Got woken up at 6:30am because they made a mistake and called me instaed of a different room. Could not go back to sleep the whole night and the food was the worst ive ever had, pancakes tasted like they were spoiled. And when i complained to the owner Ahmed he wanted to give me a 10jod discount for my troubles for next time. And then when i tried to go and get the 10jod discount the next day the price went up 12jod and he could not do anything about it. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS 3 STAR HOTEL AGAIN!!!

The hotel was partially closed for renovation. The service was excellent! However, the breakfast was rather limitted.

Located in thr center of the city. Good hotel with relatively small rooms. Despite the size they are well equipped and comfortable. There is a need of maintenance work with room locks. Quality of food in breakfast and lunch is excellent. Parking place is very limited if any. View from the rooms and lobby in front of rooms is exellent and you can see the new Amman city from top!

The lack of reception is good and disrespectful, the staff and the security director are arrogant, and the emergency situation is not accepted due to the burning of our house, the burning of our personal cards, and our lack of respect. Please work on reforming the administrative staff. Thank you

I always book my trips with booking best experience, and very easy to use. Even the hotels I booked feel they treated me very well. Today I booked Grand Millennium Amman. Best hotels and best stuff. Lara you are the best with how you assisted us. Also, Abdurhman and all the stuff very smiling and trying to help you in any possible way. Highly recommends this place.

i was checking out from the hotel the guy who works there came to take my bag and stuff downstairs and i had a bag with a brand new iPhone 13 in it and theres a big chance that he took it and theyre. telling me that theyre going back on the security footage but i doubt it. i dont recommend it . its not safe at. all

Despite how friendly and cooperative the staff was but I wont use this hotel ever in my next visits to Amman.Rooms are either so cold or so hot. If the room has A/C, there will be no heater and vice versa.I couldnt sleep in the first 2 nights because of the bed bugs then I have to change the room into a room with cold A/C in which there is no heater and there weather was so cold.TV channels were of poor quality and diversity . I spend my time watching Netflix on my phone because TV quality was very poor.

This is the hotel which I prefer in my trips to Amman. The staff is quite friendly and they are doing their best to help. The cleaning is moderate, but over the average. You will stay happily if you keep your expectations in a certain level.

A bit of mixed feelings. The staff was super helpful and courteous. My riom was not ready at check in time, so we was offered an upgrade but still had to pay 50% of the difference. Not a big deal as that was an exta 100 usd for the 3 days, but still, would have expected an upgrade without charging as i yave seen in many hotels around the world.The room was nice, but furniture was bit dated, or looked like it with scratches and marks of glasses.The remote control center was a nice feature, bit tricky with regards to the touch response. Bathroom was also nice and good quality, though the toilet seat was bit wonky.Was on the 17 floor but can hear the street noises. Curtains are light blocking, but can not seal it close completely, so eye blinds are a good thing to have for those days of sleeping late.There is a valet and it is included in the booking, which is good.All in all a good place and good service. But for a 7 stars hotel as i read on the entrance, i think it has some way to go on the rooms.

The worst hotel ever. Sleep on the street but not in this dirty hotel. They are not honest, they are not responsible. The service is very bad. The rooms are dirty and not cleaned for a long time. It took us more than 2 hours to get a good room from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.The worst ever. Their service is worse than 3 stars hotel.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Extremely helpful staff, beautiful decor, and excellent location. We reserved the ballroom for a conference and got an amazing deal, where all the rooms are in one place, with bathrooms nearby, and good lobby for coffee breaks.

Avoid this hotel if you can! From the photos looks fine, in reality the bathroom is very tiny, the shower is literally between sink and toilet no soap or shower gel provided (for €25/night). Also, you have to pay extra for a room with A.C/heater. Thank God I was there only for 2 nights. In general hotels in Amman downtown are old and dirty.

Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff. We were only here two nights so Im slightly hesitant to judge. Meals were okay, and the room was comfortable.The only major detractor for us was not having an option for a non-smoking room. The smell was not bad, but was definitely present.Cafeteria style dinner was passable with even some really good highlights, however we did not get to try the Indian restaurant onsite. Given how good the curry was in the cafeteria, I would wager it is probably very good.Breakfast had diversity but honestly nothing that stood out... well, except the donut wall. I mean... hello! Donut wall!

Idk how this is a 5 stars hotel.. The food is average but their service is Amazing.. the waiters there really care about you 😅 they make sure all is perfect so smoothly.. like fairies hahaha

The rooms were WONDERFUL! And, the food in the restaurant was exceptional. My wife and I LOVED the lamb, as it was tender, juicy, lightly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and melted in our mouth! All the staff at the hotel were pleasant, helpful, professional, and kind! The staff in the restaurant was also the BEST! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The food was aweful, constantly out of plates and utensils. The towel are dirty with blood stains on one of them... poor design of the washroom, water squirts out onto the floor. The lobby was badly maintained with dirty mirrors. They totally do not deserve 5 stars.This is the most honest review you can get... The other reviews are definitely fake reviews... unfortunately.

Overall, great experience. Service was always reliable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Also, they are very high tech and have a dedicated security team.

Rooms are substandard. You may get a good room at the same price elsewhere. Food and services are good. Property doesnt give a grandness when you enter, ambience is just OK.

Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms. If you stay in the spring, the AC may not be working and it will be necessary to open the window to cool the room. There is an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and gym. We had a wonderful stay.

I was in Jordan for work and I spent few nights in this unbelievable hotel. The staff is highly professional, rarely you can meet such professionalism, the room was absolutely great and so the breakfast. My special thanks goes to all the reception staff, to Nael the reservation manager that was absolutely brilliant and Rami that was always so caring in the morning during my breakfast!! This is by far one of my favourite hotel worldwide… thanks guys for making my staying in Jordan so special!!!

