Guesthouse Gjana in Kukes

The room was nice and the hosts were welcoming. Even though they dont accept dogs, they agreed to welcome ours. For which we are very very grateful.But if you are not muslim, this place is not for you. This family shut the internet and the lighting at 10:45 pm, without any notice or excuse. You have to take your shoes off on the front door of the house, the wardrobe in the room we had was full of clothes. The dinner we had was rice, fries, bean soup smelling and tasting like lamb, small salad and a small small piece of lamb. Not sure if this is regular for Albania.On the way to this villa, there were not many lights, the road was almost dark, with many holes.In the morning we saw it is next to a cemetary...This was a strange experience, I would not repeat.

Wow! Fantastic place! Best bed Ive slept in for a pretty long time! Super view, very nice hosts. Luxorious, cozy room.

Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber.Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Hof ist sehr gepflegt. Morgens gibt es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wer den Korab besteigen will kann auch von hier aus mit dem Auto nach Radomire starten. Die Straßen sind gut ausgebaut und man braucht nur 30min bis zum Startpunkt.

Nagyon hangulatos kis szállás, pont olyan stílusban amilyet kerestünk. A wifi nagyon hiányzott, főleg, hogy nem EU tagállam. Külön díjat számolt fel a mosásért, amin kicsit meglepődtem. Szintén meglepődtem, hogy az ebédnél úgy volt kiírva, hogy 5euró/fő, majd amikor közöltem amikor közöltem, hogy kérem,akkor közölte, hogy de ha húst is szeretnék, akkor már 7euró lesz. Megérkezésnél kértem egy üveg bort, amit 4 napig ivott párom, átszámolva 4000 Ft volt, de minőségre sajnos nem.

Ive had a pleasure to stay in Gjana Guesthouse. Everything about this place was truly local and amazing. The best stay Ive had in Albania. Owners of this place had fresh veggies from the garden, own eggs, cheese and rakija. They were hospitable, talkative and lovely. I recommend this place with all my heart 10/10 ! You must visit it.

This is one of the most beautiful guesthouses we stayed at, in Albania. Its newly renovated and everything is very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty.The owners are super friendly!We stayed two nights, because we liked it so much.

Very kind and helpful host. Breakfast is very good. The room are enough big and very comfortable the bed also. Bathroom is good and everything is very clean. It really deserves more than five stars !

Nous avons été reçus par une famille adorable et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. La maison a été entièrement rénové par le propriétaire avec beaucoup de goût les chambres sont modernes et grandes ainsi que la salle de bain. Lenvironnement et bucolique et très calme.Nous avons partagé le repas avec la famille nous avons passé une très agréable soirée en leur compagnie.Le lendemain après avoir pris un excellent petit-déjeuner nous sommes partis avec regret je vous recommande sans hésiter de passer quelques jours dans cette Guesthouse

Domacin srdacan, kreveti udobni, hrana domaca! Dobra baza za odlazak na Korab. Do sela Radomire ima oko 50min voznje.

I had a great time staying with this wonderful family and I will definitely be back. The place was great and the rooms were very comfortable . Thank you so so much for your hospitality!

We stayed for two nights with this adorable family and had a great time. It is an old farming house and the inside is completely renovated in a modern and luxury style. We spend the evenings cooking together, sharing insights to each others culture and eat a lot of the lovely pancakes and jam for breakfast. Their daughter is fluent in english, that made the communication much easier. Totally recommend staying there!

Brand new guest house located in the middle of some magnificent mountains. The room was very comfortable and clean (all refurbished by the owner himself). We had some food cooked by the family and it was delicious! We spent a lovely evening and we were very well looked after. One thing, the owners dont speak English, we were lucky as their daughter was on holiday when we were there (she spoke great English), a translation app or good sign language should do the trick though!
