HELL Pizza Henderson in Waitakere

Once again the pizza has barely any cheese on it and hardly any topping. $25 just to eat a pizza base. So disappointed!

Went in store and ordered a vegan pizza tonight, received it and went home only to realise it was covered in meat.I called the store and they confirmed that the person who took my order made a mistake and made my order meat. Even after admitting they gave me the wrong order they refused to replace it!!I was left with food I cant eat and a refusal from the store to do anything about it.Avoid this place like the plague!!

After changing to the new owner, the quality is awful, not much topping, worst pizza even. Why I need to pay double price of them for a pizza worse than Dimino or Pizzahut.

3 times in a row now this store has got my order wrong, left items off the order etc. 3 times now that an order has tsken mote than an hour to arrive. By the time the good arrives, itd ice cold.Just not good at all. Consistently not good.

The messed up my order on Uber eats. Said they would send me a voucher and when I followed it up two months later after never receiving it i was advised that it was not possible to receive a voucher for my pizza that was wrong… one star is still too much

This used to be a good Hells Pizza franchise, but its definitely gone down hill. Very very slow delivery times. And cold food.

I ordered a pizza through the app, was told it would be delivered within 30 mins, it was over an hour and it still hadn’t arrived, I rang to cancel the order as we had made other arrangements and I hadn’t been updated, the driver arrived 1.5 hrs after I had ordered the food, I told him to send it back as I had made other arrangements, I rang to speak to the owner the following day, he will not return my call, I’m still $75 out of pocket,, no refund paid, I’m going to get Mastercard to reverse the payment, easily worst ordering experience to date, 3.8 google rating go figure

Waited 50min after the advised pickup time... killed the evening.

Ridiculous wait times. I waited 30 minutes for one pizza only to be told 15 more minutes. Who do they think they are??

If you are a Satan worshipper there is no better Pizza company that Hells.

Worst hells pizza hands in the 20 years I have been eating it. My god. I just don’t have anything good to say at all. How to manage to overcook both the pizzas and the pasta, yet undercook they wedges? The mind boggles. Sort it out

Ordered a burger pizza with beyond meat. Was given beef instead. Rang to complain and expected a refund/replacement. Was told to email a picture of the pizza and that it could take up to 1 day for them to respond as they need to ensure "people arent stealing from them" and they "are so busy". So they took my money, gave me beef, implied Im trying to steal from themand toldme they are too busy to deal with my order that I have paid for. Never ever going here again.

Pizza was nice but was basically cold by time got home an I was even early to pick up didnt take long took me 5 mins to get home an it was cold disappointing for the price you would want hot pizza other then that it was good

Nice staff and same as any other hell. However no parking at this store, staff sit in their cars parked outside the store on their phones using the only parks that would be free. Do not use this store if you need to pickup. Best to get delivered or walk to this store.

Had gluten free envy pizza and gluten free garlic bread!!! Even though its not really 100 % gluten free it was close enough that I could munch on some old favourites from time to time. Thanks

I ordered the original wrath pizza thin base from here. I was really disappointed with the toppings. Far in between and hardly any cheese. Rip off.

Consistently delicious pizza, I end up eating here more often than I should! Every single dessert is incredible. Absolutely love how many vegan and vegetarian options there are. The staff are all great and the place is always clean when I visit.

I ordered a vege Mahem as Im vegeterian but I was given a chicken one instead which had also been dropped. I rung the store for some help and they said it wasnt their problem as it had to be sorted through Uber Eats (which I understandbut it wasnt Uber Eats problem my pizza was made wrong though, Maybe the dropping part I dont know?. I didnt get a sorry or any help on how to fix the issue which was frustrating. I did end up getting a refund from Uber Eats as I figured out how to do it on my own but that didnt even cover the delivery fee. In the past I have had this pizza and its always bad quality at the Henderson store. Should of stuck with the Westgate store they make the best pizzas there :I wouldnt reccomend this store to anyone!

I love the jalapenos and chicken pieces. Daughter had lamb shank which she loved. I am a frequent visitor, easy to use website, times given are fairly close. Friendly staff, who recognise me when I come to pick up order.

Yum food, but what puts them above the rest is their customer service and how theyre happy to cater for my special needs child. A+

Online order thats easy to do on a phone makes ordering ahead a breeze. Cool to that they allow payment on pick up unlike other outlets. Food is great, quality ingredients well put together

Ordered a pizza, a pasta and a brownie. Was 👎🏾 pasta was bland like it was premade and just heated up, couldnt eat it, ended up scraping everything off the pizza and just eating the base 🤦🏽‍♀️ majority of the food went in the bin. Brownie was good though. Wont be back again.

Food here is fine but the delivery service... really terrible in my experience. I waited over an hour and a half for 1 pizza and some chicken wing. So all in all, do not use their delivery service if you dont have to.

The pizza we ordered missed the mark in regards to quality this time round, have had much better from this store in the past.

Always a good pizza from Hell. Always consistent with the quality from other stores.Have used this store for pickup and delivery. All have been successful and no issues.Big selection of pizzas, sides and even full meals if you feel like something different.

Crumbed camembert is mint!The chipotle salad advertised with chicken, bacon and avocado on the other hand is pretty average.Two measley slices of avocado. Im talking 2mm x 3.5cm x 1cm. Why bother listing it as the main ingredient if you dont put it in there?Wondering where the bacon was? All I got was very processed looking battens of ham/spam/luncheon meat!?Price was ok for salad but I wouldnt get it again.Prefer to pay more for the ingredients listed and a decent amount of them.

Really good besides the long wait time I really enjoyed the food. Staff also apologised for the wait.Found it ironically how I ordered two pizzas and was given a voucher for chicken tenders (which no one will use).My first time getting a thin stretched and I feel its totally worth the extra $2. Its that much bigger that I couldnt finish it and got to enjoy again on day two.Very much looking forward to the new voodoo addition to the family with my switch out for the vegetarian Quorn.Will definitely be going again.

One of the worst Hell Pizza Experience.Served pizza with hardly any meat or cheese on it. I used to work in pizza places, have a good idea how much meat and cheese should be on a 19.50 Dollar pizza. Also completely ignored my request to put sauce on top. This particular shop could damage Hell Pizzas repetuation. Never going back to this place.

One of the best NZ pizza chains you will find. Reasonably priced and a great variety that should suit most people.

Food is almost always very late. One hour plus delivery.For some stupid reason I kept coming back. Last time I had a dead fly covered in sauce in my food. The staff just laughed.Awful place. Stay away.

Ive eaten from here for years and always enjoyed it, but recently the service has really disappointed me, last three deliveries have been minimum of 20 minutes over the estimated 45 resulting in soggy food and the excuse is always having multiple deliveries at once. If thats the case dont quote 45 mins! And Ive just popped in and after waiting 15 minutes for order, I go to collect and Im told my order was forgotten about. Come on guys!

Absolutely appalling.I used to enjoy going here as the food was delicious. However, last two times I ordered (17/5/15 and 19/5/15the pizzas were terrible. On the 17/5 the pizza served was stone cold (partly my fault I agreebut they didnt even put it in the warmer and the guy who gave it to me insisted that it was still hot. Today I ordered for Wrath with extra pepperoni (Wrath comes with a topping of pepperoni). Not only did I not get the additional pepperoni, there was ABSOLUTELY NO PEPPERONI IN MY PIZZA. Definitely not recommending these guys to anyone.
