I loved it! But the only thing that ruined it for me is theres a lot of men groups and they keep staring at people in a creepy way and try to take pictures of people in secret

Very nice place for shopping, hypermarket with good offers, had varieties of brands shops for all levels, cheap and expensive, many perfumes shops as well, Centerpoint, H&M BASICS, OVS, BEAUTY SECRETS, PARIS GALLERY, DERRAH, ABDULSUMED AL QURASHI, MANY SHOPS FOR WATCHES AS WELL, ADIDAS, SHOE_ARENA, MAX, REDTAG, HOME BOX, CINEMA EMPIRE, MANY COFFE SHOPS, MOTHER CARE, THERE IS LARGE AREA FOR RESTAURANTS WITH ENOUGH CHAIRS AND TABLES AND SAFFORY LAND FOR KIDS

Place to shop and eat. There is play land for kids. There is good cinema option. Plenty of parking space. Nice food Court with fast food restaurants. No fine dining restaurants. Super market is good. Good mix of facilities under on roof.

Always love shopping at Grand Mall. Most shops open around 9.30am which is an ideal time since we are morning people 😊

The biggest mall in hail and nice atmosphere but still missing some brands like American eagle and some food staff not there like pasta roma,The kids area is good and reasonable prices.El othim market is there and nice shopping and getting your grossery in one place.Coffee shops are many with good chocolate categories

If you are looking for Nike, Adidas or kind of related stuff, then Grand Mall is not for you.If you are looking at Red Tag, Centerpoint, sketchers(not recent released shoes then you are welcome at Grand Mall.If you are looking to dineout options at one place like fast food I.e. KFC etc then its a place for youLooking for kids game play then yes its for you.Rest, dont keep high hopes

Not a bad mall. Food court is okay (definitely recommend Ahzal and their shakshuka), and there’s a nice variety of stores. However, the restrooms are terrible. Also, coronavirus measures like masks and social distancing were NOT implemented at all.

Its good mall in selected place, never face probkem with the car parking since they have a huge parking area, still missing some good brands to open here

Great mall, great atmosphere. Lots of cafès and fast food on second floor.I come here mainly to walk where I log almost 3 km. Zain has a good free wi-fi coverage allowed for 2 hours.

It is a great shopping mall which provides a variety of clothing items ranging from very low price to expensive branded ones. The spacious food court and adjacent indoor playing area for children is popular place especially for families.

One of the biggest & busiest mall in hail. It has many brands & outlets plus food court is also good, big kids play area with exciting rides.

The mall is great, big and has alot of stores with good merchandise to buy.. It also has clean rest rooms and even huge food court with alot of seats.

Best mall in the city ..

A big mall with a lot of brands to shop ...you will find almost all the brands sketchers, H&M, home box, center point, Nayomi, Bath & Body works, Milano, Max , Next, Victoria secret, Claire’s, Mother care, Redtag...Theres Saffori Land as well for the kids to enjoy.. A definite go to place if you are in Hail..

Spacious mall with many shops and restaurants.

Many vacant spaces/closures: Mall is nice and clean, but many good stores closed recently/Im afraid they will put low quality stores in to fill the spaces. Othaim grocery store is not clean/sells low quality products, like Panda.

Top mall in Hail, of regional relevance. Definitely this and Arar are the two big malls in the northern side of Saudi and where you can expect to find all international and renowned brands at mid level.Modern, well taken care and with all expected amenities and F&B

Restaurants and Saffori Land! Great place for a night out (during the weekor afternoon with the family. Its really nice when they have the annual restaurant fair when everything is half off at almost all restaurants (Sbarro, Texas Chicken...).Theres also a nice variety of clothing and shoe stores. I dont reccommend it on weekend nights. Its just too crowded.

Grand Mall is very spacious place. It has Saffori land - an entertainment place for kids. Brands such as H&M have stores at Grand Mall. Overall, it has been an amazing experience to be there.

Great place to see, i was astonished by the size of the place, have too many brands and stores.Well organised and very clean and have a restaurant area with various restaurants.Also it have a great play area for the kids.
