Guest House Kofe in K'ut'aisi

Location is very convenient and service is very friendly

At first it was fine, but after the first day the hostess went downhill, we cooked for ourselves but i dont think they where used to people cooking. After cooking we cleaned the plates and furnace and pan etc, but she seemed to be bothered. When we cooked eggs the next day we also cleaned the plates but 1 minute later she came barging in our room to be mad against us that there was still egg on the plate, however it was soap and she did not want to accept that and walked out angry again, before we could offer to wash the plates again if she would like that. The day after we checked out at 11am and we where sitting with a few other guests and having a chat, then we had to pay and 1 minute after we payed (we where still sitting at the tablewe got kicked out for no reason. She was screaming ITS MY HOUSE GET OUT!!! Even though another girl that was also checked out could stay. So the other guest and me and my girlfriend where really flabbergasted. I dont recommend this place! The only good thing is that the center is really close but if u dont want to be kicked out and people barging in the door u should not go to this place! The husband was kind though and gave us his home made wine! But he wasnt there often.

The rooms mostly have a shared toilet and shower. The host told us every morning to turn off the air conditioner, but we had not been running it. The host banged on our door for 5 minutes in the morning until we woke up.

Так как мы с подругой отдыхали без детей( которые обычно требовательны к комфорту), нам все понравилось в плане быта. Посудите сами мы заплатили за 5 дней 30000 тенге на двоих. В комнате нас двое, душ и туалет на две комнаты. Кухня-столовая с выходом на улицу. Пьешь чай и дышишь воздухом! В комнате кондиционер он же обогреватель. На кухне всё необходимое есть. А самое важное это отношение хозяев как к гостям. Угостили чачей и вином своего производства. Покатали за отдельную плату по местным достопримечательностям. Организовали транспорт до аэропорта и подсказали как дешевле добраться до Тбилиси и Батуми, на что там посмотреть. За 5 дней пребывания в гостевом доме познакомились с шотландцем, эстонцами, филиппинцами, беларусской, поляками и итальянцами.

Velmi milá a vstřícná majitelka. Útulné ubytování s klimatizací, na strategickém místě a za super cenu. V noci ticho.

Хорошо что мы остановились всего на одну ночь.Замок на двери не работал, но хозяин его починил. Шланг душа в санузле протекал. Очень досаждал шум машин с улицы, просыпались ночью

Izcils saimnieks Dāvids, kas viesus uzcienā ar mājas vīnu. Un piedāvā ekskursijas pa apkārtni. Ļoti izdevīga vieta- 200m no centra

Хорошее место и замечательный владелец очень рекомендую воспользоваться услугами Давида для проживания и экскурсий

We were here in 2019 on our Germany to Georgia overland trip in the Kuga!Wow, what a great little place, real friendly owners, great stay!We had a double room, clean shower and toilet, great price and close to centre of town.Easy parking just below our room, we even managed to use a cable and plug our car fridge in overnight!Thanks.Cool bananas

Obiekt dość tani, ale jesli gospodarz zaproponuje objazd po okolicy to najpierw zapytajcie o cenę. Moim zdaniem zdecydiwanie za drogo i lepiej wziąć taxi.

Nice little guesthouse in the center of the city, which is really nice if you want to wander a bit in the city.Hosts are really kind and the room was nice.

This is a nice place and David and his mother are great hosts. The room was comfortable but a bit cold when I was there in March. There are two shared bathrooms with toilets and showers in each. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon drinking Davids homemade wine and making toasts. He is a driver/tour guide and if we had stayed longer we would have explored the area with him. He also has many good tips about places in Georgia further afield of Kutaisi. Hes very knowledgeable. This was a great guesthouse experience in Georgia.

Son muy amables, es un poco difícil de encontrar, tuvimos que andar varias calles para encontrarlo, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, es un poco incómodo que el baño esté saliendo de la zona de las habitaciones. Pero esta bien para ir a descansar después de horas de caminar por la cuidad.
