Can be improved more. My room is 1126.Pros1. Staff hospitality are among the best.2. Breakfast buffet is good and I really enjoyed my meal for 2 days. Good choice and selection.3. Hotel locations is good and very neat to Wakaf Che Yeh and Kota Bharu City Centre.4. Wifi speed is good.5. Air condition also good.6. Room is quiet spacious and I like it.Cons.1. Problems with a lift maintenance and the lifts are shared with other services staff. During check in have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a vacant lift. Some families with infant cant get their lift due to the lift are used for banquet functions.2. Have to request for floor mat.3. Housekeeping not remove a trash from dustbin and wipe all surface. There are so many ants and lizards in my room.4. Maintenance of toilet facilities quite bad such as a hose and shower head5. Sink no so clean.Overall I satisfied during my stay and overall experience during my stay is good.

I was told its a new hotel, alot of room still under construction (Sept 2022). the floor that we stayed the hall way carpet is quite dirty, with I believe spill from drinks and food. Food is just so and so, but hey its Kelantan plenty awesome foods outside.

Overall, i will say okay. Breakfast buffet is good, the bed quite comfy, ample parking space.The only problem is the lift. Need extra maintenance.

A lot of things not satisfying myself here. Poor in service. Lift under maintainance. Refrigerator not functioning. It suppose not happen during school holidays. Only two lifts functioning to go to swimming pool. We have to wait long to go up to the roof top seimming pool. Same as to get down. It was a very long queue. I dont think I will repeat my vacation here.

Just like other, this hotel is in the midst of improving its services to visitors.

Good location and facilities but the bathroom’s cleanliness is unacceptable. I’ve complained about the bathroom to the receptionist but nothing was done.

will be my first & last staying here.. the room is not as expected with the paid price .. I found on their FB page posted that hotel guest will get free two playland ticket for 2 kids, but also not as I expected, we need to pay normal price rm23/pax 😂 the reason is because we book through other apps (me ; agodanot directly book from them.. sangat berkira .. next time anything posted on fb need to be clearly mentioned the terms so that customer will be not confused 😑 booking through agoda pon kami bayar jugak bukan free.. secondly, when we went back to our room, the access card has been blocked, we cannot enter the room.. so need to went down again to ask the receptionist and no answer from their staff after being ask regarding this matter.. so dissappointed with this hotel 😑😑

stayed 2 nights in a superior king room on the 10th floor at this establishment .pro:room size is an acceptable size .view of the paddy field is a bonus.convenient location to mydin mall and other food outlet around.theres an evening market on friday at mydin open carpark.check- in is a breeze located on the 4th floor .ample parking space outdoor as well as the basement .coffee tea facilities provided as well as 2 small bottled water .con:toilet amenities and overall toilet and room cleanliness could be improved and should be stressed by the management as it looks dated and some facilities is unserviceable.hairdryer not provided in the room,when requested it was never followed up by the respective dept on the availability.upgrading works are in motion on every floor ,so noise could be an issue .traffic noise is very noticeable even on 10th floor as the window is not double glazed.spider cobweb is very visible in the room.the tv channels are marred with static.If the said flaws could be improved ,it would be a great place to stay.

Love the hotels breakfast....many choices, some different menu every morning and delicious too.Strategic location, away from KB busy town centre and has almost everything to offer within the vicinity. My 2nd time here and will be my first choice here in KB next time.

Great hotel, just when I was here, the hotel still undergoing renovations. Walking distance to MYDIN, largest in Malaysia I believed.

The location is acceptable, as it is not far from Kota Bharu. The hotels condition and facilities, on the other hand, are a disadvantage. Even though the hotel is still new (3 years in operation), the construction is still a bit sloppy. When I consider the durability of the fixtures after three years of use, I believe the quality is quite low.

Hotel is spacious. Restaurants are nearby. Biggest Mydin just opened. Not to far from Wakaf Che Yeh the happening night Market.

