Quality beers, delicious food, and great service.

Very big and very delicious meals in the center of the city. The portions are very big so don’t come here if you’re not hungry.The beer is also very fresh and delicious. We often went there after work and that’s highly recommended for some real German kitchen.

Great place to have a good beer and a typical german meal. Sadly they have no Haxen in the menu, just schäufele. I highly recommend the schnitzel with potato salad. The potato salad specifically is great also the beer.One important note: the German food tends to be heavy so be ready to pack on some heavy food, so don’t think about calories and just enjoy the taste.

Theres great beer here! We often drop in with friends for a couple of beers.

Monster schnitzle at a reasonable price. Beer is fresh and cold and staff are very friendly! Book in advance as it’s often fully booked especially during Covid times!

Portions are huge, specially the schnitzels, if you go with someone its super easy to share and both end up full. Good value for price 👌 the service is typically german haha. If youre a foreigner dont take it personally; people is very practical and independent, its just part of the culture

Cozy German food restaurant, with a nice variety of beer. The staff are very friendly and speak English well enough. From the outside, it doesnt look much, but its totally different inside.. I live 5 minutes away, and after 6 months I visited it, and I missed alot. Before I entered, I asked a lady about the possibility of having a drink only, she said yes and she warned me that if I would order food, I need to be starving, because the portions are huge.. She was right, I had to take half of my mushroom creamy schnitzel home and it was enough for my next days food needs.

My family and I found a great experience at the Grüner Brauhaus. We were able to find seating outside for our family and friends. The service was good and the meals were great! We plan to return in the future.

Edit:Went there in September 2020 again and the quality decreased.. the schnitzel was not even half as good as usual- just a normal unspecial schnitzel.. will go there again and see if it remains that way.. I hope the old quality will come back———-Best Schnitzel I have ever eaten !!! The portions are big the prices are super fair - value for money ! I will definitely come back and eat here.. they also have their own beer and a great variety of other beers as well. You should also try the Schäufele Salat. I recommend you to reserve a table since they are quite famous and it can get full sometimes

Got a piece of schnitzel almost the size of my face. Tasted great, and good beer too. Our server also helped me out with the cigarette machine since I dont have a German license.

Outrageously good value meals, great beers, and great atmosphere. The staff are also fantastic. I came here a lot when I had a broken ankle and couldnt cook and they were really kind to me.

Great atmosphere and excellent service. The food is delicious. You get huge servings so come with an appetite.

Food is good, prices are fair and service mostly friendly and welcoming. It is in the same building as the Comödie Fürth, so better make a reservation.

Great food! Very quick and very friendly service. The staff is superattentive. The atmosphere is nice. We come here quite often for good quality dinner and are always pleased. There is a biergarten in the summer.And their Beer is great, too.
