HELL Pizza Island Bay in Wellington

This is only about pizza, staff are awesome, Saviour is an abomination. Ordered by mistake, dont, horrible.

The food here at hells is delicious!! I especially love the list deluxe which the lovely ginger girl at the counter recommend to me, excellent service from her! Will be buying again 😉

The staff noticed I had requested my pizza without cheese from an online ordered and within I uses called to check if I was dairy free to make it in the diary free zone. I am not, I just dont like a lot of cheese. It was kind and thoughtful to call and check just in case.

I found the dough on my pizza super cardboardy and generally bad compared to other times I’ve had Hell Pizza, though it has been a few years since I last had pizza from Hell.I see that the average review here is quite good so perhaps I just had a rare disappointing pizza.

This is more a review for the cursed pizza I ordered which has chicken, gherkin and mustard being the main ingredients.......normally I would consider such a combination to be an affront to Italian cuisine let alone pizza but for some reason it is f@#$ing delicious....if this pizza showed its face in Italy it would summarily be crucified...will order again

I really like Island Bay Hell.they are supper friendly and kind. The last time I ordered a pizza online. It was on a Saturday night my pizza was about a hour late may be it was bit more than that. But they were cazy busy and short staff that night. So I wasnt that worry about it. But they ended up giving like a $35 give voucher for the my next order. So thanks that was very cool of you guys.

Really good pizza. Had the beast and a create your own for the kids. Also the hot wings are actually hot. Most of the time places say their wings are hot and at best Id call them medium spicy..... the carolina reaper wings were nice and spicy - just how I like em and deserving of the name hot wings! Well done Hell Pizza.

Just moved to Island Bay and the Hells Pizza there is equally as good as Haitaitai yay!!!

Time-wise the estimates are accurate, often quicker (possibly location basedthan what the website suggests. and friendly delivery demons! These lovely devilish creatures havent gone wrong in over 40 orders! (edit from 20 to 40 orders! These guys keep me from being hungry, and always keep me happy! :D

Best Hell’s branch I’ve been to! Pizzas are always piping hot and they aren’t stingy on the toppings. Perfect every time!

Awesome pizza! A lot of options are available from vegan to meat. Short lead time delivery, always sharp!

Pizza was perfectly fine.The store was busy making pizzas and taking phone orders, so busy in fact that phone calls were answered before acknowledging the customer stood at the counter in an empty store.Someone (manager I believelasked a staff member to help but to my surprise the help was wanted answering phones not speaking to the customer waiting.

Great food and great service. Never had a Hell Pizza pizza before and was really impressed.

Edit: Upgrading this to 4 stars for the fix. They were very apologetic and got the right order done quickly. Refunded money. Feel for them on a busy night and appreciate the service making it right.Busy mucked our order up and took twice as long to arrive. Staff were stressed so not completely their fault, but now waiting an hour and a half later while they make the correct order. They are normally good though.

Hell is normally good, but this was a struggle. Right from ordering when the person serving did not appear to know the menu. Ordering in store was generally hard.

Great options for customisable pizzas. Wide range of vegetarian am dvegan options. Upper end of the price scale for takeaway pizza though.

Hells is a lifesaver for wheat-free or gluten free vegans. My son loved participating in their reading scheme. Staff at Island Bay provide prompt and friendly service and it is actually quite a nice place to sit and eat during the day.

Always friendly and fast. Good constant quality. Good range of vegetarian pizzas.
