Guellala Museum - Museum in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia
Guellala Museum in Sidi Bouzid
Description
Very interesting and artifacts-rich museum!
We didn’t have the time to enter the museum but the whole scenery and the space outside are outstanding
MoreVery nice museum!
Super
Nice presentation of old Tunisian traditions, costumes, day to day life, pottery, mosaic, fine Jewish Tunisian & Andalous music in the background adding a very fine touch of transcultural authenticity
MoreA Djerbian gem. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed as the place well maintained and for once there is enough text to help you read about the unique Djerbian social raditions and culture.Note: for whatever reason, when we got there, we were told that the closing time is 7pm instead of 8pm as indicated online and on the entrance.

MoreOk , this is a place you need to see in order to see tradition .On February 2016 the price was almost like a box of cigarette ( a Tunisian one , that ... I think ... is cheap for a Museum that explain how people leave their , traditionally , a lot to read , and to see .Its not like visiting an ancient Greek place , sure , but humanly I think it worth it .
