Airy, green-walled diner serving hearty breakfast & lunch, including pancakes & burgers.
Love this place. I have so many options here even though I have celiac. Never had an issue with cross contamination.
Not your diner/greasy spoon kinda place, but of an upscale breakfast! Excellent food & coffee. Good service.
Very nice breakfast selection. The blueberry, lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious!
There is a bit of a wait on the weekends for breakfast but it is well worth the wait... they will text you when its your time and im not sure if they have call ahead. But the food was awesome and the bloody mary wasnt to bad... (I want more food in my bloody mary lol)Everything we had was amazing
Great place. Came here for breakfast with my other half and got an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. Its called the griddle145 egg sandwich. It was probably once of the best egg sandwiches I have ever had. On top of that the waiter, Lisa, was very nice and always checked to see if we needed something. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend. Will be back soon
I literally never leave reviews. But honestly its a nice environment inside, but the price was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much. 30 dollars for 2 omelets haha such a rip off. I only bought cause I didnt care really. I just wanted some breakfast. Next time I will just wait til I get home to eat. That is crazy
Came here on a Thursday morning since my fam was going to Dorney. Staff was very nice and interior is very nice compared to exterior. Food was meh, I got the fried chicken and it was VERY dry with very little gravy to cover it up. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. So thats always fun. Had two iced coffees and when I tried to get a to-go cup I was told its a dollar charge. Pretty weird and comes off as cheap. Probably wouldnt recommend this place.
Really good food and great service. Happy to find this new restaurant that had several vegan options only thing is I wish theyd offer an impossible or beyond Burger on their lunch menu because theres lots of vegan choices for breakfast but not for lunch
This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The server was super nice. She was attentive and effectient. The food was delicious! I didnt leave anything on my plate!
Always a pleasure visiting this place. Vegan breakfast options are so on point. Coffee is dark and fresh. And the service here is perfection. Iris is a treat to have as your server, as well!
We came here on a Saturday I did call ahead to make sure that they did have tables as this place gets really packed really fast came in with two kids and we were offer boosters sits and kids menus which is always nice for the the little ones. food was awesome and my server was the best I had scallion pancakes which is a must when you come in here, coconut French toast and ham and onions with potatoes omelette. Favorite place for breakfast.
Unfortunately we never had a chance to try the food. We thought we would try it for first time last Saturday. It was my husband and myself as well as my aunt who has some health issues especially with walking as she walks with a cane. There was no sign in the front to wait for hostess or seat yourself so was not sure what to do as there was no one at front counter either. We waited around but saw no one and my aunt was starting to have issue standing. So we sat ourselves at a table fairly close for her to walk to. After we were sitting there for a bit, someone approached us (May have been a hostessand commented about seating ourselves and was supposed to wait to be seated. I explained about my aunt and that we had been standing and waiting. Even after being told that, she still wanted us to get up and go back to front and wait. Now mind you there was no one else waiting at the front to be seated this whole time but yet she was expecting us to get up and go back to have someone seat us. We just looked at her and simply asked if she was serious stating again about my aunt. She did finally say we could stay at the table we were at. We sat there for a short bit longer and my husband and I felt this was not the way we wanted to be treated as customers and was totally inappropriate. We decided to get up and leave as there are plenty other places to give our business that is more than willing to accommodate and definitely show more compassion for the elderly.
best breakfast place around by far!! the amount of specialties they have is insane, and all are insanely good. lemon ricotta pancakes are amazing. great service, atmosphere, food, 10/10 :D
Griddle 145 is amazing! They have the best breakfasts around including some common breakfast items as well as some yummy unique ones. One of my favorites is the bananas foster french toast; but everything is fantastic. The wait staff is super-friendly as well. You must try it....
Great find while in the area. Very crowded, but that is because of the food and the staff. If you do have to wait, it is well worth it. I had the Coconut Banana French Toast- 1/2 oder with bacon and orange juice. It was delicious.
Delicious breakfast! Would highly recommend! I had Banana Fosters French Toast!!
Great food and coffee drinks. Cute environment. One of the best breakfast places in the Valley!
First time here, overall it was pretty good. There was a 20 minute wait which was expected and they text us when it was our turn. I had asked for Sunnyside up for my eggs however I received my eggs as over easy. I let it slide because its not a big deal to me but it could have mattered to someone else. Like I said it was pretty good.
I liked the vibe inside the restaurant along with the food. Felt like I was in downtown Charlotte.
Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, they day we were there they were out of short ribs and some other beef, so we had to settle for second choices.
I love everything about Griddle 145. From registering online for the waiting list to the amazing food.
First time here I will be back. The ladies here are very friendly. Food is fresh and they use real cheeses. Be warned though the portion sizes are large. So before you order a lot of food like I did that you can’t eat. Start off slow. Well worth the price.
This was my first time eating there because I heard such great things about this place. It was horrible service the owner made people behind us get up from there table because she said she had reservations. Very rude and food was not good at all. How to you bring people toast and no jelly needless to say I would never go back there again. City view is looking much better these days.
Best breakfast spot I have ever been to! This place is legit and offers such a great menu. I order their gluten free pancakes and they are delicious. I have also had their breakfast sandwiches, which are amazing. The food is great and the staff is always nice. A++++ highly recommend
Very good food, but pricey. I had to ask if I could just get the usual two eggs, bacon, Home fries, and toast. It was not on the menu. I found that to be unusual for a breakfast/lunch restaurant.
