The worst experience in Stockholm! Very bad customer care. Never more!

I love everything about the restaurant, from the food, the waitress, the manager, to the atmosphere. The food was really good (grilled striploin, lamb and sweet potatoes). I highly recommend it.Plus the fried broccoli tasted really good.

Very nice place with interesting interior (multiple different themed areas). You really get what you pay for, together with superb service.

Excellent food and great service. High meat quality on the ribeye, exactly what you can and should expect from this type of restaurant. Cocktail, Gin & Tonic was good, they added a branch of rosemary which lifted it up to a new level.

Easter dinner with my partner. We chose meat on a bone which was very satisfying. Great meat and I loved the garlic onion butter and my partner loved the wine sause.A great combination of grilled vegetable, potato, fries and meat.We had a wonderful evening talking to a lady next to us, and served by the best server. We can absolute recommend getting seated in Patsys area. A shout out for her! A gold star!We and the lady next to us loved the service and chatting together.This will be a night to remember.The atmosphere is great too. The different sections in the restaurant makes it so its a little bit more private, less noisy and little bit of a different experience each timeThank you for a good evening

Food was good. Service was poor. The waiter charged for food which had not been served. Had to be corrected by the Head Waiter. The music was blaring too loudly. This place was cool back in the days. No more so. Give it a miss.

Quite pricy but worth every penny. Staff was super friendly and the steaks were amazing not sure about the decor though sorry!

What a great restaurant, atmosphere, food and staff! The Grill restaurant is a mixture of many “nooks and crannies” that allow you to experience different parts of the world! We ate in a carriage on the Oriental Express where our server Patsy was attentive, professional and fun! She was fast, efficient and experienced which made our evening even more enjoyable. The wonderfully expressive manager, Rodrigo, educated us on what cut of meat we could have based on our cooked preference ….it made all the difference! Thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Great dining experience overall. Nice staff, fun drinks presented in unusual ways. Food is was a little more middle of the road but given the overall ambience it’s well worth a visit and nowhere near expensive all things considered. Recommended.

This is the first time this happens to me. We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to accommodate us. Then, someone came and said that "they have a problem with the payment system" and they didnt let us in (we saw people paying in front of us2 seconds after, same person invited the couple behind us without asking if they had a reservation or not.It seems that if you are not Swedish, you cant eat here.

This is what I had written 4 years ago and my rating then was 4 stars: Very good meat. Good vibe and service.Today (July 23rd, 2021), it gets 2 stars. Quite literally, the only thing that has moved it from 1 to 2 stars are the fries. I dont know what they do, something with coconut, but they are lovely.I visited today with my kids. We ordered three steaks. All three came wrong.I ordered a drink while eating, it never came. I went and got it myself from the bar. The table next to us had to go and get food they ordered to. We were the only two tables in the area.I think we got the training area.Then, when my bill came, there was 3 drinks on it that I didnt order.It used to be a nice place. I wont be going back.

Brunch at Grill was a fantastic experience! I enjoyed a steak tartar to begin, a ribeye for the main course and ice cream for dessert! I wish I had more space in my tummy to try more dishes because they all looked awesome as I saw them going out to other tables. Definitely next time though because there surely will be a next time!An all around 10 and a must while in Stockholm!!!

This place never disappoints, we had some really good food, the wait time for the waiter to take out order was a bit long but I think that was due to the business of the time.The food was amazing as always, Salmon grilly thing and Lamb thingy

Very nice set of signature cocktails 🍸 many of them with smokey flavours. It is is called grill meaning grilled so it is a steakhouse nut you can also get vegetarian or fish n your plate. Food above average and service ok.

The lunch buffet is gone! Its been replaced with a quite pricy "Friday Grill" from 11-14, once a week. Ive been on a Friday lunch and its good, but its not better than before when it only was 120kr and you had lunch Monday-Friday. Even if its good I have to go 2 stars since its not really worth it anymore, and my evening experience wasnt that good.Ive also been at grill during the evening and it wasnt worth the 400kr I paid for my meat. The meat was a little too rare for medium, and it tasted bitter from the grill. It was still good but it took quite a long time to get it and the person I ate with got a really bad, though cut and had to send it back, at 400kr and the master chef working that shouldnt even be happening.Also we got a bad table by the kitchen, since its open theres a while lot of smoke and loud shouting from the kitchen, it was so smokey I could see the spotlight beams. And if you sit by one of the large windows they got open there will be smokers walking by and even some sitting outside.Also the people working there dont feel that professional, theres a lot of random shouting from the kitchen. And somehow there was a lot of kids there, I expected the calm and silent "lunch" atmosphere.I dont recommend it, however the Friday buffet is quite nice.

Interesting food, cozy environment. Price is a bit on the high end in my opinion. Service was very nice. Dogs are welcome if kept in a bag

The ribeye is well grilled to medium rare. Personally, the sauce on the beef was a bit too strong and too salty. Meat flavor didnt really stand out, which it could have. Tuna was actually nice. The hot stone really gives out flavor of the fish.

Decor it’s funky and weird but nice In a way , Host at the entrance not very friendly , and the food was wrong we sent it back ,the waiter was super nice , overall , it’s expensive not worth the money we paid , not recommended

Great atmosphere/setting, attentive service and the food is simply amazing! I have never thought I’d be able to have such quality beef in Stockholm and it was cooked to perfection👍❤️💪🏽

Revisit after a few years to what I remember as a nice place. Looks the same, but something has changed. Fine quality meat but my plate was served lukewarm and my girlfriends fillet was outright cold. Both slightly overcooked. The side dishes were ok but nothing more. Nice and forthcoming staff, but they have far too much to do. In all terribly overpriced and over-salted. Our last visit.

