Great cute restaurant in the city...

Friendly staff, but took them 30 mins to notice us and take our order on a fairly quiet day, and 45 mins to take away the dishes from previous customers. The spaghetti carbonara was overcooked (the egg yolk sauce was basically scrambled omelet at that point), the lasagna was frozen in the middle and still remained cold after re-heating, and had no flavor whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend dining there but the location is favorable for a drink or coffee.

Absolutely stunning food, in a really lovely open square setting. Waiters were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be going back next time we visit the city!

There were 4 of us, and all of our meals were really tasty.

i was sitting outside on the terrace with my daughter in the evening, no worries heating system in the silling make us warm ..

Loved it. Interesting options on the menu, fresh bread, excellent wines to choose from, very friendly service. The carbonara is seriously delicious, but really everything is excellent.

Nothing special and far away from original italian food. It is a tourist place. Good for a beer but nothing else. The plastic flower on the table speaks for the food quality, too expensive for that.... disapointing...

Food delicious, service super high quality, vine was also very good, definitely we will come back in our next Visit of Den Haag

In the space of a year and a half, my wife and I have dined there twice. Two terrible experiences: bad food (fries not cooked and served too late, pizza overcooked and poorly garnished), unpleasant welcome. Go somewhere else, because there are nice addresses right next door.

Today I was there 6-3-2022.We went in the restaurant and were shown a table but it was very cold there from the door I guess so I ask if was OK if we went a bit further in the restaurant near to the kitchen where it was warmer and more comfortable. The guy at the bar was NOT happy with that because it was to far and he didnt want the the customers to spread out because I guess was to much work for him. I dont understand why because its on the way to kitchen 😕. So we sat down halfway still very cold. Food was good but not a great experience from the staff. My rate ❄️❄️❄️ instead of stars

Onces I orderd the drinks for family my beer never came... That can happen! Then the starters arrived. So far all good! Since then a wait of 40min. Everybody else got their food apart of us. After asking where our food was; the answer was "we where waiting for you to finish the starters"... Then we saw them checking the sistem.... Obviously they forgot again. After 15 min we received our food. Was okeish. Potatoes not cooked. Understandable after speedy cooking. On my way out asked for a compensation becouse of what happened. The answer of the manager was preferd a bad review than a compensation. Maybe he needs a lesson of customer satisfaction. - up to you if you go.

Wasnt worth the wait and money! Starters we had was brushetta and the aubergine and both tasteless, then after the starters we waited for main corse too long and with kids its not fun when things dont run smoothly. I would rather go to Fragitelli Restaurant down the road you get better service and tasty food!! Dont recommended this place, sorry!

Super lecker!! So delicious!!We were there every evening! Pizza top! Lasagna homemade and fresh!!

We had toasted sandwiches but should have had pizzas. It was just before lunch when we visited but would surely be great for a good night out or a full on lunch and suchlike

Very fine dining. The gentleman who sat us was very good with a pinch of humour. The meal was awesome. One of the best dates I have had if might sneak it in here as well

Just had a drink. Drink menu is pretty standard and boring. Inside the place looks pretty messy, small shop in the front which needs attention. Boxes on the floor near the toilets. Its a pity most places are understaffed and it shows. I asked the waitress for an ashtray and she gave me a full one... Not really how to do that. Did not try the food but kitchen and oven looks pretty professional.

Lovely place but the service is not it,I ordered a salad and they gave me chicken, I also ordered bread and they gave it twice and they made us pay for both of the bread plates, later one of the waiters came up to me and said you ordered the chicken polo thing but no I didn’t I said “salad polo” and they got a bit mad somehow.There’s one sweet waitress she was lovely.

We were helped very quickly and friendly. Our food also came quickly, it was really delicious and a big portion! Unfortunately we didnt have a lot of time because we had to catch the train, but after we mentioned that to the waiter, our dessert was served really fast! The vibe is also really nice and very italian. Really great service and a handsome waiter😉

The best pizza I have ever had. The crust is thin and crisp, and it was very flavourful. The servers were extremely kind and also taught and used the Italian pronunciations and used both Dutch and English. The interior decor and atmosphere was fantastic and the kitchen looked great. I will say the outdoor arrangements were good but tables and chairs were dirty and shaky (albeit it was a windy day).

