1550 NW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33125, United States, Miami
Urban green space with a ball field, tennis courts & seasonal water park with movies & a snack bar.
Tried to come for a birthday ended up having to go back home because it was closed but according to the website it was open so please fix this would not recommend trusting the open hours on the website.
I really love this water park but its always closed Ive gone there like once and I loved it but its super annoying to go there and its all closed I wish it was also open on the weekdays because sometimes its also not open on the weekends and its kind of getting annoying otherwise the food and places are overall clean.
Irs a great park, but why on earth only open at weekends all simmer?
Hope they open more than 2 months out of a year, my son loved water park but there isn’t many in Miami this big and close, when they open it was long wait but it’s worthwhile.
My kids have so much fun and so much safety and good food and life guards are so nice and today’s my 7yo kids birthday and today we are going there
This waterpark was pretty fun for the kids they all had fun I’m giving it a three stars because they have a height restriction for the slides they have which they don’t have that many of so I believe that if the children know how to swim they shouldn’t be an issue of them sliding they’re not even sliding into the pool it’s not even knee-high so that’s why I’m giving them a three stars I suggest you get there early to get a good shaded place the pricing is good they do have food there they have bathrooms with showers if you want to take a change of clothes
Went on 8/21 since online they say they’re open 10am-4:45pm. Arrived just for it to be closed. If your park is closed then make sure it says the correct information online, you guys will keep getting terrible reviews, as it should be. Idiots
Went ALL THE WAY OVER THERE and when we get there is completely closed on a Saturday 😡 and it say open on Google What a shame!
Park is closed as of 08/14 DONT GET THE KIDS EXITED… mine are in tears!!
Bad experience today, long waiting to enter. They close earlier I dont know why, the weather was good.Bc of that the whole family had to re plan the rest of the Saturday. =(
If its your first time get there early. If you a regular leave some room for the first timers. Great space unfortunately, they are only open on the weekends. Maybe its because of Covid and all the new standards.they would have really benefited from summer camps should they have opened Wednesday _ Sunday.Dedicating Wednesday and Thursday to camps alone would be great.
I had amazing time i had fun in your water park i love water parks so much
Not sure WHY the city of Miami ONLY open it on weekends...it is SUMMER... plsss
The last time we visited this water park was back in 2016 and we have always loved it up until yesterday (7/31/22). Iwe did not like the way it was set up..they had us wait in line..in the hot sun for over 30 mins before being able to enter..what they were doing was waitinh until a few people left & then allowing othes to go in..it was ridiculous..we lost so much time because of this. Then they only played spanishHispanic music as if that was the only race there..they need to be able to satisfy all guestvisitors. Then 15 mins before closing they made an announcement making everyone aware that if they needed to use the bathroom to go ahead & do so because they would be closing everything, so my kids headed to the bathroom and told me that once they got there the clean up lady (blackdidnt want to let anyone in because they were cleaning up already so one of the fathers (Spanishhad to speak up and then she let everyone in..by this time I made it to the bathroom & we were only able to use 3-4 stalls because they had already cleaned the others, so we had to wait in a line AGAIN..smh..we couldnt even use the sink are, because they were cleaning them. The clean up lady (blackwas stating that she was tired and had been there since 9am and was ready to leave at 5pm. That was so unprofessional to tell us. That was not our problem. Although we enjoyed the water & slides, we may not ever come here again.
Super! Good for the summer! Miami we need more places like this in the city.
Super happy with this water park! I took my 6 yo and she was safe and really enjoyed it. I love that they have well fitting and comfy life jackets available and life guards throughout the area. Also great food and a lot of sitting areas. We will be back really soon! Oh and you can’t beat the price of entry!
Great and inexpensive place to take the family. Lots of fun! Get there early before they hit capacity! If not its a long wait to get in.
Went for sound bath healing in the park
Too many restrictions water river noneven one lap no enough umbrellas
Kids really enjoyed the water slides. If there is any lightning within two hours of your arrival, you receive complimentary free tickets for another day
Its a nice park the only thing they cut much of the trees they were here. Not only that all the tennis and basketball courts were destroyed and in top of that the water park sucks.. its been closed for ever. Reason the pandemic!!! Jajajaja what jock this is Florida Miami the city were the summer never ends..
I can’t believe the City has not been able to have it ready yet, while nearby cities have their water parks open already.
It’s a beautiful water park but they are bearly open every time I want to go there they are never open that’s the down part of it
SUPER CLEAN AND FRIENDLY
If you want to get in you need to get there before they open at 10 am and make the line. Due to Covid restrictions park is operating at half capacity and fills up by 11 am. We got there around 11:15 am and waited in line for a good 20 mins not knowing they had closed since they met capacity. They then told us that they needed 25 people to leave the waterpark to allow 25 more people to get in. LOL! Who goes to a waterpark for an hour and leaves? They should have announced they were closed as soon as they met there limit. Hopeful to go back one day once restrictions are lifted.
We enjoyed it. Our favorite was lazy river. Doesn’t have a lot of slides for older kids . I would say it is for kids 8 years old or younger. It is affordable .
The twins are OBSESSED with Grapeland! They prefer going here than the beach. No sand, no seaweed, no currents and rip tides, plenty of fun and games and slides and clear, clean water with a ton of life guards? You can see their point. This place is amazing!
