Love the baklava, chocolate cakes and the variety of Turkish delights. They have great coffee too

wow, one of these places I never heard about and i am very happy i gave it a shot... if you like mediterranean delights, and coffee, you will be blown away ...consider the turkish coffee without sugar and enjoy some sweets next to it (eat).see some photos - i highly recommend

The desert was delicious But the price for a 2 pound box of Bucklava was extremely high $49.7.I personally will not be returning.

I cannot believe that you could sell this tulumba. This is just awful! It says on the box since 1871 and I think that you made it in 1871 and still selling it until now. It’s so soft and little to no honey with disgusting insides. Everybody can see that this is just not good.

Delicious food and desserts! Really authentic turkish food. It was just like the food I had in Turkey. Staff was friendly and quick service. Not from the area but been looking for some place like this back where I live, so it was a great find.

Came here for a turkish coffee and pistachio roll.Absolutely loved the coffee. Its served the traditional way with the treat and water on the side ! 😋In addition to the great quality the staff was extremely friendly. Living on the east coast I was not used to the kindness so it was definitely appreciated!

Luscious coffee and such delectable Turkish delight! What a lovely atmosphere. The desserts make great gift boxes. I cant wait to return!

If you are nostalgic for an authentic Turkish café experience, you have to visit this charming establishment! The pastries are fresh and delicious, we stopped in for breakfast and I was brought to the verge of tears with my first sip of perfectly brewed tea. Turkish radio in the background and the beautiful displays of traditional candies took me right back to my favorite place in Kadıköy.

Great atmosphere, food, coffee, and people! Im so happy I couldnt find a parking spot closer to where I was going or I never wouldve gone in. Well definitely go back!I must add, I took home a cherry baklava. It was AMAZING! I want more!!!

Went back home to NYC to visit family and baklava is always on my “food list” of must haves. Seeing how I was tight on time, I needed a place that would be open Sunday and had great reviews so that I could pick up a few things before I hit the road. I found this gem and I don’t regret it. Some many different things to try, space was inviting and the two ladies who helped me were very nice. I purchased a whole pound of original baklava and it was so good! Not overly sweet, flakey and just … yum! This will definitely be a staple of mine whenever I travel back to the tri-state area!

I stopped by in this location yesterday I bought nice amount of product suboregi is like oily as I never seen in my life last night I had to threw up imagine how oily it was I cant say how their desserts etc.. but Now I understood why they closed their locations in queens and brooklyn I wont be surprised if they close this location as well their quality is THE WORST ever.

Their quality is so obvious and their products are super fresh ,tasty and satisfactory.The awesome lady who served us was so noble that she guided us to find our other needs.She welcomed us warmly and added a gift to our orders.I will definetely use their online opportunity.Thank you Gulluoglu,you are the best.

Buy only Baklava, nothing else!The Baklava here is really good! One of the best I have had in the US! The 3-star rating is only for that.It is a overpriced place. They sale a lot of other stuff which is not at all great! They try to cross-sell/up-sell things along with Baklava which is their flagship product.

We love their borek .But when we came last time , the price was too expensive.One borek was 5.5 dollar.This is insane.But the taste was good.

My wife and I woke up late on a Sunday and went in after 2 PM and we were delighted that they were still serving breakfast. We were greeted by two ladies working there who were by far the friendliest and most hospitable servers weve had the fortune to meet. They even made this stunning breakfast for us. I mean just look at the food! Absolutely delicious. A great gem of a place.

Very nice Turkish cafe with pastries, teas and coffees.Update 12/19: They did a redesign recently and now its very nice and stylish inside. But they also raised the prices. Cappuccino used to be $3.50, now its $4.25. the new lady at the register seems very nice, but not very knowledgeable and a but forgetful. They used to have different milk choices, including lactose free. Now she said its just regular milk and heavy cream. And when I gave her a $5, she started giving me .75 in change in nickels. I said no thanks and ended up paying $5 for a mediocre cappuccino. Its still very nice inside and the pastries are great, but it seems like its moving in the wrong direction.

I regret to write this review but i have to. Staff was always too nice whenever i went there. But for last two orders, the freshness of the baklava and some other desserts made me feel upset about this place. Even last time i left the half of the baklava on the table. Hope to see more fresh desserts on there cuz love this place.

Thank you for $50+ junk. The taste of baklava was 15 days old left over. I think they have started selling baklava from local store with gulluoglu brand. I will never stop by there anymore..

An absolute treasure at the heart of the Cliffside Park! The service couldnt have been better. There is a huge selection. You name it, they have it all! The desserts and the pastries are amazing. I never had it better.

It has been a while I havent been in Cliffside Park. My goodness gracious, I love this place! It was an excellent experience from start to finish. First of all, the staff is super friendly and the service is awesome. It was really quick. I didnt have to wait at all. My favorite is the Turkish Breakfast. By far, the best I have ever had. I would recommend this place eyes closed if you are looking for a good time with delicious food. Will definitely go to Cliffside Park more often from now on just to have breakfast in this place.

They were ot of alot of their desserts on Sunday evening, no cheese or fruit cakes of any kind.The place was cozy and quiet, the mens room was very clean.

A jewel, period. Locally and freshly made, delicious Turkish diserts. If you want to have a real Turkish cup of coffee with Baklava the way they have it in Istanbul then this is the place. You can see how this is the real deal by the clientele (mostly Turkish customers during my two visits there). Friendly staff and teadonable prices.

Haven’t been there in person*** one my clients brought me a small box of baklava (pistachio25 little slices, absolutely to die for wow! Delicious. I’ll be stopping be in person to see what other treats they have. Thank you

I love this place. It has authentic Turkish baklava which is rare and they also make it well, which is even better.

Lovely little café that made me feel like I was right back in İstanbul. Very pleasant lady who prepared a perfect Turkish coffee for me. Theyve got a nice faux fireplace heater and wifi, though it could be a bit spotty.

The lady serving us was great , great Turkish coffee and baklava too. A very nice experience indeed.

I dont care for baklava. I went there once with my hubby. He loves baklava but not theirs. And they closed very early. But the employee was nice enough to keep the store open a little longer for us.