Great food and location. I had the tuna teppanyaki which I grilled myself at my table. It was incredible! Prices were reasonable given the quality.

Very nice place, attentive, friendly service. Doesn’t look much from the outside, but is nicely decorated inside. Stockholm pricing but good quality food. Only the vegetarian option was not that great (but the restaurant is called „Grill“ after allWe were in a group of 7. Very good evening.

Awesome experience, if you’re a meat lover then this is your place. We (my wife and Iordered the ribeye and striploin and the taste was so delicious, top notch meat, every little detail very thought out.Great service too, friendly.It took a bit of time to get the check, but nonetheless it did not affect the whole experience. Will come back when we visit Stockholm again, it’s a must for all meat lovers out there.

Amazing but expensive food, service could be improved.This is a lovely restaurant with some amazing food but you have to be ready for a long wait as they definitely do not have enough staff for how busy they are. The food options are limited but thats because they cook each item to perfection.I had the lamb but the tuna is probably the best item on the menu.

Amazing place! Me and my fiance went here on a busy Saturday without booking. They were very busy and managed to find a table for us. My fiance had the wagyu steak and loved it, litterally couldnt fault a thing. I had the grill burger which was also amazing, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Service was brilliant, friendly and polite. Dessert took a little while however they were very apologetic. If we ever go back to stockholm we will definitely be going back! Couldnt recommend enough!

Just excellent!The Tatar is amazingly delicious, one of the best Ive ever had.The thuna is fresh and you have the opportunity to cook on a hot stone. ♨️😋The fondant chocolate is served at just the right temperature and is not too sweet, a pleasure!

Surf and turf was AMAZING. Waiters friendly and professional. Steak cooked to perfection. Wine was all I could hope for.

The atmosphere and decoration is kitchy but I liked it! Different rooms with distinct atmospheres. The food was okay, not bad, not good.

Used to be much better, it seems that to keep the price down they use, perhaps not low quality, but tough cuts for the two choices of meat at the buffet. Used to be larger selection. Roasted root veggies directly from cold storage, not very nice. Good they have proper meat knives - you need it!

It was a 3 courses dishes as company Christmas Dinner. Each course is well made. Especially the dessert. Good environment, a bit noisy because there were other tables with a group of people. All in all it was an impressive experience.

This is a place where every corner offers a different interior and atmosphere. I like the corner decorated as an old express train lounge. Eat in a corner and take your coffee in another and experience two completely different atmosphere.Very good and solid salad bar of high quality that teases your appetite on your way to get your lunch. The main course buffet offers both red and white meat. I visit this place several times every year and I strongly recommend it.

Wow, what a fantastic restaurant. In total, there are 8 different subject areas in the restaurant. Friendly courteous staff that all food and drinks explained. The food itself was a dream.

The place had great food, everyone at the table enjoyed it. They did give me a bit of a veiny entrecote and forget about my potato gratin and precursor. But they were quick to fix it when we mention it. Very friendly staff too. Great sweet potato fries and potato gratin.

About 20 of us came here for a conference dinner. Overall we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of food for everyone, the staff were friendly and we had an enjoyable evening.My only issue is that the steaks were a little overdone. They werent able to do Medium Rare, but otherwise very tasty.

Grill had some really tasty beef, we were a big group and our service was fast, and exceptional. The place itself is really interesting, lots of aquariums, and decorations. Depending on where you sit in the resturant it is almost as if you are in a different restaurant all together.As I said, the quality of the beef was exceptional, and they had good starters and desserts too.Not giving 5 stars as they only had bearnaise sauce option, I would have liked to see some pepper sauce. 😊All in all, recommended!

Absolutely great atmosphere with great quality food. No wonder it was packed with the locals at lunch time. This place should be on your Stockholms Must-Go list. Big thumbs up!

Its a great buffe at lunch over here.Had a great time.Foods are really awesome. Lot of foods.Tasty as well.Middle of the restaurant looks like brothel. :)Good choice for large group! Theres a babies option.During buffe, You can eat as much as you want. But before 2:00pm must be. I would suggest come little bit earlier and finish up all dishes in 125KR.Theres free coffe, lemon water and mint water included. Coffee didnt satisfy me unfortunately. Im not so stupid to skeptic about it but just to mention though.I am not an alcohol consumer, So I wouldnt like to write about it. BUT I noticed lot of bottles. :)

Best value for money for lunch that I had in Stockholm. Grilled meats for lunch. Just outstanding. Dinner is very expensive and not very good. Been a few times for dinner, ordered different things but there are misses like lots of raw fat or over cooked meat. But for lunch it is my choice.

Liked the ambience and decoration of the restaurant. However, even though there were many options in the self service buffet, I wasnt very satisfied with the food in the end.

Ive had a lot of beef in Sweden and it always didnt suit me. Grill does! The meats here are very good and everything was well seasoned. They even dry age some of the cuts. Beware, its pricey, but normal for scandanavian countries.

Multi theme restaurant has great steaks. Medium rare came as it should and full of flavour. Salad and fries are served separate, which is nice. Price is a bit high, where house red plus two high cut steaks came to 1300 sek... if you walk away hungry, then you eat too much daily. Place was packed (in a good wayThursday evening.