OK let’s start with number one :The price is manageable the people that go there are a little questionable if you’re not used to Pork and beans or over town folks. The water pools are mostly for younger childrenNumber two the food:I’ve heard others say the food is expensive, yes it is and the quantity is very little but it taste good and if you’re super hungry I suggest you eat before you go or after you leave only thing you should get is something to drinkNumber three: The lifeguards they are very young some of them have manners some of them are really rude I wish the parents had taught them better manners I think they need to hire a certain age because these kids today unfortunately most of them had no home training and I really feel like they just don’t want to get up in the morning to go to work and even if there is a difficult customer they need to know that for every action there’s a reaction
I would give it 5stars.. but the last time I was there with my children of 5 .. 3 out of 5 was sick real bad because they was playing in the kiddie section and some one poop in the pool .. my 2 oldest didnt get sick.. all 3 had fevers.. I mean the worst.. never again will I go there.. until my small kids get wayyyyyy older
Listen for $12.50/ adults and $7/child... this place is great!!!y son had a great time. It gets a little crowded in the slide area for the little ones... but hey I cant complain for the price.
Really a nice place to spend the day, kids really enjoyed the place and slides…there is something for everyone..my fav lazy river 😀, ample seating space …only drawback is they don’t allow re-entry so pls be sure to carry everything you will need
Was just there today, too many petty rules! Not allowed to wear nose goggles which is extremely silly, no jumping in the pool. Also there are many chairs that are not in the shade so some people were sliding the chairs back under a tree for shade and the staff made them put them back as they were sitting and eating and the staff isnt very friendly! These rules are ridiculous! We will NOT be returning! Also you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks including water which is very wrong!
Horrible, has a little too many rules. Includes no nose goggles and no jumping in the pool which is understandable. Not much shade to sit under, and you are not allowed to move the lounge chairs under the shade. Very horrible, can do better.
First time visiting this water park, it was great for the most part. My 4 yr old loved it. There’s a side with slides for the smaller kids and a side for the bigger kids. Pool and lazy river for everyone. The only thing I didn’t like was the food. Not only was it over priced but it wasn’t even good. Sausage dog made me sick. $5 for school lunch slice of pizza. And they don’t allow any outside food not even water bottles. I suggest an early arrival because later in the day it gets very packed.
So I tired to come here twice. The first time was Thursday June 10th. Checked the website and google to make sure they were open. Arrived expecting to have a great time with my 3 year old daughter and the place was closed! A sign advised that they are short staffed and so are only opened Saturdays and Sundays. Okay. We were disappointed but figured we’d try again on the weekend. Came back on Saturday around noon. Stood in line around 30 minutes in the heat (could not understand why the line was moving so slowlyonly to find out they had reached max capacity. Everyone still in line was told they would have to wait for 100 people to leave for 100 people to enter. Okay. We waited a bit. Didn’t see anyone leaving. Storm was rolling in, so we decided to give up and go. As soon as we reached our car we heard them sound a siren and announce for everyone to exit the pool due to weather. Come on guys. Get it together. Perhaps do time blocks? Head counts? Disappointing all around.
Bad experience at this park they said we have to wait for 100 people walk out to let 100 people walk in it doesnt make sense at all. But the officer at the entrance doesnt even think in my proposal that was 10 people walk out then 10 people walk in. Is just question of think in lot of kids that are in the waiting line.
DO NOT TAKE TODDLERS!took my 19m old on Saturday May 29th. We were there 2 hours max. The day after she started with vomit and diarrhea. This lasted 4 days. The pediatrician advised beach may be better than water parks. The water did have alot of debris in it and the chlorine did not feel too strong. To add.. I got there at 10:15am and spent about 75 minutes in line to get in in the HOT SUN.I would go back maybe in a few years when she is older and has a stronger immune system but they wont see me back there for a while.
Fun slides for younger kids, lots of cool art and a relaxing lazy river. Its a great place to watch planes take off or spend time while waiting for a flight.
Perfect place for a few hours pre flight! More fun for the younger swimmers but my 8yro had fun too.
Decent price for admission. The staff was very friendly. The wait time in line was ridiculous because the system is extremely slow and definitely needs an upgrade. The food is a little over priced but not too bad, and its what you expect at an amusement park.
This Water Park is a very fun water park to visit. The entry fee is unreasonable, the prices for items are justifiable sometimes, and the pool is fine. The main areas, like the areas where slides are, are cool and sometimes non-crowded. I suggest you visit this park in morning so you can get a better visit. You’ll thank me.
We love coming here! Theres a lot of lifeguards in the pool to watch the kids for any trouble. They have life vests available at no extra cost! I took two of my nephews here and they had a great time!
Great place for the kids ! Small waterpark but it was fun for our children. We recommend
We love it. It has a lot of safeguards in all of the pools. There is a list of prohibited items at the door (no food and no floats unless approved by the coastguard). They have life vests available at no extra cost. It is affordable to get in. I took 3 kids: 2, 5 and 11 and all of them had a great time.
Pretty good time. Very crowded though. They have really fun water slides and the lazy river has a rapids section too. Great place to bring family and friends
Grate little aqua park in Miami area, when you need to get a breake from a beach or your local pool entertain your child... I recommend this for children up to 12max
I like the place ,is clean and the staff is always protecting the kids buttt always is a but the food is reaaaaaly expensive, but is really good for the kids!
Great atmosphere, staff is attentive. Food is well priced at the cantina. Lots of parking, but you should arrive at opening for closer parking by entrance and less crowds.
It’s a nice little spot to bring your younger kids. You will feel fine with all the lifeguards around. Older kids might not have a great time because of the lack of activities but I’m just thinking it’s about my kids. It’s not even that crowded on certain days so you will be able to enjoy a bit of freedom in the park. Everything seems to be fairly clean and the staff is pretty nice.
Inexpensive, locals discount, loads of life guards, clean, usually not crazy busy if you go at open. Movie night on select Fridays. Lockers and food available... "No outside food/drink allowed" - pack smart
