This wasn’t a place I was raving to see when I came to Dublin… just due to the fact I hadn’t tried Guinness and didn’t see the rave too it. But how wrong was I!!It’s fantastic!!! Tell you all about the start to the present of Guinness. You get to try Guinness too which to my surprise.. I enjoyed it.Also went to one of the restaurants (1835 bar and brasseriefor food after the tour… it was amazing food and fabulous service.I highly recommend this tour but make sure you have at least 2/3 hours spare.

You get a feeling of a "day well spent" while coming out. Youll get to see each step of the preparation of the famous Guinness! Friendly staff and great environment. On the top floor you could see the entire Dublins 360 view. You can have a fun evening with your loved ones. Dont forget to get some souvenir from the shop!

An absolute must-do when visiting Dublin. Every part of this adventure is worthwhile and memorable. The building itself is on such a massive scale that it is awe inspiring. The design is also incredible; from the shape and sight lines of the central tower, to the layout of the visitor walkways. There is so much to see and the experience covers multiple angles of inquiry. You will learn about the ingredients and the economic scale of the product, the history of the Guinness family’s impact on Dublin and the world, the industries of producing, packaging, and transporting the black stuff, and honestly so much more. The tour is highly interactive and there is a fantastic level dedicated to old advertising that I particularly loved. You will also get the chance to enjoy a perfect pint in one of the many great bars. This is one of the best tours to take in Dublin and is loved by locals ad well as visitors. I spent about four hours here so do plan to get there early and take the time to enjoy it.

This place is definitely a must visit place if you are visiting Dublin. It was worth paying money. Also, you can get a free drink on the sky bar on the top floor. You can learn the history and there are many places where you can take a cute photo😆The top floor is really busy to be honest but it has really nice view… It was really a good experience👍

Very nice place, to be visited by fans of Guinness, don’t go after 4, you won’t have time to enjoy everything. There is SO much to see. What I regret very much is the lack of explanations in other languages when you do self guided tour. I speak English but my dad, who was visiting me from France, was a bit disappointed because he couldn’t understand. Yes you can have audio tour but it’s pricier, and the tickets are already pricey enough. Magnificent view on the top floor.

We spend almost 4 hours in the Guinness Storehouse. It was very impressive. The history, brewery, marketing, it’s all visualized in a very beautiful and easy to follow. The decor of the property is very unique and modern. It gives a bit of an industrial look.We recommend having the STOUTie Guinness as well. It’s not just a Guinness 😏

It was such an outstanding experience! A 7-floor building, with different things on each floor. They dive into very specific details about how the beer is made and whats the history behind the invention of it. Such an interesting tour with great guides who teach you how to taste a beer and (if you go for the Guinness academyhow to pour it into a glass professionally, which was a very enjoyable experience! The experience at the end at the gravity bar was absolutely fantastic, with a very friendly crew of bartenders. If youre visiting Dublin, I highly recommend going there!

All Guinness fans should visit this place if possible. Spent four hours here and was such a pleasure. The tour ends at the top of the gravity bar which you get a glass of Guinness in a 360 panoramic bar overlooking the city of Dublin, Ireland!

An interesting journey through the history of Guinness. Split over multiple floors with some great exhibits and a tasting session included, the Storehouse is a great day out whether youre a huge fan of Guinness or not. The Stoutie (your selfie printed onto the head of a Guinnesswas also very cool! A Guinness in the Gravity Bar is a great way to finish the tour and provides amazing views of Dublin. The gift shop is also worth a visit on the way out if you want a memento.

Had my doubts if I should visit this place. After going there.... Do yourself a favor and do this if you re in Dublin!! It was a fantastic experience and the view from the bar was the cherry on the cake. What an absolute amazing experience, learning experience. And you get to taste the beer, theres a. Massive store (that is not that expensive as one would expect). Worth a trip here.

Loved it! So fun and cool to walk around. Definitely not a distillery tour but I knew that ahead of time. If you were looking to see an actual distillery in the works I would be disappointed but going into it knowing it’s a museum was great.

A must visit because a Dublin visit is simply not complete without having a Guinness at Guinness. Book tickets in advance of course. It is very very busy. Very interesting layout of the place and a good story of Guinnes. The freshness of the beer is amazing too. Gravity bar has amazing views. Highly recommended

I visited with my boyfriend while in Ireland for a couple of weeks. We went on the self-guided tour and were very impressed - significantly moreso than similar tours I have gone on in the past. Make sure you enter the tasting rooms as they were most interesting and added to the experience. While a little busy we still thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anybody visiting or interested in Guinness. As an aside, we definitely recommend pre-booking tickets.