Excellent hotel with great breakfast buffet menu. Varieties to choose from. Perhaps, yoo much hahaha.

The hotel located at strategic place, the staffs are quite friendly, the rooms are decent.BUT! The toilet was not tidied properly, got molds on every corner of the bath room. Yuckks! Come on H Design!

Its really nice place to vacation.its have big pool (kid pool have a playground). its nearly next to Mydin.I love it

The corridor’s carpet are stained and smelly and i felt like scrubbing the toilet walls. Same goes to swimming pool area/floor Housekeeping needs improvement. Good breakfast spread

The front desk management was efficient and fast in doing their job. ( Mind you the desk is at 4th floor).All staff were friendly.. I stayed in superior room, so bed is expectedly huge and clean. Sufficient amenities provided : small fridge, ironing board and iron, ample amount of hangers.However, the bathroom wall need some scrubbing.Other than that, its all good. Oh, plus point, new Mydin had just opened next door. Walkable around 300m from the hotel.

Close to town and just beside Mydin Hypermarket. In 10 minutes drive to Wakaf Che Yeh, there lots of restaurants.

New hotel, fresh new facilities. Cheap price..only rm150 per night with breakfast on weekdays. Love it. Worth the price.

Nice hotel... The staff are really good, breakfast is also nice .. yet if you are hungry at G floor there are 2 cafes. Had roti canai at Cafe Near lift .. the taste was superb!!.. same floor you can find a convenient store open from 9am - 10.30pm. Recommended hotel in kota bharu. Yet only basement parking needs to be improved.

We stay in room for disabled. Very near to the biggest Mydin in Kelantan. Very near to Wakaf Che Yeh Bazaar. Well overall Im satisfy.

Is it all staff are not trained before work? All staff mostly from Kelantan have no basic hotel management, my room was dusty, mini bar no function, call reception many time but didnt pickup. Worse ever to stay here.

Nice hotel. Fresh design and looks new. Free basement parking. There are some nearby malls such as Mydin and G-Orange. The lobby is at 4th floor and is very neat. They serve free breakfast at the lobby. The room is big and also has good noise reduction and if youre lucky youll get a mesmerizing view. Has a rooftop pool, kids zone, gym and nearby cafe. Some of the free wifi are functioning well and some dont.

Poor management and very late service entertain. Imaging requested for a room service for multiple times in day but no one is coming until you need to walk in by yourself to receptionist. Very bad and poor service, never come here again. So disappointed

Check in was simple a quick with our Agoda booking. We paid RM490++ for the room and I thought it was a bit pricey but considering other properties were fully booked at the time, it was not something to complain about too much.The room was spacious with very comfy king size bed. The bedding was super comfy.The toilet was clean and facities provided was good. They had separate frosted glass cubicles for the toilet and shower.The breakfast wasnt too good though. The hot was crowded at 100% occupancy but the breakfast could have been better managed I suppose. They served a variety of local and continental food. Not much choice for a vegetarian like me though. They made us share tables to cater for the crowd, which was okay but some people might have minded I suppose. Food quality could have been better too.I am giving an overall five star simply because Iamaged to sleep more than 11 hours is one go, that should say something about comfort.

We stayed 2 nights on hari raya. The meals for breakfasts are nice.The room that we stayed is generally clean. But the toilet and bathroom are sooo dirty. I would suggest that the hotel management looked into this issue, and send the cleaners for training on how to clean the washrooms. Its like they only rinse the wall and floor, they do not scrub.

