Greek Connextion in Bremerton
Description
Privilege
You will not find better. Its so good!
DELICIOUS little spot. CASH ONLY.I grab cash from the 7-11 down the street. Each gyro is like $8+, or something. Spent $35 for 3gyros and a salad with vinaigrette. That salad was so simple and fresh. Thin cucumbers, thin onion, seasoned tomatoes, a thick slice of seasoned feta, kalamata olives and I think he also added olive oil on the lettuce . IDK but it was delicious. Side cup of vinaigrette. The gyros were on soft pita, thick pieces of meat, and tangy home made tzatziki sauce. PICK UP ONLY, no dine in. Must try!
MoreThis is the best Greek food I’ve had in the states! It’s been six years since I have visited this sweet little restaurant and I was pleased to find that it was still open. I had a nice chat with the owner. Don’t hesitate…
MoreThe gyro is incredible every single time
I would have posted a pic but I always scarf down my food from here before I remember to. It’s delicious and authentic. The little older couple who own this are from Greece although I haven’t seen the woman over the past year. Nothing beats their homemade pita bread that they make right in front of you. Everything’s made fresh so be prepared to wait about 10-15 mins. And I’d recommend parking in the alley or one of the bigger stores across the street or kitty corner and walk up. Oh and bring cash since it’s Cash Only! I’d probably go more often if I remembered to have cash on me. But it’s always so worth it when I do. Best Gyros around, give this family your support instead of on of the chains…you won’t regret it!
MoreThe falafels are oh so very good. The pitas were lightly charred and freshly made on the premises, the tomatoes were nicely seasoned with herbs and olive oil, and the onions tasted freshly sliced. The falafels could have been a little crisper on the outside, but they were not underdone. Please note that you cannot enter the premises due to Covid and you will have to order and pay through the window at street level, which means trying to get the owners attention. They are a cash-only business. There is only one parking space on the street in front of the business. In spite of those inconveniences, its a great place to grab a fresh, tasty falafel if you are in the mood.
MoreHouse made EVERYTHING. This gentleman runs his little kitchen on his own, makes the pita right in front of you, along with the falafel, the sauce, the works. It’s tasty, divine. How could you go to the place down the street when he is there patting out fresh pita while you wait?! Spotlessly clean with a little pickup window. The best.
MoreThis place is a hidden gem. Best greek food in town by far.
Best Greek food Ive had.
Crisp falafels with a ton of flavor. Souvlaki (chicken chunkswas very nicely seasoned as well with a delicious sauce. My only regret is that we had not gone sooner--the very unassuming building is easy to miss. There is a small parking area in front. We will be back!!
MoreFreaking delicious... My girlfriends 1st time eating a gyro and she loved it... Got a Greek food convert thanks guys!!
MoreUndoubtedly the BEST gyro I have ever had.
Yummy gyros!
Quick and tasty, we tried the Gyros 🍁🍁🍁🍁🙂 hit the spot.
Excellent food!
Best gyros I have ever eaten! Perfect home made pitas that cant be replicated, and sauce so rich it makes all others taste like plain yogurt
MoreLove a good gyro. This place doesnt disappoint. I recommend the double meat gyros!
MoreReally flavorful and made to order good food.
Best gyros in Bremerton!
The food is amazing - made fresh while you wait, and worth it even if there is a little wait (the owner is the only cook). They dont have dine in, but they offer paper placemats for eating in the car. One thing to watch out for: they are cash only.
MoreExcellent gyros!
I think that this may be the best hidden gem in Kitsap county. In my opinion, it is the best restaurant in Kitsap county. Its hard these days to find a restaurant that puts as much into it as this place..Everything is fresh, the pita, the tsatziki the hummus....I have a secret fantasy about working there. Also, they greet me by name every time!!!!
MoreBest gyro and baklava and genuine service
Best gyros and falafel around. Last time I visited, the owner was out of falafel, instead of telling me it wasnt available, asked he asked if I minded waiting five minutes for him to make some fresh. Absolutely delicious. Also, cash only.
MoreDelicious food at a great low price. Best gyros around. Theres no inside dining as this is primarily a food to go establishment. And a very small menu. And its one of the last stubbornly cash only businesses left in town. (Which keeps me from stopping in more often. I wish people would get over this nonsense and take 20th century payment, but its not my business so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Parking is practically nonexistent too.Honestly, theres very little to recommend about this place. So why five stars? Youll have to grab a gyro and see.If youre still carrying paper money then you may want to consider putting on your bowler hat, mustache wax and monocle, and riding your pennyfarthing over to Greek Connextion for lunch.
MoreGot the lamb gyro. Yum! The pitas appear to be homemade and the tzatziki and meat was delicious. Heads up they only take cash.
MoreGreat Gyros and homemade baklava!
Stopped by to grab a gyro because I read the reviews and I am glad I did. Lived in Greece for two years and I know what a gyro is supposed to taste like. First bite and I was back in Glyfada. Bought two gyros to share but they second never made it home. Simple, genuine Greek flavor that took me back. Love it and will return. Damn good Greek gyro and not Americanized. Thank you my friend.
MoreHe makes great gyros and thats all that really matters I think.
Best Gyros anywhere.
Good quality food.
As authentic a gyro as youll find anywhere. The chef/owner, a Greek, makes his own pita bread and tzatziki sauce. As delicious and filling a sandwich as youll ever dig into. Orgasmic! GBS, Port Orchard
MoreThey are the best Greek food I have had in years... great mom and pop restaurant
Amazing homestyle authentic gyros. Its actually called gyros ect to go. Just wish they didnt always sell out on their baklava
MoreGreat service and food!
Not much meat but definitely filling and delicious. The man at the counter was very polite
MoreGreat gyros and baklava
The food is simple, has excellent flavor, and everything is made in-house -- even the pita. Ive traveled in both Athens and Santorini, Greece, and Bremertons Greek Connection is the real deal!
MoreGreat gyros. It is cash only, but there are several ATMs nearby.
Best gyros! Baklava is off the hook! Made fresh daily.
Solid gyros from a nice couple. Cash only.
The mom & pop thing fits that place to a tee. Such a great gyro.
old mom and pop store and everything is homemade and handmade. these two yoodles are greek as well... best gyro baklava and tubuli (SP)? n... in town... I am telling you... your gonna love this and be pissed you didnt go there sooner. The Major....
MoreOnly one word can describe their gyros: WOW.
Love this place they have the best falafel in kitsap and the souvlaki with tahina and hummus is a greek shawerma and the jamaica is amazing! !!
MoreSo yummy! I havent found any other Greek food place as good! Best in the country!! They make everything fresh and its REAL Greek food! Also the owners are very sweet!!
MoreThe Best Gyros Ive ever Eaten authentic and fresh. the Greek Take-out place "Gyros Etc." is actually next door to the bar on this photo. parking is limited in front but there is parking behind the building too
MoreI live right down the road from this place, so parking is personally not an issue for me. Though, I can definitely see where it could become a problem, as there arent very many places to park nearby. However, once you get past that and get your Gyro, youll find that its easily the best you can find anywhere nearby. The pita is soft and fresh, the meat is tender and juicy, and their sauce is the perfect flavor. Its ran by an older couple who have obviously been doing what they do for a long time. It shows in their food. Give this place a shot if you enjoy Gyros.
