Worst super power salad I’ve ever had. Such a disappointment tbh! I ordered this after having a thorough look on their menu. The salad didn’t even have any basil and olive dressing and no nuts/seeds as mentioned on their menu. The salad was super dry, stale lettuce leaves, avocados neither smashed nor sliced. Such a waste of money & time as that was supposed to be my dinner!! Won’t be ordering again! Refund me please 🙏

Had purchased a Burger with chips, everything was fantastic as usual but they forgot my additional bacon for the burger. So I called up to tell them and was meet with great service as well as offering me another meal. Very satisfied with my experience.

My food was ready for 5 minutes or so but no one taking it to me. They even take the food for someone that was ready after me. When the waiter give the food to me I said "It was ready a while a go", but the waiter just said "sorry about that" while walking away back to kitchen. SMH. The food is ok. The spicy chicken is hard and not even spicy. Tiny onion rings served.

The burger I had definitely hit the spot. I had zucchini chips as a side dish and they are 👌.The Top Territory burger in my opinion is also 👌.

The staff are beautiful, and so is the food, the chips are honestly the nicest chips I’ve had, they have rosemary seasoning chips are never just plain here, my new favourite place 🙌🏼

My bacon and cheese burger was disgusting, it stank of dirty grill. No lettuce in it, no sauce, my plate was dirty and no napkins were provided. We also ordered chicken bites which were over sauced and tasted disgusting. We both felt sick after eating there.

Used to be good but down hill rapidly! Do not visit on a Friday night... restaurant looked about 60% full and we ordered.... then waited and waited and waited. A flood of pick up orders before us... and the by some miracle when it arrived it was cold! I dont know how a restaurant that busy could have cold food. Then they forgot the chips, then forgot the Mayos, then brought the wrong ones, then there was no cutlery or napkins... you get the point. It will be a while before I return

Use to be a 3 star review, now a 1 star all because of staff. Food is good when youre lucky. Its ironic how the more empty the restaurant is, the more likely they will get your order wrong and treat you terribly. Most staff hate to be there and make their customers hate being there too. Please teach them how to smile.

In a word...meh. Worst chips in Darwin, the regular chips tasting more like b-grade frozen oven chips, the sweet potato chips were overcooked and soggy. The burger was okay, nothing to rave about and definitely not worth what they charged me. Overall not something Id come back for.

I’ve visited several times ,the last two visits , ensured I won’t go back . Previous visit more staff than customers, dirty tables all over , stayed like that until we left , food fine , but no cutlery or napkins on table or with meal ,Last visit we were the only customers, Went the bar after taking drinks ourselves to table , requested some ice , told no ice in bar , I asked why not they reply was ‘company policy ‘The meal arrived ordered a burger /sides and a ‘New Chickpea salad ‘ which consisted of a very small amount of spinach ,2 cherry tomatoes cut in halves , 2 wafer thin slices of pickled beetroot , couple of bits of red onion ,with ... Sweet potato fries in with some chickpeas ,few slices of pickle and lastly a big spoon of chilli relishThe bowl was only half full . I lie not when I say I was still so hungry , I went elsewhere for more food , something I never do .One customer also turned up to pick up his pre ordered while we were their , sadly his order hadn’t been cooked , and he was told to come back .I really like the burgers but the serve size and experience is a definite put off

Rang up the Casuarine Grilld as my burger was completely wrong.I ordered a Simon Says chicken burger on a panini bun with no onions or relish, upon opening the box I found that the burger was not in a panini bun and inside was onions and beef not sure what burger it was but it obviously was not mine.The staff lady who answered my call could hear me perfectly and was ready to take my order until I mentioned my order was wrong and then suddenly the line was a terrible line and she could not hear me. I tried call 3 times and tried every square inch of my house to try get a better line for them but they still couldnt hear me conveniently.I could hear them fine other than the loud bustling of the restaurant but the lady still struggled so I asked if I could speak to the manger, before passing the phone over I clearly heard Jacob can you speak to this lady she is being DIFFICULT.In the end, after a very breif conversation with manager Jacob he then magically could not hear me and just stopped talking, I could still hear the background noise.Disgusting service, would not recommend as prices are ridiculously high, the food is bang average and customer service is a disgrace.

