to accept cards or issue any form of receipt, then turned off Wi-Fi (so we could not even book another place immediately), then put us out on the street.The place is run by incompetent, rude, cheating staff who made us feel unsafe.The worst travel experience I have ever had globally.

When I first read the bad Review of Maco B. I couldn`t believe what he was saying but he was absolutely right. I read it 2 days before our arrival. We had exactly the same problem with the Atipax. The communication is very bad and they dont answer the inqueries. We called the place two times for the promised shuttle and after 25 Minutes of waiting at a dark corner, we started walking. It was very unpleasant since the streets were very dark, dirty and unpaved, full of obtrusive homeless dogs. We came from a 8h bus ride with big suitcases. We would have taken a taxi but we didnt have any money at that time.When we arrived, the "Hotel Manager" was very unfriendly and after 2 minutes he kicked us out because he could not deal with us complaining about the leck in communication and the missing Shuttle Service. He blaimed us for the situation and was absouletly unreasonable. Even when we tried to apologize, which did not feel right for us. We are a friendly and very open couple and have never experienced something comparable. This was our first negative experience during our travels in south america.Uyuni is cheap and there are a lot of much better hotels or hostels in the city center.

Es un lugar terrible y malísima experiencia. El dueno del hotel es una persona malisima. Q nos canceló la reservación sin avisar nada y cuando llegamos allí en medianoche nos solamente dijo q tendríamos a revisar otro y no hay habitación disponible. Si queremos quedar allí solamente necesitamos vivir en la sala de recepción. Que mala experiencia esta vez y eso acto salió muy mala la impresión para todo Bolivia. Espero q tenemos alguna repuesta con eso. Y para todo lo q digo puedo ser responsabilidad y cualquier duda eso ya la orden de responderlo.

Un hotel horrible. Atipax canceló mi reservación sin avisarme justamente después de confirmar mi vuelo y hora de llegada. Cuando mi esposo y yo llegamos al hotel, el hombre nos dijo que una llamada de chile （ver foto adjuntadocanceló mi reservación con mi nombre y arregló nuevo cliente. La llamada no tiene nada que ver conmigo!!! DURANTE ESTE TIEMPO MI RESERVACIÓN DE BOOKING TODAVÍA EXISTE. 请谨慎选择这家酒店 订单会被莫名其妙取消 店家态度极其恶劣

Best hotel in Uyuni hands down! Owner and his family are super friendly. Taxi from/to hotel/center is included in the price. So just tell the taxi driver the name of the hotel and they will pay it for you. Rooms are luxuriously big, bathroom is spacious, everything is clean. There is no other place to stay in Uyuni that will feel this satisfying.

Mar 10, 2019Not a boutique hotel! It is in fact a guest house, with 5 guest rooms on the 2nd floor, served only by stairs (i.e., not accessible). Owner lives with family on 3rd floor. On ground floor, reception shares the space with owners travel agency (another bad experienceand a noisy open kitchen. Rooms are spacious, surprisingly comfortable and well equiped, but very noisy day and night and also very bright, making it impossible to rest. Location is very bad and a bit scary. Looks like a war scene, with dirt and abandoned car carcaces feet away from hotel door. Owner tries to make you feel welcome and even pays for taxi fares to and from downtown Uyuni to reduce the location burden, as the way is not walkable (dirty, dark and unsafe). Airport trip is not free, as stated in Expedia, but it is a very cheap 5 minute ride. Uyuni has some astonishing, breathtaking scenic views in its surroundings, but suffers from overall very poor tourism infrastructure, with bad restaurants, unpaved and very dirty streets. A real adventure for those strong at heart.

比較的新しいホテルらしく、中は非常に綺麗でした。オーナーがとても良い人でいろいろとお手伝いしていただけました。難点としてはメインストリートから放れており立地は悪いですが、タクシー代は全てホテルが払ってくれます。シャワーも熱湯がでており、満足で巣を夜0時を過ぎるとWi-Fiが切れます。Tigoのsimカードは電波が入りました。価格以上の満足度はありますのでおすすめします。

The owner Jose is a great host, very friendly, helpful and conscientious. The rooms are nice and clean with hot showers.