We did the tour that gave us a drink in the gravity bar and the academy to learn to pour a Guinness. I recommend doing both of those for sure!!! We somehow stayed there for 4 hours and had a blast. The museum tour part was very well done and a lot of fun.

Visited with teenage family, a fabulous visit experience from the start. Informative and interesting self tour which is very nicely done. Great shop and the free pint of Guinness in the Gravity Bar at the end of the tour was the icing on the cake. Bought tickets online in advance which was a good move. Highly recommend attraction in Dublin.

The guinness storehouse tour is quite interesting. They take you through the entire journey of how they make beer and also showcase details about the owner, advertising and also transportation. You also have the option to take up tours where you learn to pour your own pint or get drink a pint with your picture on it. The tour is quite good. There are free audio guides inside the store which you can use by just scanning the QR code.

This tour is a must for all visiting Dublin. There are nine galleries over a five storey facility. The top level has the full glass 360 viewing gallery where Guinness beer is poured in the right way. The taste is so good that I am a covert now. There are other self guided tours with one which shows all the Guinness advertisements in an immersive gallery. It’s one of the best experiences.

Expectations were met! The tour itself was interesting, with particular highlights being the advertising part of the tour and the tasting room. The Guinness Academy was shorter than I expected with the person pretty much rushing through how to do it.The gravity bar was...okay. It is good to see the view and cash in your drink ticket, but it is nothing special otherwise. I was wanting to go to another pub after 20 minutes there.

What a fun brewery tour. Full of great information on the process and history, and how it’s impacted Dublin. One of the better brewery tours I have ever been to. You start from the bottom and wind your way up to the top where you can overlook all of Dublin with a free pint. I highly recommend taking the class on how to properly pour a Guinness.

Wonderful, wonderful time spent in the Guinness building! History with fun, good organization and excellent set up. The pint of Guinness in the gravity bar is so worth it! The view is phenomenal and the beer is so fresh and smooth! They have a parking that is only for Guinness guests and it is only a block from the building - so convenient!Highly recommend getting tickets in advance and getting there at least 10 mins before the tour start as there are lines forming. We had fun!

Fans of Guinness probably already have this place on their list. If not, consider reconsidering. While we were disappointed we couldn’t see the actual process (that may sway some people away), we appreciated that Guinness spared no expense when creating such a beautiful and rich series of exhibits. The delivery of history and information through the multi modal exhibits was as informative as it was entertaining. A person could take a couple hundred photos and still miss something.Even if you’re not necessarily a fan of Guinness but you like the art of brewing, this is a great visit. And the pint you get for doing the pouring academy and the second pint in the gravity bar are also great for unwinding.

What a great experience! Its our first time to visit Dublin, and Guinness Storehouse tour is a must. We got the self-guided tour and access to Gravity Bar. Very informative and interesting. It got better when a drummer and tap dancers performed when we were enjoying our Guinness at Gravity Bar and a group of musicians performed with their trumpets and and trombones while we were shopping at the gift shop. I highly recommend the tour and will definitely come back!

Overall interesting experience. You can walk around at your own pace like in a museum. There are specific guided experiences, but they cost extra (I didnt do them). You can also listen to a prerecorded guided tour on your phone as you walk around. The gift shop is at the start, but dont be tempted to shop before you finish the experience. Firstly, if youre not well versed in Guinness history, you might learn a few things that will make a few merch options more appealing when you visit the gift shop on your way out. And secondly, there is a drunk driving survey in one of the floors, where you can earn a 10 Euro voucher for the gift shop. The place didnt feel overly touristy, which was nice. I spotted a few locals.I agree that the walk can take 90-ish minutes (without the extra guided experiences). So plan for that.At the top floor, the Gravity Bar, you get a great view of the city as you sip a pint. The most interesting part was the history of cask making. Its really quite amazing to see coopers at work. The most disappointing part was the advertising history, which I think has the most potential. It was just a bunch of exhibition items with not enough historical context or explanations of the reasoning behind the designs. What was fun, though, was the accessible archive of ads (TV, print, etc).

Nice history of Guinness. It worths one time visit. The place is quite modern and well organized for visitors.During the visit there was also a kind of "tasting process for beer".There is one pint included in the price served on the rooftop terrace with a view over Dublin.Nice gift shop with authentic souvenirs, surprisingly not pricy.

Iconic museum describing the 250+ year history of the Guinness brewing company. Each of the 7 floors describe different aspect of the company like the brewing process (ingredients, process), the packaging & delivery (cask making, shipping by barge train or boat, horse carriages), advertising, company management through the centuries, etc.It is possible to rent audio guides or use your own smart phone to load an audio clip from the QR code located at each station. The top floor is a bar with a 360 degree view of Dublin. Most entrance ticket will include a drink at that bar. There is also a coffee shop and several restaurants, some requiring reservation. We arrived at 10 am and made it to the bar at 11:30, and lunch at noon. By 1 pm the place is packed so it is best to arrive early to enjoy the museum and get a nice spot at the bar.