Absolute best burgers Ive had in Darwin, and they absolutely nail it every time!I HIGHLY recommend trying out their Beyond Burgers.The service is good, and the environment is nice to eat in.The downsides about Grilld is that its commonly known they tend to underpay their workers, which is a shame because they do such a great job. Youd think with the price of their meals, the workers would actually receive more than they do.Aside from their burgers being brilliant, basically all of their chips Ive found to be quite dull and kind of just a thing you get on the side to fill you up, but not so much to actually enjoy - this and worker payments has unfortunately dropped the review to 4 stars.Despite my above criticism, its still great to come here regularly.

Food is good if they get the order right- and staff ruin the vibe 9 times out of 10 by being disrespectful, passive aggressive, impatient, loudly complaining about customers, condescending, and reluctant to resolve any issues. This treatment makes me reluctant to go up and resolve mistakes in my order since most staff are stuck up and rude.The only amazing service I got while ordering was by likely the youngest employee, probably in highschool.Its disappointing honestly. Staff need a complete cleanse.

Order was completely wrong, No DIPS and the burger was just a piece of chicken inside a bread roll. When called up and advised that it was wrong the High-school student / manager advised that its what we ordered. I had the order on my computer screen, she said well its what you ordered, I cant help you. Such a shame for a usually great experience.

Great service every time, very impressive for a young team to work together so well. Burgers are great, lots of options and fresh ingredients. Its costs a bit more than other family burger restaurants, but Id rather spend a little more for a fresh, yummy burger made exactly how I like it :)

The booth seats are dirty and have sticky stains and food crumbs along them. The place was fairly empty so surely someone could have managed to find the time to clean them.The drinks menu is a lie, they offer 4 house beers for 25 dollars. But they say thats for their southern stores only despite handing the menu to you.The burgers are not all that flash for a place whos flagship menu item is burgers.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Spacious. Nice atmosphere. No waiting. Tasty burgers but not the potato chips. A bit burnt sweet potato chips. They also have GF and vegan burgers. Cheap movie ticket with every burger bought. Friendly service.

Have always been a fan of grilled burgers. The mushroom pesto burger used to be the best! Now tried the Parma mushroom burger, and it was dry as hell. Was a let down honestly. Also the bread was kinda stale. Hope you guys look into it. Not coming back ever!!!

As far as burgers go, Grilld is reasonably healthy. I especially enjoy their sweet potato chips even though they might be a little over priced, they are delicious. I love the donation system that they have which really makes a difference.

They ran out of buns so cut my sliders in half. Charged me full price for them. The sliders themselves is were all bun and no fillings. Not impressed. This was about a month ago now...

The kitchen is pretty great. Theyre fast and ready. Their burgers taste great. The servers can be kind of half-half. A recent experience had one of the servers tell the manager that we had asked for a chicken burger when we distinctly asked for a different type. They still charged us extra for the different burger. The manager spent most of her time on her phone. Was not a very good vibe... hopefully another experience will have a changed mind.

Excellent burgers, good service. The sweet potato chips were great but the potato chips were a shocker, wet and soggy. Would have rated 5 stars if not for the chips.

If you havnt tryed grill before, just dont expect a great deal. Its fantastic dont get me wrong however for a burger joint its average at best.

Best burger place on Darwin. Nice indoor outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Nice selections in the menu. I love the sliders - the small burgers which I can have more than one good tastes in one visit. My partner love the way they provide gluten free option. For every order you will be given a token, choose a jar representing the charity of your choice and they will donate - very nice idea. After all, always good burgers. Our no 1 option after a shopping day or movie day at Casuarina Square.

Delicious burgers, choices for all fussy diets including vegan and gluten free.Bar also.The way they like to run it is you make your order as you walk through the door and only order drinks after youve been given a table (which already have numbers on them)If you try to seat yourself and then order a drink expect a funny look and to be asked if youve ordered food.Large indoor area with outdoor seating available good for groups and family or just as a couple.

