Grand Park Hotel Jerusalem - in Jerusalem, Israel

Hh
Nice room, free coffee, parkinglots available but a bit dirty. Our room was facing the road so it was never really quiet.
nice hotel , friendly staff , free coffee , complimentary breakfast . it is close to the Jerusalem Old city
Good price. Good location
Bad service, take forever to fulfil simple requests. Some rooms dont smell as clean as others. Only good thing is the free supply of tea and coffee in the lobby.
ok
Room to small and crampy. No tea and coffee and kettle provided in the room. You have to get them at the hotel lobby. Dinner and breakfasts so so
A bit far from harrods gate ...about 1.4 km..and another 700m to the gates of al aqsa.Else, the service is good and commendable
Nice food, clean and nice room Decoration.
Maybe it is not the best hotel in Jerusalem, but it is realy nice place with great stuff. Food is nice, rooms cleaned every day and personal very helpful! It is 10-15 min from old town and I would realy visit it again. I also like coffie and tea one can take at any time.
Decent hotel, offers free wifi with good connection and overflowing tea, coffee, water for guests. Good location too.
Super!
New... Good... An at the Next the old city... You can walk from there to old city 15 minutes max.. Walking... Enjoy.. 👍🏻
Very nice place, clean bedrooms and comfortable beds. Although, there isnt much parking space on the street. Besides that, nice people and a great place to stay.
Very nice place. Great starting point for visiting the Old City. Delicious coffee.
Nice rooms and really delicious food. Not too far of a taxi ride from the city.
Dont go there, no service and bad food.
Rooms too small . But the WORKERS SO GREAT BREAKFAST IS GOOD!
Nice
The Best Hotel in Holy Land for piligrims👍🇱🇹
Aircons dont work and a bit of a walk to the old city
Former Ibis Hotel, old and unserviced rooms, phone and ac defect, no wifi in rooms, 15 min. walk from Herodes gate.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in all my life. Location is good but money is spent better else where.
Terrible Hotel , unpleasant smell in the diningroom. Unfrendly staff. Strange to call this a four star Hotel! We are very dissapointed.
Water very cold staff not helpful
Really nice cafe on the bottem floor
Nice hotel in Jerusalem. We liked the rooms and the breakfast was OK. Only the parking spots nearby are a problem (they are not freeand the surrounding area is not so nice.
Very nice and comfortable place with one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, waking distance from the city center and the old city
Nice hotel in a quite area but close to market and the old city. Minimum facilities are available of one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner
Good hotel
Excellent
Good value for money.
Good hotel for Asian touris
a nice small hotel about 1.7 km from the Dome of the Rock & AlAqsa.room are not too spacious but sufficient, decor are contemporary, bed & pillows are a bit firm but not hard, shower pressure is strong, practical shelving instead of drawers.the plus - free wifi, plenty of plug points to charge your phone/tablet, restaurant serving tasty local dishes, free flow of hot drinks from a machine at the reception desk, quiet neighbouhoodthe minus - a bit far from the Old City, Dome of the Rock & AlAqsa, no shop around, hot water kettle in selected room
Excellent service and great food only 15 min walk to old city
Food is good accommodation is average.small rooms
The room quite small but facilities is ok.Wifi signal is good.Aircond is set timer and stop after run for 1 hour that not comfortable.Buffet dinner have good taste. On rooftops can see Jerusalem view.
This hotel is disgusting. Dirty. Mold in the bathrooms..Dining room in the basement. Old food..tables not clean..carpet old and patchy..absolutely disgusting!!
Great hotel in the middle of Jerusalem. A walking distance from the hotel to all holy places as well as to any place you want to visit around Jerusalem.
Clean but must be updated....
Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed it, great location close to downtown and the old City, very quiet, good buffet breakfast included, nice staff, good value.
Nice
Small but Neat rooms
Good place for a budget stay. 15 minutes walk to Damascus Gate. Free tea, coffee and water in the lobby 24/7. Spacious room, clean enough. Weve had problems with heating in the room but it fixed itself mysteriously. The breakfast was good and fresh though not so diverse. Great hummus and halva. The hotel looks a bit used up but its a good bargain.
Too basic for what you pay.
Nice hotel. But breakfast is little bit weak
It was ok. The breakfast was bad. Room was bit crowded.
exceptional experience !outstanding and friendly staff-specially Aziz was extremely helpful &professional! great location close to old city -fantastic view over Jerusalem nice touch!clean and excellent choice highly recommend
