They literally told us to call back in 4 hours saying “we can’t get you” because we were in the town over from Fairbanks.It was the middle of the afternoon. Bruh. Locals also warned they may be sketchy anyway so…

Picked me up from the Airport at 2am...Great service and communication! Will use again!

Please be aware especially military members. They are out to rob and being un professional the driver had a black old suv. And he was trying to charge me extra and was un professional.

Bad service when I called they said they would have a ride to me in 30 minutes and two hours later I had to walk home with all of my groceries and you can barely understand their answering machine

I called the cab company asked for a jump start the guy showed up with no jump start tried to jump start with his battery didn’t work than I felt bad that he took his time so I said give me a ride to Costco. We can back and he charged me for a jump start and also confessed on the way back from Costco that his car won’t even start earlier because his battery was week. And when I asked him why should I pay you jump start he got aggressive and threatening me. I would not recommend their cab service at all. Please if you do get ready to get robbed and yelled at.

We got back to Fairbanks from a trip to Honolulu and there were no taxis at the airport and no other company’s in town were answering their phones. We were tired and starting to panic when I found this company’s phone number with a Google search. Steve was able to come right away and was able to get us as soon as we got our bags. We had a lot of luggage and he helped us unload and we were able to put a car seat in the suburban to get our baby home safely as well. We were super grateful and appreciative for his promptness and great attitude. Would 100% do business with again!!

Would not recommend services. Military personnel beware. We were visiting Fairbanks and were picked up from our hotel in unclean vehicle. Contacted service for a return to our hotel. After being advised we would be picked up in 10 minutes we were called back and advised we would not be picked up.

Highly recommend. I book for early in the morning, for work on the weekends. Great drivers and always on time, as I leave out at 6:15am. Thanks Great land Taxi

My door lock broke and my key didnt work, but within 20 minutes he was there and had my truck open. As much as it makes me sound like a bad person, I cant remember the gentlemans name but he will always be the guy I call/text if I need anything.

My car wouldn’t start and we needed to go to work at -33f. I don’t remember his name but he came and helped get my car jumped and get me and my girlfriend on the way Quick and efficiently. I greatly appreciate your help and understanding in the situations!

Steve was so helpful unlocking my car at -15F! He showed up within 10min of calling. Even though my car was so tricky to unlock, he kept trying until it was unlocked. His price was very affordable. I really appreciated Steves help. He even let me warm up in his suv while my car warmed up. I highly recommend using this company.

Steve helped us for a lock out today and went above and beyond to help us get our dogs out of the truck, even with a tight schedule he managed to pull our keys through the cracked door (older non-electrical locks). We’re greatly appreciate of his time!

I couldnt get a Lyft so called this place. They arrived quickly and got me to the airport on time and safe. Very friendly driver!

I called the dispatcher and waited an hour 15 for an answer. My cabbie said it is much faster to use the online application. When I need a cab again I will Google it.

TERRIBLE. I dont know how they stay in business. I have tried hundreds of times to call for a cab. The have never answered the phone, not once.

Okay so listen to this, my boyfriend and I accidentally locked his keys out of his truck at home. We call around 7:30pm to get someone to come unlock his truck. The man picked up the phone, got my address and told me it would be $40.00 and that someone would be out here in 20 minutes. It is currently 8:30pm, it’s been an hour and we’ve been more than patient. Every time I try and call to see if anyone will show up, my call is forwarded and nobody will answer the phone.

Steve is so full of information and very kind, showed us a lot of cool places. His dog Gringo was awesome.

Vocation to Alaska, we were from Canada, on June 30th July 2017: Call Greatland Taxi for price from are Camp ground to Airport in Fairbanks the person mentioned close to15$ . Call for service at 11:31 arrived at 12:29 charged 45$, no meter installed to give the price . Vehicle was an Old green van type, no seat belts in back for the 2 passengers. Inside was old, dirty and stinky. Lady driver was OK and understood are un-satisfaction.Call her boss to complain about the time it took, the price promised, Response was, to bad, thats what it is.....he was very, very unpleasant and inconsiderate and no (my sorry).Hope the service isnt always this way?