For any vegetarians or Vegans, the options are delicious! My favourite is the vegan cheeseburger and it’s like eating the real deal minus the guilt of an animal being abused in the process. The service is prompt and friendly. The food cooked to perfection. It’s hard eating with dignity, the burgers are that good. My partner and I like to add the cheeky beer or two on the side as well. Perfect date out.

Love love love that even though I have a restricted diet (DF, SF, EF, NF, WF, SfFI can order and eat a burger thats delicious from here thanks largly to the gluten free & vegan options. The staff are bright, cheerful and service is quick. Their online ordering system needs work though.

Grilld have managed to bring a great experience to Darwin, their staff are surprisingly well trained and efficient. I imagine their business model is to thank for this, and it appears they bring some imports in to make sure everything is ship shape. This is applaudable and provides a very good customer experience. Food is delicious and comes out quite quickly

Decent burger with generous toppings for a fair price.Doesnt usually take long and you can call in your take away order in advance to speed it up a bit. The downside to takeout is that you havent got long before the juicy toppings make the burger a tad soggy.

Service is quick and friendly. Had the lean and green salad with pork belly as recommended by a friend, did not disappoint! Zucchini chips on the side make this delicious meal. Licensed, so can enjoy a drink if you feel like it. Friend had a burger, which she also enjoyed. Pity the avocado chips are no longer on the menu, Id go out of my way for those!

Ive been here at least ten times often in a group and we always enjoy the food and the good vibey atmosphere. Staff all seem to enjoy working here and its infectious to see people having a good time.Treat yourself. Vegetarian, began and gluten free options available.

Shouted my son lunch here. There was a reasonable wait for the burgers even though they weren’t very full. The burger was fine but I have had better there previously. The sweet potato fries were the dish of the day

This was my first time at Grilld. I ordered my burger and chips online before I went to work so I could pick it up after work for dinner. The online ordering process was simple and efficient and it was great that I could modify my burger and pay online.I didnt know where to go in the restaurant to collect the order so I stood in line at the front counter, and a passing waitress asked me if she could help or if I wanted a menu, which was really great. Very impressed. Prompt and super friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. When I told her I was there to pick up an online order, she went and checked it out straight away and she informed me it was being boxed up right at that moment. The order was ready exactly when they said it would be, even though it was an incredibly busy Friday night. The gentleman giving me my order was very friendly and professional. As I was taking my food, the guy cooking burgers on the grill behind the guy that gave me my food turned around and smiled at me and wished me a great night and gave me a wave and then turned back to cooking. Super friendly staff. I left happier than when I came in.The food was absolutely amazing. The portions were generous but they werent overwhelming, so I was left satisfied but not feeling like I was going to explode. The "snack size" chips is actually a very decent portion. Nothing was oily. Extremely tasty and fresh. Great variety on the menu. Top quality ingredients and you can taste that quality. Worth every dollar, to be honest. You can definitely see why there werent many free seats there. Ill be back for sure.

Burgers well worth the price, the low carb bun option is a winner. Loved it, great service and value. Super friendly and efficient staff.The only one thing was the zucchini chips, the were a tad on oily side. Maybe fryer wasnt hot enough yet or perhaps they need to be drained on some paper towel before serving.But 5 outa 5 for me.

I had some skepticism at first about the quality of burgers before I tried them, after all many places claim to have amazing burgers. I have to say though I was truly impressed, a real burger joint does exist. The menu is varied and will please a wide variety of tastes. The service was fast and the taste of the burger was well worth it. I am a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to the type of meat in a burger ie it must be beef, my companions however who had fillings of different types were just as impressed with the taste of theirs.The only thing lacking that would have been nice was a liquor licence. A nice beer or cider would have gone down well with a good burger for lunch. Ill be visiting again to try more off their menu.

My service grill d was good along with my food. However the atmosphere left much to be desired as the constant calls of an abusive head chef continued to be screamed "SERVICE PLEASE!!!!" This scream was repeated even with the staff a metre from her Window as the mere suggestion that she didnt have their at most attention warranted a blood curdling scream of "SERVICE PLEASE!!". Overall good food the staff on the most part were excellent and they are kept well disciplined. Would recommend to burger lovers and drill sergeants.