Hotel który z zewnątrz wygląda bardzo niepozornie - wewnątrz robi bardzo dobre wrażenie. Zaskakująco ładnie urządzone pokoje. Miła obsługa

Aujourdhui sest passé quelque chose de totalement incroyable et bien évidement inédit pour moi.Nous allions fêter nos 7 ans de couple avec ma femme et avions réservé ce soit disant bel hôtel Atipax à uyuni, une ville en Bolivie.Une fois arrivés devant nous nous demandons vraiment où est lhôtel, indiqué 5 étoiles sur votre site, car les environs sont dignes dun film dhorreur. Carcasses de voitures tout autour de lhôtel (cf photo), le bâtiment en construction avec du linge qui sèche sur le balcon de lhôtel, des détritus partout par terre, bref terrible.Nous entrons donc dans ce bâtiment, et nous découvrons une réception très basique mais une chambre très jolie. Avec une baignoire comme nous avions demandé. Jusquici tout va bien...Nous defaisons nos nombreuses affaires et nous installons tranquillement.. Nous découvrons alors quil ny a pas de restaurant dans lhôtel.Lorsque nous vient lenvie de prendre un bain.La, pas deau qui coule. Nous essayons dappeler la réception avec le téléphone de la table de chevet sans cable ni prise. Nous descendons à la réception pour demander de laide. La personne nous dit que leau nest pas allumé dans la chambre (hôtel 5 étoiles). Pas de problème. Nous ouvrons donc le robinet pour réessayer et leau sort uniquement de la douche, donc rien pour remplir le bain.Nous demandons de nouveau assistance un peu ennuyés. Un homme arrive, le patron, et entre dans la chambre sans demander, entre dans la salle de bains monte avec ses chaussures pleines de terre sur la baignoire pour changer le pommeau de douche et installer un tuyau pour pouvoir remplir le bain. Ce nest pas tout...TOUT dun coup il prend un appel et commence à hurler ou plutôt à parler tres fort au téléphone au point que je ne puisse plus entendre ma femme qui me parle.Je demande alors à 2 reprises à la personne de parler un peu moins fort, sans réponse... Jusquà la 3eme fois où il se retourne très agressif, en me criant dessus me disant que si on nest pas content, que lon parte tout de suite de lhôtel.Pour le citer (en espagnolvous êtes chez moi ici, je ne veux pas des personnes comme vous ici, prenez vos affaires et partez.De suite il coupe le WiFi et nous met littéralement dehors.Nous insistons, complément ahuris, pour lui dire que lon est très content de la chambre mais quon peu se permettre au prix que lon paye davoir de leau dans la douche... Mais il fait celui qui a raison et nous jète comme des malpropres en dehors de la chambre...Nous demandons alors dappeler un taxi, car je vous rappelle que nous sommes au milieu du chaos, mais il refuse et nous sort du bâtiment (que jai du mal à appeler un hôtel).Nous voilà valises à la main aux abords dune ville que nous ne connaissons pas, sans internet et sans aucun endroit où aller.30 minutes de marche sous un soleil terriblement fort, pour atteindre le centre et tenter de trouver un autre hôtel...Voila notre experience sur un soit disant hôtel répertorié 5etoiles. Je nai jamais vu ça. Nous travaillons tout deux dans lhôtellerie et avons complètement halluciné.Je ne comprends pas quun tel lieu daccueil soit répertorié.Pour information, il n y a ni restaurant, ni bar, ni jardin, ni air conditionné dans lhôtel. Publicité mensongère de surcroît...Jai de ce fait réservé un autre hôtel qui ma couté très cher à cause de la réservation de dernière minute pour une qualité quasi déplorable pour le prix...Expérience humiliante et inédite... Je vous souhaite de trouver un hôtel dans le centre où un hôtel de sel pour une expérience plus agréable.Bon courageMarc B.