I very highly recommend this hotel. It is superb and centrally located next to the most famous boulevard of Amman. It is by far the best hotel in town. Services are extremely good and food is excellent, they have one of the best buffets, and the staff are very polite and hospitable.

This feedback has been presented to the Hotel Manager prior to this review at a private meeting in the our room. But I must say we weren’t impressed by this 5 star hotel and the actions taken to acknowledge this feedback. If I had been a manager at this hotel I had made an effort to reimburse customer or in some significant way honour the feedback that was given face-to-face in a calm way.• 5 star hotel - doesn’t live up to the expectations• Asked for a room highest possible with view over Amman. Upon arrival presented with a room on the 2nd floor. Asked for possible room higher but was rejected but a colleague overheard dialogue and changes decision.• Sky Bar was closed an has been for longer period and will re-open in “some months”. Since this a trademark of the hotel this should be stated at websites and agencies should be informed• Room:* TV not working - 3 different people had to visit the room to fix a connection. How can this suddenly happen* Bathroom “dirty”, lime everywhere as well as mould in the bathtub* No smoking room but smelled of smoke and air-system had to be shut of and window opened in order to avoid the smell of smoke* Holder for toilet paper fell of the wall and was not fixed during our stay* Minor detail but however funny - cutlery and glasses were not same types, sizes or mark• Spa:* Sauna not working and S team bath not working properly, cold benches and vett slow heating. We contacted staff in the spa reception but no actions was taken* Lime everywhere in the pool area* Lockers with dirty and belongings/stuff to prior guests was left unattended. Serveral of the lockers has damaged locker doors and couldn’t be closed.* Bathrobe was not to be found in the room or in the spa area. We asked for this in the reception but answer was vague and the answer was they didn’t have itIn general the staff was very friendly and smiling.

Amazing 7 stars hotel. The food is great. The room service and cleanliness is perfect. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and bars are with perfect services. Free Arabic coffee for welcoming at the door. The paintings and decoration for famous artists around the place even in rooms.Has to be visited.

This place was great! The rooms were very nice and clean and beautifully decorated. The food was incredible for every meal we had there. So so good!!! The only downside is that they didnt have bandaids... First aid should be a basic necessity provided to guests.

A glance at the pictures is sufficient to demonstrate that the Grand Millennium Amman is both a pathetic representation and a legal liability to the brand name that it holds. After being woken up in the early morning to the terrifying sound of the glass shower door exploding, the management demonstrated its inability to deal with unusual emergency situations, and its disregard for even the most basic standards of hospitality. The following is a true and accurate report of the events that unfolded.To be clear: we booked the stay for a total of three nights. The glass explosion happened on the morning of the second night. Once the incident was reported, we were moved to a larger room, on a non-smoking floor, with cigarette burns on the couch and an alarming (urine? God knowsstain on the white chair.After we expressed our shock at the state of the room, the hotel offered the ambassador suite for our last night. By that point, we were so shaken by our stay and the many things that had gone wrong, we declined the upgrade in favor of a full refund of the three nights. We made it clear that we felt neither safe nor welcome at the hotel, and that if the hotel does not provide the basic courtesy of a full refund, we would leave for another hotel in Amman for the last night of our stay. All these events took place before 10 am. We moved all our luggage out of the ambassador suite, under the understanding that the hotel would provide the basic courtesy of a full refund. The hotel management called our room at 2:13 pm. We called back at 2:57 pm, and were told that management would get back to us. We did not hear back until around 5 pm, and only after we requested an update. The manager-decision maker needing his weekend rest, he communicated with us through the assistant manager. We had to plead the case for a refund for one hour (again!), after which we were that the hotel would only refund the second night. Shocked, we requested a refund of the third night in order to move into another hotel. Again, this message went through the chain of communication, only to be met with rejection.The hotel assured us that this was the first-ever incident of the glass explosion – a claim we have no reason to doubt. That being noted, incidents such as these are the true test of hospitality and management skills. Any fool can provide basic clean housing, and Grand Millennium Amman not only failed to do so, but failed to take responsibility for the chain of events that took place at its property, failed to meet the most basic tenants of professional hospitality, and failed to represent the international Millennium brand.In addition to being disappointed with how management handled our specific incident, we are deeply concerned for the health and safety of guests at this hotel. This glass explosion incident shed light on management’s utter lack of preparedness to adequately handle unusual and emergency incidents, as well as falling short of meeting basic standards of hygiene and hospitality on its premises.

We spent several days at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Amman and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. It is centrally located, easy to get to from the airport, clean and new. The staff are fantastic. The staff at check-in, concierge, taxi, restaurants and housecleaning were unfailingly welcoming, and any request was handled quickly and graciously. The rooms are quite large with very comfortable beds, sockets to accommodate a variety of plugs, and a spacious bathroom. Water, coffee and tea are provided every day, along with lots of clean towels. The hotel became our base as we explored Jerash, Petra and other sites, and it was wonderful to come back in the evening and feel pampered after some hot dusty driving.Stayed October 2016

Nice hotel, but for the five stars is not so clean. Even in lobby you may find some tables with broken legs and dirt everywhere. Rooms are pretty big. Breakfast is good. They also have a cigar lounge, but I would not recommend to buy cigars over there. It seems they store them not in a proper condition. And the assortment is also very poor. Other than that is pretty good.I forget to add that my wife found some big bug righ in the bed. When she smashed it it was full of blood, so probably it was biting us all night.
