Uno de los mejores hoteles jamás vistos en mi vida🥰🥰🥰 y con un servicio de lo mejor. De las mejores cosas están las vistas, el bufete y las almohadas. Lo demás está igual de bien. 🤠🤠🤠

I couldn’t jump

Hotel is lovely but the low note is for the terrible conditions of the chimpanzees there; a bit of vegetation and things to climb on cost nothing to add. Tanta lujeria pero sin condiciones mínimas para los chimpancés enjaulados allí . No cuesta nada un poco de vegetación y algo en que escalar , esenciales para estos animales inteligentes

El hotel es una de las marravillas que nos ofrece Guinea Ecuatorial,con un alto nivel de gastronomia así como lujosas vistas,seguridad,comodidad y otras cosas.

Hotel Djiblo was made to make people happy, it invites you to relax and forget about everything. I really enjoy it whenever i go. The one thing i recommend is to improve all the indications from the main road to the hotel. Everytime we go we get lost.

Pasé un fin d semana y una nochevieja bastante agradable.El hotel lujoso con unas instalaciones casi perfectas. Precios asequibles y la noche de hotel incluye varios servicios adicionales gratuitos excepto Internet de alta velocidad que sugeriria que se añada para más comodidad. 7.500 XAF/día de Internet es demasiado.El servicio del personal fue casi perfecto; caluroso recibimiento de Pardeep y una atención excepcional del siempre amable e incansable Christian y mi camarero favorito Vicente.La cena de fin de año mereció la pena pero había más personal en chaqueta supervisando la sala que poniendo y recogiendo mesas.La discoteca puso precios extremadamente abusivos para los reservados, en cambio la bebida en barra estaba a buen precio pero una señora en tacones no aguanta más de 2 horas de pie.Recomendamos hacer un estudio y análisis mejor para la noche de fin de año 2022 porque no creo que compensara tener a mucha gente en la barra y más de la mitad de los reservados vacíos.Si me preguntaran si repetiría la noche vieja en el Grand Hotel Djibloho, mi respuesta sería un SÍ.

Volví a ir porque me gustó la primera experiencia. También, volví a confiar en Pardeep, por su atención personalizada. Llegué y me recibieron con un cocktail sin alcohol. Tomé la cena de Nochebuena en el restaurante L’Incanto. El que tocaba el piano durante la cena amenizó la velada, pero tenía ganas de música marchosa. Por ello, terminé rápido. Para ir a la discoteca Latido. Para entrar tuve que pagar un test PCR. No me avisaron que debía tener el test PCR. Eso no me gustó.El ambiente de la discoteca fue muy agradable. Hice un par pasos de baile. Al día siguiente volvieron a abrir Latido. Pasé otra vez. Había menos gente, pero me divertí bastante. También pasé por la fiesta del 31. Los errores del día 24 mejoraron. Pero, los precios de los reservados en la discoteca Latido fueron abusivos.El servicio del SPA fue excepcional con Christian y Isabel.Recomendaría que se contrate personal de refuerzo para las fechas señaladas. Pero, volveré.I came back because I liked first experience. First time was good with Pardeeps customer service, so I trusted him again. I arrived and they received me with a non-alcoholic cocktail. I had dinner on Christmas Eve at L’Incanto restaurant. Listening the piano player during dinner was lovely, but I wanted most moving songs. So I finished dinner quickly and went to the Latido nightclub. Entering inside demanded to pay for a PCR test. They did not tell me that I should have the PCR test. I didnt like that.The atmosphere of the disco was very nice. I did a couple dance steps. Next day, Latido was reopened. I went again. There were a few people, but I had a lot of fun. I went to the Latido for New Years party too. Everything were OK, but reserved tables and seats were too expensive.SPA service was exceptional with Christian and Isabel.My recommendation is that hiring service reinforcements for Christmas can be useful.

Aspectos negativos:- El acceso al servicio de internet no debe tener limitaciones. El wifi debe ser total y gratuitamente para los clientes de un hotel de este nivel. Por ejemplo: El WiFi es gratis en Basílica de Mongomo.- El servicio de Room Service es muy lento en cuanto a traer los pedidos.- El servicio de limpieza debe atender todas las habitaciones por igual dejando pantuflas, cepillos y otras. No esperar que el cliente llame para su posterior solicitud.- En cuanto al servicio del restaurante, observé un porcentaje superior del uso de comida congelada que fresca.Aspectos positivos:- El servicio de la recepción está a la perfección en todos sus ángulos de recibir a los clientes.- El servicio de seguridad está sobresaliente, te sientes seguro tanto dentro como fuera.- El servicio de gimnasio y masaje están muy bien. Alejandro e Isabel me trataron de maravilla.- La atención que recibí del señor Pardeep fue extraordinaria.Recomendaciones- Recomendaría que se mejore los aspectos criticados arriba.

We were a group of four people. Two adults and two children spent a night in this Hotel. Three went to the Suite Oyala. We found flowers around everywhere. The last one took a room because he would liked to be working alone. The Oyala Suite seems like being in a movie. We took dinner in Lincanto restaurant. Everything look amazing. Thanks to Manager Mr. Pardeep Kumar. We also want to thank you recepcionists Mrs. Trinidad and Mr. Remigio.

Never been there but I can tell its good

First impression is impressive, huge place and extremely luxurious, boutique style , big spaces , big areas with an enormous outside pool and a smaller, but still huge pool inside. As you can see from the pictures there is everything in here, SPA, gym restaurant bar , looking forward to discover all, tomorrow we have a golf tournament , stay tuned... So after the stay, the impression is more than positive, played golf at the adjacent course to the hotel, course is beautiful, small par 66 but very interesting. Club house at the image of the luxury hotels , then went to chill out at the pool. With pizza grill and burgers there is also a very good Spa with internal heated pool, jacuzzi, jacuzzi, hammam, sweedish Sauna and high pressure showers.Congratulations to the management, as i can immagine how difficult to maintain such place at a very high level of service in that particular contests. If you are in EG i highly recommend to anyone to see this place

Cet hôtel est juste waow!!! Jai du mal à le décrire tellement il est magnifiqueCest un mélange de luxe et de raffinerie. Le restaurant est magnifique on y mange bien, la piscine le jardin tout est incroyable. Ya un aire de Golf, un parc animalier. Des Salles de conférences de +400personne de contenance. Jai jamais vu un endroit aussi magnifique et pas cher. Même pas 100euros le prix de la nuitée. Unbelievable!!!

Excellent Hotel, excellent service, very nice staff and friendly people.Huge area including buildings, internal and external swimming pools, a great time in the SPA with relaxing Jacuzzi and Sauna... Great gym 💪 to do some workouts💪😅, Golf ⛳ course, basketball, football, tennis and volleyball 🏐. one of the best places in all central Africa, best place in Equatorial Guinea where you chill out and relaxe with affordable prices, also for the food is great with reasonable prices.I recommend this place for weekends.

Uno de los hoteles más grande y lujoso de África. Si te quieres alejar del ruido de la ciudad 6 pasar un buen rato en un hotel tranquilo este es el mejor sitio. Los tienen 5 restaurantes todos con buen atendiendo habitaciones confortables y el personal es muy amable.

Oasis en mitad de la selva. Gran buffet para comer, magnifica piscina e instalaciones.
