I saw mixed reviews for this place here in Google. I had a pretty positive overall experience here.Me and my mom came here to take out some food for dinner. We were accommodated pretty fast, even though we took some time with our order. The girl at the counter was really friendly and worked fast. I liked the set up of the restaurant where there was a waiting area for people who ordered take out. And the area was quiet spacious, too, not just a few chairs.Just like any other Greenwich restaurants in the country, getting your orders will take some time. We were told that it will take around 15-20 minutes. I think the waiting time is justifiable since they have to make the pizza. But it was okay because our food arrived within the given time.

You should wear faceshield and facemask inside the store. Make sure to write your details for contact tracing purposes. You will also have to patiently wait in line for your order.

Food is alright, but the staff is always courteous and nice, which is refreshing for Filipino fast food.

Everything is good. The food, the layout and are good. But there is this one security here that is very rude to his co-staff. Well, I would not care much but I find it irritating. I also noticed him cleaning his post and face shield with card sort of, and place it on a drawer after hes done cleaning. I was shocked when I found out that, the drawer where he put the card was actually a utensil drawer. Utensils that will be given to dine-in customers. Lucky for us, we didnt dine-in. Should Greenwich Laoag, Bacara Rd. review their CCTVs on Sept 22, 2020? Well they should.

The place is so cozy as ever with extra sanitation protocols. Only that, they have minimal manpower so orders are kinda late most of time.

It would have been nice if they were ready for mothers day, imagine them making us wait for an hour just to have their pizza, and on regular days, they are out of lasagna and some pink pearl coolers. I dont know you guys, u should manage your stocks well.

Youd think the 2nd floor would be as spacious as the 1st but no. Great ambiance though but I dont like the wall posters that reflect the current (dumbage, but thats just the old-fashioned me speaking.