We were friends in this cafe during the day. Ordered salad and pizza. First, they mixed up the drinks, then they didnt add the beer. Then they brought the wrong pizza that we ordered and the salad without those ingredients that are indicated on the menu.But the worst thing was that the waiter laughed at the fact that some did not speak English and did not even try to understand, although we tried to explain. he behaved frankly in a boorish way. I do not recommend that you don’t come to this cafe if you don’t want to spoil your evening.

This one star is only for the very poor service of the waitress. We asked for a table on the large terras, after which she walked to the far end of the terras to serve (othercustomers. So we decided to sit at one of the free tables, but then she pointed out that we had to sit at the end. She never said a word or checked-in on us; she just walked around, cleaned empty tables, and asked the other guests if they needed anything else. Eventually we thought that ignoring us had taken long enough, and we left. Then she said "oh". Only a few more words, like an apology, would have made us go back to our table.

Super nice atmosphere outside. Staff is really friendly and you get delicious food for the price you pay. Not like any other places in The Hague that are totally overpriced. Would defo go there again!

We love food and Italy, the best cuisine in the world ... we dine many times in restaurants and pizzerias to test the true Italian flavors ...What to say? last night I ate better here than in Rome and Venice ... Pizza is a fantastic thing ... It was served to us by the pizza baker, smiling and kind ... He explained to us that the dough is light because it has 80 hours of leavening .. super light. we were 2 people and we ordered 3 pizzas. wow! amazing! congratulations to all the staff.We will come back to try the pizza by the meter !!! a show!

The best italian restaurant outside of Italy itself. Very glad to see its still up and running after the corona lockdown. If youre looking for a bit of spice. Ask for some chili oil on your pizza! Gusto is a part of The Hague and always will be.

Cosy place with good wines and reasonably priced food. Service was slightly chaotic, with three different people asking the same questions without any apparent coordination - and my simple order of bruschetta classico becoming bruschetta misto, when I had expressly discussed the options and chosen the former. Oh well, Id still go back.

Thankfully stumbled on this place after leaving another nearby restaurant due to bad service and we were not disappointed! A relaxed and happy atmosphere perfect for enjoying a wine and good food with family. Could not recommend this place enough. The waitress had amazing suggestions and we were so pleasantly surprised. Would recommend this restaurant over ANY other in the whole square.

In Den Haag for few hours, I had dinner in this restaurant. Being italian, I paid attention to products that were fresh. The courses were well prepared (they looked better and "more italian" than the pictures).Unfortunately I had to leave earlier than expected to catch my train and the (italianwaitress was adorable. She asked the chefs for a quick take away service and charged my phone meanwhile. Thank you !

The best wine I had on this 10-day trip. My dish was great but the Italian waitress tried to pay off the tortellini that she served as the ravioli that we ordered. Were from New Jersey, we know our Italian pastas.

Delicious food, great service & lovely wine. The pizza that my friend and I had were excellent. Light yet filling, a hard thing to pull off. The wine list was good. Overall a well priced place for a good meal. Nice atmosphere too.

We where with a large group of people. Its a busy restaurant and it can be a challenge to get hold of staff. When we did had a very friendly girl who also helped out in food selection. Food very tasty, we will come back.

Its okay. Coffee and food are good, service is very slow it take some time to get your drinks. Inside it look gozy.

Such a friendly atmosphere! Our server was genuinely friendly and the food was delicious. Its hard to find pizzas that taste as good as these Neapolitan ones do. Especially in the Netherlands. One of the better pizzerias!

Pizzas are delicious, big sizes ("Mega" is for 2-3 people, impossible to eat it alone!), reasonable price. Friendly english-speaking staff. Nice location also. The restaurant was almost empty but even though our order took long time.
