Excellent pizza 🍕 great easy parking, timing was as stated so I didnt have to wait longer than expected 😊

Crumbed camembert wasnt hot enough (not melted in the centre)

I just go there for the lamb shanks. They had run out last time I went. 😢

Got a pizza for my grandchild. Just a nice size and great taste. Friendly staff and good service.

Pizza was ok, the crust was dry and I just couldnt get into the flavour. I think there are too many choices on the menu which waters down the quality of each item. The garlic bread was just a cold bread roll with butter. It wasnt baked or had an ounce of garlic in it. Wont be ordering from here again. Not worth the price unfortunately.

Yesterday I ordered salmon and chicken pizza but there is few pieces of it that we have to search were is it so I want to ask why should I pay so much to you as you does not worth it you spoiled my party the test was sooo bad 🤮

This place has always been consistent for me. I know what Im getting - a large Purgatory & a large Damned to share with others! Soooooo good!Staff are really attentive and pleasant to interact with.

Came to this store conveniently on "black friday" and the pizzas were at a discounted price fortunately for me. The pizzas were nicely made and with good flavour. A bit dry though, some topping would have been a nice addition if the C.S.R would have used his brain or customer service skills to upsell. Unfortuntley he didnt. I came in with a $20 voucher and paid for a $16 pizza. Then upon realizing I wanted to get an additional pizza. So I went in directly after to add to my order. The excess $4 was gone and unredeemable? Probably into more hair gel for the c.s.r who served us. He did not say that the rest of voucher was unredeemable. I then had to pay $6.50 for an extremely over priced small pizza. When it should have been $2.50. Hells pizza recieved a 1 star for its quality of pizza. But it was dry, not in the warmer. The c.s.r was not practicing food health safety with gloves, hat or hair net. He was not helpful or informative, he did not try to upsell knowing $4 was disappearing into the matrix of hells pizza. There was minimal professionalism within c.s.r skills. The pizzas on a good day are grossly priced. I did appreciate the promotion though and the flavour and crust on pizza was unmatched. Maybe if I come back I will change my review. But unfortunately this is what hells pizza earnt for is bad customer service.

Great service. Even though the delivery was just a little late and we didnt mind, but the kind man delivering the food yesterday was too considerate about it and gave us a voucher for a free delivery on our next order. Never had a problem with our very complicated/specific order haha

Ordered at Hell twice and delivery has been on-time both times. Seriously impressed with the pizza. Hell is the only pizza chain Ive been to that covers every inch of the pizza with toppings. Has been delicious both times and they have the best sides in my opinion. Bit on the pricey side but worth it.

The pizza tasted bad. I was disappointed, if I lived closer, I would have brought it back and force fed them. This was not normal for there finished product.

Just ordered garlic bread via Uber eats. When it arrived the packaging was leaking and oily, I discovered it had been poorly wrapped. The garlic bread was soggy and covered in salt? I’ve never seen or tasted salt on garlic bread before? Completely uneatable and a waste of $12.50. Huge difference between Hells Hamilton and Tauranga...

Pizza takes 20 mins to order.Very large pizza!!!!! 2 to 3 people can share one large!!!Great pizza!!!

Yummy pizza, love the small gourmet single ones with gluten free base, just right size and their yummy hot chocolate gluten free biscuits are to "die" for. Should be "heavens" pizzas ,not devils.

Just ordered ubereats delivery from this place after having ordered a delicous meal last week from there, and oh my goodness Hell Pizza Tauranga never disappoints!!! The pizzas were soooooo yummy and the lamb shank I had was falling off the bone soft as butter! So happy with my purchases. Would 10/10 recommend to family and friends, Favorite place everrrr!!! Pizzas are okeay. Long waiting time which is highly disappointing. Customer support can be increased. Plenty of staffs working inside but still slow. Pizza taste is ok. Prices are also little high when compared to other pizzas. Parking is available.

Would have been more stars if they wouldnt have lost my order and let me sit there for 30 minutes like an ornament. The pizza is cool though

Delivery 17/04/19 . Order as delivered was completely wrong, not a single item was correct. Called store to organize a re-delivery. Store rep apologized, explained driver was trainee, etc. I understand all of this and its ok. However when re delivered (25 minutes after expected delivery time with 40 minute wait inclthe sides were fairly cold and I really dont feel like calling up again since I have once already. I just want to say to the management here, I know its a busy night but you need to try harder here. I would rather order from another pizza place because at least I know my food gets here hot and fairly fast and literally costs 30% less. Manager (or store repoffered free delivery on my next order. I am not sure I will bother to take up this offer considering the already high cost of the product and the service delivered. Thank you regardless for trying.

Missing with our food. Indian sounding lady called Sandy gave us some free ice cream! Definitely coming back again + recommending to friends. :)

Good pizzas, and sides. Very fast service for a walk-in order at peak time.The only thing missing was that they dont sell beer too.Pity they arent back home in Australia, I reckon theyd do well there.

The vegan pizzas are tasty, but the bases are regularly soft/soggy/chewy etc. Come on guys, manage the moisture content of your toppings. By the time the delivery arrives, the steam has damn near finished it off. I had to use a spatula to unstick the pizza from the box.We got a voucher for a free pizza after the last bad pizza. On redeeming the voucher, it was more of the same.Not worth the premium price point.Tasty pizzas, terrible execution.

As with all Hell pizzas the quality and taste is the same everywhere u go. Always good flavors and prompt output.

Good pizza, decent service it was a bit slow but it was Friday. There are several tables in the store which is great for those who need to sit while they wait or for families who want to grab a quick bite in store. The pasta and prawn horns were not as good as I remember them being a couple years ago tho.

Toilet and hand basin were unnecessarily filthy! And had clearly not been attended to for some time.Our friends were over charged and had to have a discussion with several people to get refunded.Customer service has been lacking here for a long time to the point we rarely eat here anymore from eating there every week or more often.Make sure you get your receipt & find a toilet elsewhere. I hope others have a better experience but I will be making the extra trek over to the pizza library in the mount from now on.

Pizza is always luke warm, picking up or delivered (Im less then 3km away). Not sure if they dont cook long enough or what?!?, Has happened every time I order from here even when I have asked them to cook for a longer! Not worth the large expense when you get like warm, uncooked pizza. Blah!

Really bad oil in garlic bread! Its too fat!! I have stomach ache! And so expensive for nothing!! Almost 13 dollars for a pizza with size of my hand! First and last time I come in this pizzeria!!

Food was half an hour late , then we were delivered the totally wrong order! Then had to wait another 45 minutes to get the right order delivered. Didnt end up eating till 9pm , over two hours after ordering .All we got was sorry bout that and a free bottle of Sprite 😕Nightmare

Love hells! But our order was over 35 minites late tonight. Sincere apologies from hells on cameron rd in Tauranga. Our $78 order was free and a voucher for complimentary pizza on our next order! Great feed and on the house. Crumbed Camembert is great! No competition. Hells is always best.

Our pizza was quite late but hells sent it to us free must say there pizza is so good its so worth paying for but as a company they do customer service so well thanks hells for staying true to you morals and standards

Hell in Bethlehem has always been a great experience for the kids and I. Quality tasty pizza in about 10-15 minutes. The staff has broken out the cool dice games, coloring books and extra take away coffins for the kids a couple of times (awesome!). They are generous with the toppings and use quality unsweetened tomato sauce.If you are looking for saucy pizza: Go to Hell!
