We dined here from out of town. Although the service was friendly it had to be the worst chinese weve ever had. Chicken and corn soup was like glue, all the entrees were the same meat just shaped different, beef in blackbean was horribly tasteless, chicken skewers were stringy and bland, fried rice was dry and crunchy. Best part was the banana fritters and fried icecream. Most definitely do no recommend.

We had the most amazing meal from the Great Gourmet Inn. We werent sure what to do for dinner after a show at the arts centre and we are so happy we stumbled upon this great restaurant. Cant recommend it highly enough.

Better off... anywhere else Id say, maccas even.$5.80 for 3 steamed dim sims from a supermarket, disgusting, havent had dim sims that bad in a very long time. Soup was OK but the best thing was the water.Fried rice was dry and flavourless, I can buy better packet rice off the shelf, all the dishes were 50% onion. Sauces were watery.. just dont do it, to top it all off its not greatly priced for what you get serve wise, plus they even sting you 1% extra for card.

Very Average. Dont order the Chinese steak dish for $24 it was frightful and went in the bin. The garlic combo was watery and full of onion so was the pork entre that cost $10. Shirt soup and honey prawns were edible.Wont be back.!

Hospitable Chinese food. Decent sized servings of vegetable stir fries for our vegan family of four. The sweet and sour, black bean and satay sauces were all excellent.

Its not overly fancy inside but its nice, definitely better than a takeaway. Its probably the best Chinese eating in wangaratta, probably one of the best places in town to get good food. Not the cheapest eating option, but Chinese never is once you get a few courses to share, plus fried rice and drinks, good value for a nice meal in a friendly honest place that has been in town for thirty years.
