This is one of the best resorts Ive been to in the city. The place is very clean, and the staff are very kind and attentive. They are also kid friendly. The surroundings are very instagrammable

Very nice

Not the best but not the worse. It was a great place to hangout but the cottage or place for you to put your stuff was too small, there were bigger ones but I think it was too expensive. The pools were a little bit dirty since there would be stuff of leaves or unidentified piece of something floating. The slides were okay, tried one slide in adult pool, it was not deep enough. Then the restroom or shower or change room was not really okay. The shower part was okay, but the toilet part was disgusting. It wasnt able to flush properly. There were no place except for the disgusting toilet cubicle to change clothes after showering. It was questionable and only 3 cubicles that are available in womens part. Im not sure in mens. It was a great place, there were guest that entertained us, different types of slides, there were life guards and a place to ihaw your food. Great experience but not pleased.

Nice place more fun

It was the 4th time to this resort . The place is good, nothings new. Just sad because they dont allow fur babies inside and some of their slides paint were damaged, when I tried their slide it leaves a bruise on my skin because of the roughness and damaged paint.For me its 3/5

Staff was great and very polite and helpful. The amenities are great too. I just felt like the measurements on the pools depths were inaccurate. The main pool says 6ft deep but its at the same level as the other pool that says 4ft deep. But that was just something I noticed. The service and the place is definitely great. We will be coming back soon too.

There has been a need to change room since the attendant/ room service crew provided us a filthy and non working CR and a bed with overwhelming bed bugs, We paid for 24 hrs and yet we are not happy how they treated us. Their management should further look on the working ethics their current crew have, specially those who are customer engagement crew. SERVICE SUCKS!!! If there is a ZERO that is the rate I wish to give their crew. OBNOXIOUSLY Bad!!!

There are Swimming pools here and a facility for Events like special occasion.

The yellow and green slides from the main pool, as of this moment, are not operational, for safety reasons. But some slides do operate such as the adjacent blue slide.But still I had fun with my family. Just dont expect that all slides will be operational just as you thought it would be.

Still ok with me. They are to put up a mall beside the resort.

I already visit this place multiple times, its a nice place for a family outing, with live bands, and night life swimming... i do recommend this place 👍👍👍

The resort was too strict, the MEGAPHONE ANNOUNCEMENTS were BEING PLAYED EVERY 15 MINUTES LOL. WE WONT BE GOING BACK HERE. NOT RECCOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPECTING THE TYPICAL FREEDOM ONE CAN GET FROM A RESORT.

The Resort is still nice.Rooms are clean. However there is no avail soap or shampoo at the toilet.

Me and my wife (and familyhave been here many times. Always had a fun day swimming.

Very Nice Resort and two times visited here last year 2019 and this year 2020

Nice resort, the view is so amazing specially that giant boat in the middle of pool, they have clean bathrooms, just few slides are broken also we were not able to take photos at the top of the boat because they locked it.

The place has a fresh environment and a wide space for parking also theres nearby 7/11 to buy some foods-but the resort wont let alcohol inside. They have comfortable places to stay eat and enjoy with friends and family. The pool have lots of slides and a ship in the middle and caters to both children and adults.

The area is overall good and my family really enjoyed the stay!

It is very accessible and accommodating. The place is very ralaxing. It has many pool choices and a very instagramable area. There are also cute rabbits in the resort. 💖

In Grotto Vista you feel relaxation because in this place their are many swimming pool that you enjoy, the water in the swimming pool is very clean so you see the smile of the people visit in this place is very beautiful, and in this place their are many statue like superman, minions, spiderman, and etc. that can enjoy of the kids visit here, and in resort of Grotto Vista their are videoke that can enjoy of the adult singing the song that they want. So their are many choices in this place.

The place stinks, theres a pigggery at the back, and when the wind blows, ohh god, place is good if not for the stentch.

Accessible location and ample parking; with 7-11 out front and a supermarket nearby.No corkage fee for food and drinks brought into resort, so its ideal for family and friends having a day out. There are grilling stations inside the resort so you can have barbecued food hot off the grill.Multiple pools with relatively clean water, but its best to go there in the morning because the water wont be that clean in the evening, especially on weekends.There are a lot of huts and cabanas, but its possible that you wont be able to rent any if you get to the resort after noontime. There are hotel-style accommodations though.

Too slow service, weve waited so long before we get in even if there isnt much people there. the outlet from our cottage arent working, even the lightbulb are not yet fixed when we get there.

The sights were beautiful but a lot of prohihited such as cigarette and alcohol 🙂

Water was not very clean. You should be able to see the bottom of the pool. That being said. We did not get sick like in most other pools.

Waters shallow and seems dirty lol. Slides havent been thought of carefully that they have to be closed lol

The resort is accessible to public transportation. The shower room is clean and elegant

A great and cheap day out. Alot of fun. Unfortunately only one of the big water slides was operational when I was there. Hope they fix them soon. The pool was very nice and clean water.

The are is big, to accommodate few more events. Parking is ok too. Havent tried for night swimming but day swimming unless if over crowded. They also have mini zoo when we went there before. They have big snake and other animals. I like the mini park too, that both young and young at heart can enjoy the swing and others.Over all experience is good.

Nice experience, they have many private pool suitable for any occasion, the environment is good and safe, the employee is nice also, the swimming pool are big even though (to much chlorine 😢 but overall we enjoy our vacation 😇

This is a good place to enjoy swimming, the place is wide and with a lot of pool options.You can also stay here and even do an event here such as weeding, debut and other activities that might fit to their function hall.Its also nice here because you can just bring your food without corkage fee.

VERY over rated.....2nd rate pools.. most big slides out of service.3 step process posted to get in, should be 6 step.. EVERY STEP has a 5-10 min wait while they double check previous step...If you are caucasion, be very careful on slides if working. Entry angle is very steep and you WILL hit bottom...Only very good thing i found was good coffee at 7-11 store in parking lot... Coffee in park is instant garbage...

Great accommodation, clean pools, clean shower. With a new function hall, Grotto Vista Resort is the best resort in San Jose del Monte.

The resort is easily accessible to all kinds of tourist in nearby cities and provinces and can accommodate different activities in all occasions...

Awesome oasis with pools and BBQ pits. There is also a big snake in a cage for display.
