Grays Shopping Centre - Shopping Centre in Kapoeta, South Sudan
Lots of shops and not too busy.
Quite multi cultural now, there is a fish, meat, seasonings shops, I actually dont have to go into London anymore to buy these things
Nice calm place, every shop you need is available
Great place to visit and shop and do banking business
Went in for a coffee with toast , lovely atmosphere to sit down and chat with your friends.
Love getting in grays sitting at the cafe with all my friends having a cath up
kinda run down closed shops bit reminiscent of late 90s
Grays shopping centre has changed over the past decade. The shops seem to come and go. Morristons seem to have taken over Grays now.
You will find nearly everything you need there.
Nice little shopping centre in the middle of Grays town centre not the biggest by far but still has quite a few well name brands in there such as CardFactory, Wilko and Peacocks and all so has some independent stores that make it worth a visit as there are some different bits you would find here that you wouldnt find in the close by lakeside. Some nice cafés and fast food restaurants as well to have some lunch while you are there!!!
Nice little Mall, needs to showcase more in the Mall to attract visitors. But overall lovely mall
Not a great selection of shops to be honest but definitely ok if you need general bits and pieces
No me gusto demasiadi didnt like it very much.Looks neglected and the shops were not very interesting
Its such a shame its a little run down. The shops that are open are great.
Shops shut down everywhere, very depressing place too. No matter what day you visit, it is never full of people. Like Grays town centre, the shopping centre killed itself.
Not many shops to look around not with lakeside near by.
Specsavers Opticians appointment.Extremely Happy with the Staff members Especially the Optometrist called UmarAndThe Management TeamWowWill Definitely be back there again
Depressing and gloomy. It was once a thriving shopping centre now just basically dead. Sad but very true. I wonder how long it has left before if closes down.
Iceland was pretty busy, and prices werent too bad, only 2 ladies on the till, could have done with another one as it was very busy and hot in there
I wish it was more cleaner there and do not go down there of a night
Wasnt much there really bit disappointed
Just not a nice place due to some of the locals in and around the town and not very helpful staff in any of the stores and most of the stores being run down
One of the most extensive shopping centres I have been to with great quality products.
You still see women prowling the streets with 3 legs and 4 wonky eyes. They need less betting shops and more pubs
Ok mainly coffee and food outlets know used to be better but still places to find what you normally need and cheeper than places like lakeside shopping center so you can get more for your money around the center
We need few more quality shops there apart from that nice shopping centre, all the security personnels are very friendly and helpful ,specially Amy is always great to help out
Decent if you need a few bits and pieces local for everything college, aquarium, gadgets etc
Mainly looked at the charity shops then Morrisons which l like is a big store, lve been going a while now so l know where everything is. I would recommend this store.
Everything I want under same roof. Assortment of different shops bargain prices 🥳
its a pretty fun plus but some people are rude
Park in Morrisons car park get you parking ticket cost refunded by spending above £5.00 in store,
not that nice area .plenty of shops but not clean council should repair roads and sighs
Good for shopping. Charity shops are nice. Specially cafe in the centre is really good.
Was passing thru, but nice little shopping centre
The last three times I have been two the centre I have witnessed 2 robberies by british crack heads and a group of Somalian teens harassing an elderly couple. Id say the centre, like most of grays, is slowly turning into a dump.
Several access links to high street and many stores
Pretty dreadful place nowadays, its a shadow of its former self many years ago. Unfortunately, left to decline by thurrock council, probably so they have an excuse to sell it off to property developers. Its dirty, has a couple of decent shops and only a couple of banks are left now.
Has lots of shops including a post office, all under one roof, with its own paid multi storey parking accessible via a lift and stairs. Very convenient .
I like it here cos I can get all my Afro hair and food products at reasonable prices. Iceland’s and farm foods and the pound shop is absolutely Fantastic. I also fix my kids laptop here
Im writing this review with great difficulty. Unfortunately I cant think of many positive things to say about Grays Shopping Centre but at the same time I dont want to outline the negatives because it feels cruel. Itll be as though Im laying criticism at an old cancer ridden greyhound for its racing ability. The centre has clearly seen better days. It had a very sombre feel about it. I was intrigued and curious about its state but did see that there were people about who are making good use of the place. I feel perhaps this place is dying in the shadow of Lakeside. Sadness and two stars is all this place gets from me. Oh, and the 4 quid I spent there.
Very busy place. Great for shopping. Right next to the C2C train station. Close to river side as well. Varieties of food shop and restaurants around.
Like most town centres, many food amenities and shops, inside shopping mall including mobile phone repair shops, opticians, cloths shops, banks, QD, and many usual high street retailers, Morrisons supermarket and fuel station is nearby, many other shops around the surrounding town centre,
Its not nearly as big as Lakeside shopping centre, but for a shopping centre situated on the High Street in grays, it fulfills many shopping needs. It has fast food shops, Costa coffee, 3 High Street banks, charity shops, nails shops, gift and card shopping clothing and shoe shops, grocery shops, Holland and Barrett, wilko, poundland and more.
Lovely little shop that sells Italian clothes around the corner in the left. Great quality and price. The gentleman who owns the shop is very well mannered and pleasant.
The centre is ok, clean and feels quite welciming but there should be a better range of shops. No decent clothing shops or butchers. Nothing that makes me want to visit. Could be so much better.
There are loads of shops here to have a look round, I brought 4 pairs of Jegging in Pep& Co inside Pound Land, Ive had these before and are excellent quality and wash really well, the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Soulless, but the fact is its becoming a provincial shopping parade with a roof.Frèe 3 hour parking was taken away, i noted less cars...less footfall ...possibly more shops to go and high street shops.Such a travesty in these difficult times.
Very big shopping centre, loads of known brands and loads of family fun filled activities. I did not think you can find such a big shopping centre in a place as snall as Grays. Love it and always return here with a smile. The kids love it too.
The shopping mall has very little to offer. The only decent shops were the home stores I.e. Poundland, Wilko etc. Stepped outside and was immediately uncomfortable as outside the entrance we came across opportunists blatantly checking to see if they could target people. On a whole the area is awful. It need a revamp, better shops and some police presence.
Nice place to visit and shopping.