Greatland Taxi & Tours Service rescued us from the Dalton Highway and Steve was amazingly helpful. He fixed our flat tire and followed us back to Fairbanks. Words can not express the appreciation.

Just wanted to say we really enjoyed the Fairbanks & North Pole city tour. Visiting the museum of the north was great and the botanical flower garden was beautiful. I really liked the fact we were left to leisurely have the day and at no time were we hurried.Steve our tour guide was very kind and generous to take our pictures at the Santa Clause House & was very friendly throughout the day. His little dog Gringo is absolutely adorable

The worst service ever! I just took a cab from them and on their meter is suppose to be .10 every 1/35 mile. Cab number 12 meters was bouncing everywhere and charging me way about .10 cents. When i asked about the issue she ignored me the first time. Asking agian, she said thats just how my meter is. Not giving me any explanation. I called the compliant number, not satisfied with her amswer, and recieved the police station!! After being transferred i asked about the meter rates. The guy who answered the phone, proceed to tell me that the meter rate was .35 every 1/35 mile. And i told him that is not what is displayed in the cab and he argued and said it was. After hanging up on him and making my destination, i gave her my cash. I usuallu pay 15 dollars for a cab fair and the total this time came out to be 17.25. She did not even have change for a 20 dollar bill. I am so unhappy withe the service and would have a better attitude about the mile rates if it were explained to me or and apology for thr confusion. But the customer service of both employees were awful and i will make sure nobody goes through the same thing. Fix your signs greatland taxi and tours!

Going to run errands today I should have had at least a half tank of gas. My fuel gauge does not work (older Chevy issueso I utilize my odometer and it does the job, as long as my gas isnt being stolen.Today was that day and I didnt have my gas jug with me.I called Greatland and they came right out and not only brough me gas but also brough me a good locking gas jug to keep in my truck.Even though I was out of town, I was not overcharged and the driver was polite while he filled up the tank for me and made sure my truck started and ran before parting ways. He also called me back a few minutes later just to make sure I was not having any more issues. I will def be recommended him!All around great service!

Ronda was a wonderful driver and funny! Had a great tour, she was very knowledgeable about on Alaska facts and trivia and the northern lights were amazing.

Not impressed at all, between your personal friends in the van, the bags full of unopened adult beverages, your pet dog jumping in my lap and the high price. (My husband and I walked part of the way back to our destination just to save money and you charged more than what the other company charged for the full trip. I will not use or recomend your services again.

Greatland Taxi Service is wonderful! Two minutes after I landed, I received a text message saying the driver was outside of the airport. He picked me up and took both of my huge luggage bags and we headed for my hotel. On the way, I explained to him that I was from Florida and had never seen the Northern Lights. He proceeded to drive a little bit out of the way and show me something that has been on my bucket list for years! In addition, I told him I needed to run by Wal-Mart to get some cosmetic items. He took me to Wal-Mart and waited for me to return to the car! He then drove me to the hotel and loaded up my bags on a bell cart. I asked him how much I owed him for ALL that he did, and he wasn’t going to charge me extra for the little trips I asked to take on the way to my hotel! I was honestly in shock! He was punctual, accommodating, and very personable! If you need a taxi service, this is the one to use!

I had shoulder surgery in December, and have had transportation supplied by Greatland Taxi since then.. They are punctual, professional, courteous, and diligent in providing excellent customer service. I would recommend Steve and Greatland Taxi to anyone. Gringo is a great navigator/mascot for the business!

My family reserved a handicap accessible van from Greatland a day before it was needed. Despite multiple calls made (all of which were unansweredno van ever arrived. This threw a major wrench into holiday plans with our great grandparents. I absolutely do not recommend using Greatland.

We had an amazing time! Steve your aurora tour was simply the BEST!! The dog sledding was so much fun! Ha ha.. Definitely a must use service! Great suggestions on food and activities. Your reservations online are great! We wish you the best and thank you so much for showing us the real Alaska.