This place was the sh*t! Food so damn good! We Loved my breakfast! Drive to this place during a snow storm & it was worth it! Service was very good as well! Will definitely be back.
The food is OUTSTANDING!! Probably the best breakfast Ive had in a long time. For any first time customers, you should add yourselves to their online wait list before you go, because the wait can be up to an hour. However, you know when theres an hour wait, the food must be good! Its definitely worth it if youre not in a rush.
This was our First time here and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was very friendly and the food came out fast.... the food tasted AMAZING!!! We will definately be back!
First time visit. Great vibe, great food, despite the 45 minute wait .
Our first time dining here. Great service, amazing setting, I loved where we sat by the window. Very clean and beautiful restaurant. The food is amazing! The huevos rancheros was very delicious!! I loved how our waitress brought water out for us in a jar. She was very kind!!
I was greeted immediately by Cherie, and she got me a menu and pointed out the vegan options. I chose the tofu scramble, but replaced the mushrooms with onions and added tomatoes for a dollar. It came with home fries, and I selected the sourdough for my bread choice. In about 5 minutes or maybe less I had a text from them telling me my order was ready. The scramble is delightful. If I didnt know this was tofu I would have been completely fooled. The potatoes are tasty through and perfectly seasoned with paprika. The sourdough toast was good enough to eat dry, without butter, but I did flavor it with the juice in the bottom of the bowl. Limited vegan options but what they have is awesome! They have vegan pancakes too. Highly competitive price for what I got especially when you compare it nationally. A lot of food for less than $15.
Very great experience, everything I ordered was great except for the country fried chicken with gravy. Was a bit dry and it really didn’t have that traditional country style crust I am used to but it’s all good. The grits were perfect. I loved the potatoes, and let’s just say they prolly have the best pancakes I ever tasted. Favorite part of my meal. Nice environment, fast service, couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely my new spot.
Stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to see legitimate vegan options. The food was delicious, my server was attentive, and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Awesome spot.
Great vibe, great food only reason I gave them a four is for food portioning. I hate throwing out food but the portioning were to big. Other than that delicious food. Def recommend. French toast were of the chain.
Great diner with unique tweaks to classic diner fare! Bananas Foster French Toast and Asian style green onion pancakes with scrambled egg!!
This was my 1st time here. The service was amazing. The server was so happy and attentive. The food was delicious. The layers of flavor on my dish was great! I took chicken Waffles and chocolate Pancakes to go. The Waffles and Pancakes were big and fluffy. Ill be back again.
Food was amazing!!! Great food! Loved the omelettes and pancakes! Beautiful
Absolutely amazing! Great service! And the food is soooo delicious! Got the Monte Cristo with smoked gouda! Also the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes...on point! Wonderful experience with definitely go again! Thank you!!!
Excellent breakfast. They had complimentary mimosas as well. The potatoes and the fried chicken were excellent... Friendly service. Clean well maintained. Felt safe during these covid times. Will definitely repeat visit. Perhaps for lunch or dinner
Great place for breakfast or lunch! I like the California Dreaming sandwich! Loved my breakfast this morning!
Everything delicious, service was great. Quick and friendly. Always a stop when I visit home. Outstanding flavors and big farm style portions.
My first visit wont be my last! Delicious food with an extensive menu. Professional, friendly attentive waitstaff and the place is inviting and exceptionally neat and clean. Highly recommended! Bon appetit!
We came into town fromNew York City looking for a great place for breakfast/brunch and discovered this gem! We arrived at the height of breakfast so there was a short wait but it was definitely worth it!The Mammas Omelet was really delicious. It was served piping hot with the best home fries potatoes I’ve ever had! My companion had the special upside down pineapple pancakes and was also impressed! This place feels like a local favorite and I’m putting my review in to also recommend it as on out-of-towner highlight!
Stumbled upon this place looking for a diner for breakfast. Great spot. I had the Stuffed French toast and hubby had the Daddy. You wont be disappointed. Meals are large so make sure you go hungry.
Everything was fresh and delicious as always, we love coming here. They have THE BEST orange juice Ive ever had.
Good ingredients, okay food. From the other reviews I thought I was going to be blown away from the food. Also I think the portion size to the price was a little high and my food was cold also when it came to the table. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was nice.
Exceptional food and service. If you come in at a busy time, expect to wait about half hour or more for a seat. Well worth the wait. Best breakfast Ive had in a while.
Ok bottom line, if you are not hungry don’t come here. The portions are huge and the food is so good. Thank God I wore my stretchy pants for this one. The masterpiece you see below you in the picture is their take on a Monte Cristo. All I can say is I love my wife but gave consideration to leaving her for whomever created this amazing breakfast. The flavor was incredible and the size was fit for a family of four not one person. I love coming here for breakfast and so I didn’t want to give a five star review since I don’t want you all taking up the tables so I can’t get in. Lots of gluten free options as well.
Long wait for Sunday breakfast but the staff was friendly and I liked the text alert for seating. Once seated the wait for food was pretty long. Once again, staff was attentive and friendly. The worst part was the noise.....very loud and truely out of the ordinary noise level. Food came and it was good, not amazing but good.
The food is good, the steak fajita omelet was tasty. However the servers need more training. We asked for the check since we were in a rush and it took 20 mins to get to the table, and we didnt even get a pen to sign the check with. Also, the green decor is ghastly, and everything is scratched or dirty.
