Gringos Tex Mex & Kitchen in Luxembourg

What a night and day difference from my last visit here. Guillermo is attentive and constantly checking on me. The last bartender wouldnt even come by.

First time there. Bar tender took order wrong. Husband got his food. He was thru eating before they got my food out. Put it in a to go box. Already sat there 1.5 hrs. Still had 2 hrs to drive home. Talked to a manager.she didnt care that I didnt have the time to eat after 1.5 there. Slow and not all that! Wont go back. Dont recommend ! 56 $ later walked out either my linch in a bag!!!!

Gringo’s Tex-Max here in Spring has been one of my family’s favorite locations to dine. The food is delicious and the service is great. We met Nancy for the 1st time today and I must say “she is divine!!” Thank u ya oh Nancy for being a wonderful person who gives a service that is hard to find as genuine.For anyone who comes to visit the Spring location ask for “Nancy” so that you can enjoy excellent hospitality.

Nancy was wonderful! She was very attentive, genuine and funny. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Best server there! I will definitely back!

I rarely take time to leave a review, but this time I just couldn’t help myself. I’ve been waited on by hundreds of waiters/waitresses that were really good at what they do. However I have to say that my waiter tonight was so good that I had to do a review before I even left the restaurant. Caleb our waiter is hands down the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everything he did was done with care and perfection. It felt more like dining with a friend.because he was so friendly and funny. I can’t say enough good about Caleb, and thank you doesn’t seem to be enough. I love Gringos for so many reasons, but I know now who I’ll be requesting!

First time at this location. Sat at the bar to wait for a table and ended up dining in at the bar. Larry took care of us last Saturday and did amazing. I will be coming back soon!! New Gringos regular.

Came to eat for lunch and Larry took care of us. He did an amazing job and was really attentive. He made sure all of our drinks were full and answers all the questions we had. He told us he work in the Bar on the weekends. We will come see him soon in happy hour and try one of Gringo’s Cadillacs.

This is our favorite Gringos. From the time we are greeted at the door with a smile by Valentina to our favorite server Angela Fields #11. We have enjoyable meal. The food is always delicious, especially the hamburger. You might be thinking a burger at a Mexican restaurant?? Trust me, give it a try. I am sure the other servers are amazing as well, but Angela and Valentina make us feel right at home.

I had a great Saturday night at the bar! The bartender named Larry was amazing! Great character and took care of us with amazing hospitality. Honestly 10/10 experience because of him! Coming back soon!

We stopped by on our way through Spring and were so glad we chose Gringos! Our server Lisa was fantastic - she had excellent recommendations. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We recently visited the restaurant while in town for an unfortunate family emergency. Our server Lisa was extremely delightful and really made our day. She was so nice and the Fantastico was amazing. When you visit, ask for Lisa if you want an amazing server.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant and location!! Everything about this place is good, the food queso and the salsa is to die for. But for my margarita and cocktails lovers, this is def the bar to be at and ask for Larry! He is the BEST bartender they have! I literally call and ask to see if he is working to go! My husband and I have been going there since the day we got married and never have we walked out disappointed. Sit at the bar, enjoy good drinks and also you can order there, and me being vegetarian, he has always been so patient with me with my complicated orders and never comes out wrong!!!

Always a great experience when Larry‘s behind the bar. We’ve gone to Gringos since they’ve opened spring location. Always greeted with a warm smile and appreciation when Larry’s working. Everytime I come visit, Im treated like family. Fresh squeezed margaritas and friendly service. Larry always takes care of me and you can tell he enjoys his job from every visit. "Very knowledgeable at sports" The food always tastes fresh and always enjoy visiting Gringos

Angela is the BEST server ever ! She was so attentive, had our drinks filled, and kept a smile on our faces and hers the whole time. And to top that off our food was Amazing as well. If you come here ask for ANGELA.

Went with a large group (25). Service was excellent! Chips and salsa were excellent! Everyone was pleased with their food. And all for a great value! Very impressed!

Ask for Josh he is the best server in the whole place!!!!!We sat at the bar 3 weeks ago the girl bartender was everywhere but taking our order or bringing us our drinks chips and salsa.Food was served cold took forever to get our first drink never offered us a second drink. We paid our check and left... went last week Josh was the server outstanding service and food was good and hot.

A special thanks to our excellent waitress Nancy! This was our first visit to Gringo’s and won’t be our last. The food was delicious and Nancy provided the most wonderful service. She is friendly, welcoming and attentive. My family and I had a very nice experience.

My family and I come every weekend. Tonight we had Caleb as our waiter. He was PHENOMENAL!!! He is friendly, on top of things and fun to interact with. The place was busy yet Caleb never let us feel ignored.

First of all we absolutely love gringos! We had placed an order online (which would be delivered through DoorDash and there was a mixup with our tortillas. We ended up getting a box of tacos instead of tortillas to go with our fajitas. We called the restaurant and the manager did everything she could to make it right and then some. She sent the general manager to deliver tortillas to our door and also gave us gift cards to use next time. Awesome customer service!

This is our go to place. Always consistent with the food. They stay busy and usually have a wait. You can go online and put yourself on the waiting list before you even get there. Staff is amazing. Food is amazing. If you havent tried it you are missing out!!

I love to order curbside from this location because I cant always go inside, but I do like to eat from this place whenever I can.I really enjoy the seafood enchiladas and the shrimp quesadillas. Unfortunately, since I dont often eat in the restaurant I am not able to get the chips with salsa, but the wait staff is nice enough to pack me some chips with a salsa.. the green one is absolutely delicious! Another sad thing about getting take out is that I cannot get the ice cream from the ice cream machine after our meal but I think the food is delicious enough that I am willing to forgo that ice cream.As long as the customer service is still good and my meal tastes delicious I will be coming back again and again to this place!

