Really enjoyed the pizza. Great selection.

Pizzas were ready for pick up right on time. Toppings were generous and fresh. Love their vegan pizza range!

Pizza taste like cardboard. They cater more to the vegan people by trying to be edgy.

We ordered online and it supposed to be ready at 6 28. We arrived at 6 30 but a man told us it will take 4 mins since the fries are not ready. We were happy to wait that much time, but no one called us. We asked at about 6 40 if food is ready. Another man said 3 mins more. Finally we get the food after 6 45.It was rainy and windy, but it was blocked from the entrance, and everyone had to wait outside in coldness. I could see lots of empty and spare space, finally an aged lady just cancelled and left.I saw the employees were very tired and had a long day. The food was okay, but it was very unpleasant memory. I can see the service varies depends on branches.

It was a yard long Pizza which fed 8 people. Put it in middle of table. It was all pre cut. Lovely to eat and well delivered thank you.

I dont buy pizza but received a shout and loved the Gluten and Dairy free one. It was great, to not worry about allergy issues and freely enjoy the meal. I could see large pieces of vegetables, hence the 5th star. Many places now, one gets the crust, with spot the toppings and a huge serving of the sauce. Thank you Hells pizza.

deliverer was super nice, and the pizza is incredible, got the lust and added BBQ sauce, definitely recommend for meat eaters.My mum got the beyond pizza, her personal favourite for those vegetarians out there xx

Not enough staff to tend to customers at the cash desk.

I would have been nice for your delivery person to knock or ring the door bell to let us know our food was here instead of bumping it on the ground for the ants and it to go cold. Thanks not

The absolute best pizza in the Papamoa Beach area!We ordered two pizzas online using their website, and they were ready within a few minutes after I arrived. Service was prompt and friendly.It’s obviously a local favorite because it is a busy place.We ordered the Death by Frankenchicken and the Veggie Wrath pizzas, since we are vegetarian, and both were absolutely excellent! Probably two of the tastiest pizzas that I have had in New Zealand!We loved that their menu has SO many vegetarian and vegan options!If you are not vegetarian, you will also enjoy their many creative and delicious combinations.One of the most unique and diverse pizza menus that I have ever seen...You can get the standard crust (which is my favorite but the pizzas are a little smaller in sizeor the “stretched” thin crust pizza. Gluten free options are available, too.You can pick up your pizza, pay a small fee for delivery, or eat inside. There are 3 large tables inside for diners.They will deliver beer or other drinks, also.Definitely try out this pizza ! You won’t be disappointed!

I have ordered pizza in contactless delivery, however the driver made sure I came to the door to collect even though I had specifically requested the pizza to be left at the door step. Secondly, the pizza was flavorless and the base was soggy. Not a good first experience from hells Papamoa - expected a lot more!

First time at hells pizza and thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and our side of wedges with 3 different yummy sauces. Pricing all good to.

We got a Seafood Pizza as a quick meal.Never agai5. The Pizza base was a good size. Problem lack of topping. We are the seafood swam away. Wont be back.

Never really been disappointed with a hells pizza

Perfect place for a Saturday night as the food is delicious as well the the Hell inspired atmosphere instore.

Im not much of a pizza fan so love how Hells has a range for "anti pizza lovers". Food was delivered quickly and still hot. Also, best donut Ive had from a takeout.

Ordered my food at 6,30 arrived 7,55,food was all cold on delivery not a good first impression

First time in a long time very poor food the pasta was cold and gluggy with fatty tasteless bacon very different from the last time I had it!Pizza was sparse on the toppings. Wont be back.

Ive just waited 70 minutes for my familys food, I decided to call and see how long it would be and I was informed its not even in the oven yet, however I was offered a free bottle of drink. This doesnt really cover the fact that it is now 7.45pm and my son has school and still hasnt eaten and I would have to wait another 30 minutes at least. Ive cancelled my order and wont use again, Im very dissatisfied.

Very good vegan pizzas.

Visited in Summer. It was very hot and A/C was not working. Ordered but it was unbearable with heat coming from pizza oven and hot weather outside and not even a fan for comfort. May be good place to visit in summer time

There was delay cause of order mistake but we got a free cheesecake slice so thats nice. Pizza was nice. Worth the extra few bucks compared to Dominos

They have such a great oppurtunity to make the shop nicer with their brand art etc. Pizza was average and honestly expected more.

Best take away pizzas in Papamoa

Good food, quick service and friendly staff. Weve had delivery several times when we havent been able to get out and its always fast and generally, the food has been of really good quality. Once we had a pizza that had gone round a corner too quickly and dry lamb shank but that was a rare occurrence!

The pizza was good. However, the place had poor ambiance making it more suitable for take - aways only.

The pizza was cold, the ribs had no meat on them and they had run out of the drink we ordered and instead if ringing to ask what we would like bought us a Sprite. We dont even drunk Sprite we would have drunken any other drink other than Sprite. We have had ribs twice before and they had meat on them and were yummy. These ones had little meat and the meat that was on them was so so over cooked and dry that they were revolting, probably overcooked because there was so little meat.

Love Hells Pizza!

Last evening 17 August 2014 our Social Club at Seacrest Resort held a Pizza evening. The evening was a huge success, everyone there (25 of uswere so impressed with the pizzas. We had ordered 6 of the 96 Originals and 1 Vegetarian. Every Pizza was flavorsome, tasty and delicious, and all who attended were suitably impressed with the selection. Consequently there were no slices left.I would also like to say that they arrived right on time and that the delivery person was extremely polite and helpful. So on behalf of us all I would like extend our sincerest thanks for the quality, ease of ordering and delivery and a big thank you for the deal you gave us.I can honestly say no one who attended would have any hesitation in recommending your store for its top class Pizza.Thanks a million.
