Pizza very good tasting with plenty of options. Best ingredients you can ask for in pizza. Place is extremely busy in the weekend so my pizza took long time to cook. I drove from City to New Lynn and still had to wait 10 min. But not their fault as they busy so thats why only 4 stars

Customer Service was great I was greeted with a Big smile and the acknowledgment of my hard days work was a great surprise and very nice to receive a small gesture of their appreciation for buying pizza from them.

Order via Uber eats. Order super late. I called the store. Told order was with Uber driver and out of their hands. Great! Order arrived another 40 minutes later by the manager of Hells. So never with Uber. Good on him him for doing it but super cold super salty. Awful!

New Lynn hells, 30 mins delivery. Its been an hour and were still waiting. I have tried calling so many times and no one is answering their phone either.

Always great pizza from this store! Arrives hot and efficiently. The pizza is always made to perfection. Keep up the great work!

I used to love hell but the pizzas were uninspired this time.

Deceiving on their prices, specially if you order online, be careful!!

Gave both me and my partner extremely bad food poisoning I got lamb shank and corn nuggets he got burger pizza and prawn horns and now were both unable to go to work and unable to moveYeah wont be going back thanks for that.

Most of the staff either arent wearing masks, or have them wrapped around their chin with nose exposed. The guy putting toppings on the food didnt wear a mask.

Always great good quality pizzas. I love my thin stretched double creator pizza with: ansjovis, shrimps, salami, ham or bacon, olives, capers, onions, mushrooms, garlick, parmesan cheese. forked tongue L2. delicious !

By far, you guys (at New Lynn branchare the best who has made the fully custom made Pizza. It has been awesome and the best part is you get it correct EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! You guys are amazing! I have tried 3 other branches before this but they keep missing out ingredient(sand though Ive order it from you multiple times (now a third time), you have been very attentive to details and the Pizza is really YUM and perfect every time :)A special thanks for the day when I came in 3 min after your closing time but I did not feel any kind of negativity which I usually feel from other hospitality establishments and your customer service EVEN THEN was hats off! and a really good service with a smile!

Everything was amazing, pizzas perfect! The desserts are elite. I never get dessert takeaway because they usually disappoint me but HELLs cheesecake and satan slider is 10/10. The delivery guy is so lovely! he was very friendly and Everything was delivered with care.

I find hell pizza to be alright to a point reasonable and it depends on where you go and who makes it It is a fusion of tastes

Definitely giving these guys a 5 star review. The pizza, wedges, and garlic bread were cooked to perfection, hot, and evenly topped. The guys that worked there were absolutely swamped, and thanks to a little mix up with the app our order ended up being 20 mins late. That was fine, we hung out and waited. Then the manager said we could have a drink to make up for the time we spent waiting! Absolute legend. Under pressure, and the pizzas were perfect. You cant beat that!

I was just asked by my delivery guy to leave a review, and since I have a lot of reason to feel positively about this store I thought Id take that advice. Even amongst Hells Pizza franchises, New Lynn Really stands out for its quality preparation and excellent customer service. Never had anything to say about them that wasnt positive.

Hi,I really didnt want to give even 1 star for hell pizza. Horrible service and waiting time was so long. Even after the time of pickup I had to wait for another 25 mins to get my pizza and since one of my friend said they have different dipping spicy sauce I asked of it but when I tasted the pizza I got to know they had added on top of the pizza as well which made it super spicy which I did not request for. also I ordered a customized pizza which went totally wrong... I guess I would never order pizza again from hell. Im totally disappointed.

Got double Mordor and wedges. Food was excellent. Store was very clean and staff were awesome and very friendly.

Love their range of pizzas. We always get the LUST pizza. Bbq flavour with meat. Flavouring on their pizza range is amazing. Gluten-free options. Unholy donuts are yummy for a desert treat.

Best service ever. Nice pizza. Chintan was so polite in talks.

Best mainstream pizza in NZ. Great gluten frew base! But what I like the most is the selwction of sides and meals that it also has. I highly recommend the ceumbled camembert, the chicken tenders and their potato wedges.

This store has many people under training. Not very confident about what they are doing. Hence, they try to take the order first and then give up in the middle and leave it for the other person to take complete order. During this process they miss some clear instructions from customer and deliver a mess out of the order. Not recommended.. not happy

Great Pizzas and worth the little extra you pay when comparing Dominos etc.

Forget the Yank idea of take away pizza usually all sweet bbq sauce and limp, greasy and try this chain of take away. Better than the "Hut" by a million light years, or that other red n white one with spots, This is a chain of NZ stores with a great idea. We had a large family get together and ordered 9 of these including vegie ones, Was a great choice, cant go past it, delivered piping hot. To die for

Dissapointed... really dissapointed.. the wedges were the best thing I bought .. garlic bread dry as .. pizza bland ... no taste . Crust hard . What a waste of money .

We met the loveliest staff member there who took our order and made sure we were well taken care of. He took time to run us through options and went above and beyond our expectations. Really nice pizza too!

I love their small snack size shrimp pizza. Highly recommend this with a coke and their tasty wedges. Only if youre a seafood fan. Friendly staff too

Made a delivery for a Pizza, said it would arrive in 30 minutes, arrived in 20 - Had to go AFK in fortnite and died. Wasnt mad, pizza was delish

Staff members are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Theyll listen to your order carefully. Dining area are quite clean, and the decor is very hell-ish. However, having plenty of windows makes the ambiance a bit of a miss. If you need to go to the toilet, you can ask and theyll usually let you use staff toilet. As for timing, this is where they need to improve a lot: Supposed to receive the food at 2:55P, but end-up having it at 3:02P. While other hell branches usually beat the due time by at least 5 minutes even at their busiest time.

Even though they had a Friday the 13th special going on with lots of orders coming in, they managed to handle them well and get them out ASAP. The front of house staff was super friendly and checked up on peoples orders if he saw that they had been waiting for a while. The pizza tasted amazing (as always), and I was highly satisfied.

Hells Pizza New Lynn is excellent. Love the Pizzas, service is great. They always remember my order. If you live in Titirangi, dont go too the one there. Go too New Lynn instead.Keep up the great work guys.Logan

Best Hell pizza I found in the city. Very friendly staff, neat n clean and nice environment.

Great pizza to have now and then, triumph over pizza hut and dominos any day.also the wedges are fantastic. We often come here when there is a promo.