Customer service is amazing and food was great. We were told wed have to wait 30 minutes for a table and it didnt take that long. I would still suggest making sure youre prepared to wait but it was so worth the wait. Kids menu has amazing prices youd spend about $6 per child. Adult menu starts around $14. It was very filling and they give refills on drinks. Clean place and clean bathrooms. Nice seating area while you wait inside and outside. Free ice cream when youre leaving out.

Placed an order for curbside pickup on a Sunday at 4:30pm. I was given 5:06pm order ready time. At 5:35pm I gave up waiting for them to bring my order out, I called and told them I was leaving and requested a refund. Im still waiting for my refund. Parking lot indicated they were not crowded, not sure what their problem was. My experience with the manager and customer service have been subpar, I was told they agreed my wait was long and they will try to issue my refund.

It was a clean place.Sat at the Bar, ordered Mixed Fajitas although I didnt like the beef, the waitress did say it came with a medium rare beef and I personally told her I wanted it "well done" but they still served me the medium rare!! 🤨 Sooo, I didnt eat it!She was nice server but Im guessing 🤔 thats how they serve it in the kitchen regardless.

My sister & I came here after leaving Chili’s due to bad service and Gringos was superb. Our server Dominque was AMAZING. Our drinks were delicious - food was quick & hot and service was spectacular. I was shocked he had only been working here for five months because from start to finish we felt well cared for. Keep up the great work!

This is a huge place. Our party of 6 were seated immediately and a very friendly server was over very quickly to get our drink order. Everyones food was hot when it arrived a short time later and the chicken enchiladas and beef fajitas were exceptional. Do recommend!

Waite staff is nice. No wait! Complimentary chips salsa and Verde sauce. The food was hot. The chef stated be careful the plates are hot to touch. Boy was he right. I enjoyed my entree. Party of one.

The manager Luis and our server Caleb provided excellent service this evening. The food and drinks came quick and Caleb had a smile on his face the whole time. The watermelon margarita was to die for and we will definitely return!

Chose Gringos for their good reputation/consistency. Wait staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. I ordered the mixed fajita Vera Cruz which was a big disappointment. $33 plate gave me four shrimp brochette, four slices of chicken breast, five slices of beef skirt and some onions. Flavor was good., but would have liked a few more slices meat. If your gonna go light on the meat, go big on the veggies.

Had Girls Night and our server Sarah was phenomenal. The atmosphere, the food, and drinks were excellent. I cant wait to come back again experience the exceptional service that Sarah provide and let me not forget the bartender Josh.

What a beautiful place with smiling happy servers! Hard to find a place this awesome in this day and age!!Beautiful restaurant big and open, patio seating a huge wrap around bar..Our server just wonderful!!The enchiladas were mouth melting and flavorful...the soft beef tacos were large and delicious the free chips and the creamy salsa outta site!!Very worth the money!!The mexican music awesome while we were eating.And if you dont get a dessert they have a soft serve machine for free and you help yourself to a chocolate or vanilla or mixed cone!! Very satisfied!! We are happy we had a wonderful professional experience!If you reading my review go experience for yourself!!I recommend and give Gringos 5star!!!

The only reason for the one star is the service. My husband and I along with another couple went on the 24th around 530-600 pm and sat at the bar. There was a Hispanic lady and a white lady bar tenders. The Hispanic lady was amazing, nice and attentive the other little girl not so much. She was not friendly at all and messed up my food order. I asked for certain accommodations on my food and they were not meet and this is the second time with this specific server/ bartender. I hate I don’t catch her name but she needs to have a better attitude than maybe she won’t mess up the food order.Other than that , the food and drinks were delicious! Mine was also once I took off everything o didn’t want on it.

The food came out fast which had me worried but to our enjoyment it was very good and tasty amd my server did a great job I left satisfied and will definitely go again

This might have stolen the rank as our favourite TexMex place in Spring. Service was impeccable and enjoyable. Everything was perfect and tasty. We will definitely be back

After repeated visits the enchiladas are Devine. The fajitas are amazing so happy with the service and food. After every visited we are pleased with the service and delicious plates. Border sampler and enchiladas pictured.

I ordered the Three Amigos plus Pepe (cheese, chicken, steak and beef enchiladasw/ Mexican rice and borracho beans. The food was excellent, strawberry lemonade was on point and the server was very pleasant.

Food was ok better than I expected, service mmmm not that great, the waiter was kind rude because he was pushing us to get out of out table.

The staff and dinner was excellent. I highly recommend the Mexican City Enchiladas. It’s listed under the holiday menu, plus a bonus of 10x the points. It tasted delicious, authentic with the red sauce and toppings, and had a very nice presentation. My guest enjoyed her piping hot tortilla soup.

This restaurant was super clean. They were following all social distancing guidelines. The service was fantastic to say the least! Our server was Fabrizio... He was just amazing. Loved his personality and his professionalism. The environment was quite nice as well. The food was delicious and perfectly made. It was fresh and well seasoned. Definitely recommend this place as a hangout.

Visited here Monday afternoon during happy hour. They require that you make reservations online and to wear a mask upon entering. Which is for everyone safety so thanks for that. I ordered the seafood enchiladas which was bomb!! Lol I especially loved the rice that came with it. The happy hour margarita that I order was way to strong for me but my waitress brought me strawberry flavor which made it taste better. Overall I will definitely visit again!!