The room was cosy, relaxing view of flat lands of KB as far as the eyes can see. Located conveniently in Tunjong by the new and shiny Mydin and other big brands. For a bit of history, Kota Bharu town centre is just a few minutes away

very bad f&b management. our family stayed on the third Hari Raya Aidilfitri FY2022. our family went down to eat for dinner at the coffee house. the dish took almost 1 hour and one of the menus we ordered was prepared incorrectly. we asked for plain water even though it took so long to be served. the reason given by the available staff was that the kitchen was too busy preparing the cafe guests ’meals as well as ordering room service. then, during breakfast in the next day, we had to line up for 50 minutes because there were no tables available. I have never had the experience of having to wait in line for breakfast at any hotels coffee house. Such a nightmare. I have 3 kids and one senior citizens and yet need to line up for having breakfast. Really disappointed. my comment, the management of this hotel is very weak. always with the reason of many guests due to festive season. Please. Its not just you who open the hotel. there are plenty hotels in the big city with sufficient workers so that their guest no need to experience any delay services. stop using a reason of the festive season then you have crowded guests and the hotel is understaffed. Nonsense. Then tell me how does this hotel manage a corporate visits? how does this hotel want to manage a big event like a wedding or grand dinner of a company? the hotel needs to address the shortage of staff and to work out the schedule of hotel staff. in addition, the hotel’s underground parking area has no security guarantees and also no bars. your car could be stolen or robbed. for me this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. 2/3 stars is enough. very poor hotel management quality. I wont come back to this hotel.

Nice place for open fasting, view also not disappointed. But drinks need to improve. drink empty but not refilled by workers

Staff not friendly, theres no staff greet me and inform me that they move their reception at ground floor because got iftar booking at 4th floor. Even when call, the staff Fatin doesnt give me resolution for my problems.Receptionist service very slow, they simply photocopy your IC and didnt cross it. I saw right infront of my eyes, the guy before me, they dont cross the ic copy.They got different lift, for different floor range.NOT HYGIENE HOTEL, toilet bowl not clean nicely, floor got soap mark and black mold. Smelly wardrobe.

Cleanliness need to improve, the breakfast is bad, they never refill after the sahu, leave all the bread and food cold and dry , table not clean when we walk in at 7am when the bbf open

Tapi banyak nyamuk.If you are from abroad, this place is a good place and strategic to go anywhere like Pasar Siti Khadija, Wakaf Che Yeh, Pengkalan Kubur duty free market.so hard to find car wash nearby...Hotel WiFi coverage is slow in roomsBreakfast place is huge but food varieties is so basic.

Pretty much a new hotel - not expensive- near mydin hyper 10 min walk - ample parking - spacious room - clean -room amenities mostly provided like iron and iron board - safe - minibar.Tv reception extremely bad and shower pressure not so good. Simple menu for food and drinks provided. Overall I think it’s sufficient.

A very nice and simple hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Lobby located on 4th floor. Rooms were maintained well and cleaned well. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. Although a bit far from the city, but still convenient. Next to the hotel, there’s a small cafe, a mart and a supermarket across the street.

Thursday 3 Jan 2022. Room size 290sqft. Looks very new hotel. Room clean, complete with all amenities. Room rate very reasonable. Very efficient check in and check out. Hotel located very close to numerous F&B outlets. Just need to check the split units filters coz the ones in my room were clogged with dusts. Recommended.

Except for the location (a bit off from townand confusing lift, we have no complaint throughout our stay. Good customer service (we were given direct room replacement when we reported the broken TV and bedand nice Kelantanese warmness from the staff. The kids love the pool and play area!

Nice place to stay when u r in Kota Bharu. Located in Tunjong area, its a strategic location which is not far from a lot of attractions point. Got a plenty of parking lot outside the lobby. Check in and out is easy. The rate was neither expensive nor cheap. They never get embroiled with problematic issues about unclean and untidy rooms as the post effects of long closure during mco. The room was in a good state of cleanliness. For the breakfast, the menu was just limited. Not so variety but the taste are just fine.

Good management but need more level up. Because my experience when Ive been here is that the basic things such as the spoon to stir the coffee/ tea was not there. I need to call the house keeping to get it. Also, the mini refrigerator in the room was not quite cold. At first it was, but after that not so cold. Then, the channels on the TV does not have many options. But overall, it has nice views, nice lobby, friendly staffs and good food. I enjoy during my stay there.
