Food was delivered hotWe had the Chicken Parma and the Carbonara. Both had generous sizing and tasty flavour. Surprised how good it was.Better than Stone Bar and Grill for those items. Looking forward to trying out more of the menu.

I’m very new to area. Tried grilled hut out first time last night. I was pleased to say that customer service to delivery time and I really enjoyed my pizzas!!!!Will definitely be back again.

Walked in waited for ???? walked out. Three people behind counter not one acknowledged us. A hello were busy or f... off would have been better.

Having only tried their Spaghetti Bolognese in late 2021, I can say this is the best SPag Bog I have ever had from a takeaway place. Its easily as good as what your favourite homemade Spaghetti would be. Seriously order it. Unlike all the other takeaway pastas Ive ever had which are El Dissapointo this is the BOSS!

I will never come back had items missing and wasnt good value for price paid not great customer service in my opinion.

I’ve been a customer of grilled hut for over 10 years now. Had some small issues over the years with different staff. Called up to order my usual pizzas tonight and get some delinquent female take my order. At the end of the call I asked her to repeat My order, she hung up. I called back and get her on back on the phone and told her to not rudely hang up on me while I was trying to get her to repeat my order. She repeats my order and says to me, is that it? Then hangs up on me again while I was asking her something again. FRUCK ME DEAD takes one delinquent DOLT to ruin my regular weekly haunt. Blondie wasn’t working but she gives the BEST customer service and knows me well. Time to shop around for a new pizza haunt.

Relaxing atmosphere, food was fresh & I would recommend dinning there if you love pizza, exquisite!

Phoned to order a gluten free pizza - as listed on the website page for traditional pizzas - only to be told they dont do them anymore! if you dont do them, dont advertise them on your website!! I wont bother calling anymore!

We’ve ordered the meal deal with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a drink a few times now and every time the pizza and the garlic bread has been really good!

Their Chicken Parma is enormous and so crispy!! Chips are nice and crispy as well when delivered and salad is always fresh. Lovely friendly service. This joint is our family favorite 🥰🥰🥰

Always good food would love to see the garlic bread, soft drink, 2 pizza pasta and main deal again though 😂

Pizza was really tasty and the dough was soft amd fluffy.. I had family tandoori pizza, it was huge and chicken was juicy..

Have ordered here a number of times as used to love the food but noticed a huge drop in quality in last month & inconsistency. pastas are not as nice either got too much herbs in them or very BLAND just plastic taste. Feels like i am getting a different pasta every time. need to work on consistency to deliver the nice tasting pasta they had previously. I am only giving 2 stars as delivery service is almost always early or on time and if they are late always called apologised and notified. Recommend pizzas but maybe have to look for a new pasta shop hmm

Save your dollars if you want correct meals ordered and you can forget it if you think they will make it up by giving you a hot replacement meals for waiting for correct order to be delivered to hungry paying customers. What a bummer, wish Id read more recent reviews before trying them. Hopefully they pull up their standards and focus on customer satisfaction. As sounds like it use to be an amazing place to buy from years back.

Absolutely disgusted and fumming over the lack of customer service and willing to rectify there mistake.Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered, one pizza was incorrect. Waiting over an hour for delivery.When they were contacted I was told a replacement pizza was over an hour away.After an hour I receive another phone call to say delivery was now not an option as they had no drivers avaliable and a credit was the only option.After explaining credit was not good enough and asking to speak to a manager I was told she was to busy and unable to talk to me.After going back and forth and still not speaking to a manager about there mistake, there idea of customer services is nothing short of deplorable and will never be ordering through them again.Management is gutless and they seriously lack any form of customer service skills.So much for customer is always right....Do yourself a favour and buy your pizza elsewhere.

RIP Grilled hutt , drop off in quality the last few months. Wont be back , time to find a new pizza shop

Used to be quality food, was able to justify the prices but has gone down hill rapidly the past month. Last chicken Parma I got had a nice dirty black streak through the chicken "breast" which I cant handle. Also the bacon and cheese cheddar chunks I recieved werent bacon, instead, processed ham cubes and came like it had been microwaved not cooked under a grill.For one person to spend $40+ on a single meal and for me- inedible, I find giving one star is more than appropriate for the restaurant.

Best pizza place ever. I have tried others and the pizza is horrible this place you get quality pizzas, lots of toppings on them unlike most other shops. Highly recommend if looking for a great pizza place this is the one to go to.

terrible so not what i wanted Gourmet chargrilled loaded with corn who puts corn on pizzas and for the chargrill nothing only been taken out of a jar and placed on pizza tasted disgusting never again

Always courtious, get delivery by specified time and value for money. A huge choice of pizzas. Also all toppings are fresh and alot on the pizza to enjoy.

Long time pizza lovers of grilled hut!My partner and I use to travel from Taylor’s lakes.. the pizzas were so good we moved back jus for them.... (slight exaggeration)Very nice staff and very taste pizza recently they made a mistake with my order and were happy to help us out and sorted the issues on the spot, highly recommend this place it’s amazing :)

Very disappointing the last 2 times I ordered from there the pizza was overcooked the bottom was dark and it was chewy you couldnt even bite it so this time when i ordered from menulog i asked them to not overcook it and told them about the previous pizzas and when it got here surprise surprise the botton was burnt again i guess they dont care about their customers enough to even try

Kept me waiting on the phone for 5 minutes while they took other orders. I called back and they told me to pick it up in 20mins. I get there and they forgot to make my pizza. I stormed out of there and im not going back. Had pizzas there before and they are mediocre.

So far the best pizzas in Melton and ive tried most.Mine have been made to a consistent standard each time with no shortage of fresh topping.There bases are just right,not to thick or thin with a nice crispness to them.Toppings are of a generous amount but not overly packed which gives you a nice flavoursome pizza.. nothing worse than getting a cake of a pizza with no flavour.I highly recommend anyone to try these pizzas BUT dont be discouraged by the way the shop looks on the inside... i must admit it could do with a really good make over,theres plenty of room for improvement in that department but for now there pizzas are still number 1... ENJOY!!!

Trying all pizza places in Melton before we settle on 1 or 2 regular ones. Tried Grilled Hut and as I write this, we have not even tasted the food yet. BUT..............we will NOT be future customers EVER based on the older womans very poor customer service. Just who on earth did she think she was talking to the way she did? Surely somebody has pulled her up to quietly tell her not to talk to the customers like they are trash in a dismissive manner, rushing around like she had 400 orders to fill. Not impressed.