Amazing experience! I suggest buying the ticket online a few days before. It’s hard to find availability on the day before, or on the same day.The experience is self guided, which makes the walking around a bit confusing, but the whole experience is so cool that we loved walking around the place, reading about the history of the beer and the factory itself. The whole experience lasted about 2 hours. We took a break at the cafe that they have inside to grab something to eat. They have some restaurants inside also.In the end they have a rooftop bar with 360 view to the city where you can enjoy your complementary pint, poured perfectly. Very cool experience, recommend it.

Not the biggest fan of Guinness but the tour is great. We did a self guided tour without audio. It was for a Stag do and it’s definitely a great activity to do whilst in Dublin. Depending on what ticket you have you can do a tasting, learn how to pull a pint and also get a free pint of Guinness in the Gravity bar which also has views over Dublin

Guinness tastes a lot better in Ireland, actually, it is the only place I was able to drink it. The Storehouse its interesting, you get a tour where they explain the process and history and end at the top of the building where they have a bar and you get a chip that you can exchange for a pint. The top floor has a 360 view of the town, which is nice, as it is almost always raining, and from there, at least you can see the city and keep dry. It was fun for a while, depending how many Guinness you can handle, it is very heavy and filling.

I was here 10 years ago and it has changed a bit but it has become even better! Several levels of learning about the process and passion they have for making Guinness and then getting to learn how to pour the perfect pint, drink it and then have another on their panoramic bar on the top floor looking at the city! Definitely a must try!

The Guinness Storehouse is one of the quintessential stops when in Dublin, especially for the first time. We purchased tickets in advance online and we’re promptly let in at our designated time. You can freely explore all the floors at your own pace. Plenty of interesting exhibits and videos. It was busy while we were there (late afternoon on a Wednesday), but the whole facility is very spacious and so crowding was never an issue. We chose the “stoutie” tour option which let us get our picture on the head of a Guinness pour (included with tour). So cool and worth the price of admission alone! You also get another Guinness at the rooftop bar which has 360 degree views of the city.

Self guided tour at your own paced. You can follow the crowd as there’s a lot of people most of the time. You start from the bottom level and slowly move up. Drop by the tasting room but there might be a wait for at least 5-8 minutes as they arranged group of peoples to go into the room. After that, you can get to level 7 and enjoy a pint. There’s several type of beers available that you can pick to enjoy. It was very busy around 1630 to later and there’s no table available. You would have to stand or walk around to enjoy the view if you like.

Booked ticket online for a specific time (we chose that time for late lunch, before dinner time). The tour was well done ‘on your own style’ and easy to understand and navigate. It was just repetitive enough to learn something and not feel bored. The advertisement history was particularly fun and interactive. Those that purchased the extras were sent off at the end for their mixologist and perfection pouring classes. We chose to go straight to the full pint experience at the Gravity Bar. Prior to the gravity bar Guinness will give you a brief taste test on how to actually drink the beer… it’s is not how you would expect…Gravity Bar has excellent views. Not enough tables If more tourists than expected, so don’t expect to sit and have a pint of your choice. However, walking around and taking in the views is good too.Great stop for all to learn about a major historical Influence on Irelands history and it’s people.

At first o wasn’t impressed with the beginning of the tour but wow my mind changed they had loads of information of how they make their world famous beer. Let’s just say Guinness is my favorite beer now lol. Seeing the history and process of how the beer is made helped me understand why this beer is so loved here in Dublin and around the world. The Guinness storehouse was one of my favorite highlights in Dublin. Very very kind staff as I ride the lift with other people a staff joined us and was just so cheerful asking us how the tour was going. He really made us feel at home here. Once your at the top with your free drink the views are amazing !! Make sure you arrive at your time slot this place gets super busy I was late because I missed the bus but they were still nice enough to let me in. You have to go here if your in Dublin .

Really enjoyable experience and definitely something worth considering whilst in Dublin even if you’re not a fan of beer or Guinness.Fairly easy to get to on foot, once in there are a few interactive games and photoshoots you can take part in.It is a self guided tour so you are free to stroll along and read as much or as little as you like. At a certain point you are given a small taster of Guinness with a short talk. Post this you have the opportunity to go to the sky bar which boats great views over Dublin and claim a Guinness. This area can get quite busy but it’s a great experience. Would recommend to all tourists / locals / any beer or stout lovers!
