The location is perfect, plus point. The hotel building connect to the mall eventhough we werent going there.Room is ok, not that fancy but fair enough that compare to the price. So impress in bed there are guling (bolsterrare to find in hotel, love it.Things have to be improved are bathroom condition & towel.The pool looks old however well maintained.Overall, we enjoy while staying in Grand Artoz Hotel.

Location is convenience, connect with mall. The service quite oke, except about parking. We brought car, which have to stamp in the concierge everytime we have to go out. Even we already registered our car as a hotel visitor. The pool quite old and they clean in the opening hour. They open at 6 oclock, i was going to swim but they start to clean too.

Probably the best hotel in downtown Magelang, close to the city center as well as to the Military Academy. The building and the service is good, although is not exceptional.However, rooms might not easily available and the price might rise during certain time, like school holidays (which also the time for the new cadets of the Military Academy to enter their first year, in which hundreds of parents will also come together, Lebaran/ Idul Fitri (the celebration day after the fasting month of Ramadanand the end of the year.Beside those seasonal moments, it should be easy to get a room in this hotel.

Great location, spacious room, fast response, and good price deal

Quite a nice hotel, good beds, pillows n linens. The bathrooms were a bit small tho. We were one of quite a loyal customers here but never got a free upgrade ... 😜😄

Great location in the city, one complex with the mall. One of the best business hotel in Magelang. Convenient. Nice n comfortable suite with carpeted flooring. Good service.They have a great gym too unfortunately there is no personal trainer when I asked. Quite complete equipments. One floor with cafe and pool. Lovely pool, surrounding is well maintained.

Great location. It’s located on a big road, so if you’re only transiting and going to other places near Magelang, this is a great place to stay.The room is good. Not that fancy, but its fair because the price is quite affordable.

The atmosphere in the room is calm and comfortable, the rooms are completely soundproof.Free snacks in the mini bar, good snacks while watching TV with various channels.The mattress is soft, pillows are really big, there is a comfortable sofa in the room for lying down while playing gadgets or reading a book. Clean and well maintained, bedrooms, bathrooms, elevators, lobby, carpets, restaurants, even swimming pools. I want to swim at 6 am, its already open, the pool is still being cleaned, really keep it very clean.As a Muslim I am happy, because the rooms are Muslim friendly, there is a clear Qibla direction and the Quran (contact A-Line Service first)Hotel parking and the lift is a bit complicated, but I support and appreciate the hotels good security system. The service is friendly and fast, I really thank the security, the bell boy who has helped make it easier to lift so much luggage, and the receptionist who is patient and thorough.Next time, if I visit Magelang again, I will choose Grand Artos Hotel to stay, I want to review the suite room bismillah~

Crowded mall during weekends and holidays. The food court needs more tenants and more food choices.

It’s nice n comfy hotel in Magelang, everything is fine untill my initial check in, I was treated in rather ungrateful manner ! I was on single person corporate trip but when took my driver to the front desk, the lady keep tellin’ me that the breakfast only for one pax …., yeah I was aware of that but the lady keep tellin’ me that as if I could not pay for an extra b’fast !! OMG, am I that suspicious ???

Close to Artos Mall make staying in this hotel become a bit more comfortable as you will easily find everything from culinary, coffee or else in just few steps. Clean and have friendly and agile staff make more comfortable to stay. From this hotel you can rent a car or request to take you to the Yogya Airport. This hotel actually in the middle of Yogya and Semarang. You can easily reach tourist location which quite a lot of option to be reached from this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is that this hotel is located in mall area, so many facilities like swimming pool, nice gym and the mall itself. The ambience on the lobby is good. However things to be improved is for the room itself as the interior decoration is looks old compared to the lobby design, and the shower in my room 528 is broken. The breakfast food itself also can be improved (too sweet, but however the service is superb and all staffs are all friendly

Attended a wedding event here and I just cant say that is "a wedding" as far I know. They provide so many waitress and the hotel staff which I think they are more than the amout of the guest. Which make me wondering is the staff took all the food when guest were here and there. Sorry to say but the foodcourts food is better than the hotel has

this hotel is strategic in position in the interconnection beetween magelang city and district magelang (different administration area), you can go to the mall which has a connection alley to and from the hotel, and the mall is the only mall that fulfill the standard mall that has a decent foodcourt and etc to buy. you can go around the city from the hotel in a comfortable distance.

Clean large room, spacious and comfortable restoran for breakfast even though the variety of food is limited. Easy to reach since its located in middle of magelang city and on the side of main Semarang Jogjakarta route in which passed by intercity bus ... But Quiet atmosphere.. Slept like a baby

During the covid19 pandemic, the hotel implemented the covid19 protocol by checking the body temperature of all visitors and providing handrubs used by visitors. In addition, visitors are required to wear a mask.Cleanliness in some areas is not as good as usual because meeting rooms are rarely used and it seems that the number of employees on duty is reduced.Because this is the month of Ramadan, lunch is replaced with snacks to take home. The quality and taste of the snacks are nothing special, but it can still be enjoyed and comfortable on my tongue.

This is the biggest hotel in the town of Magelang. It has several floors. Rooms are well furnished. Breakfast is well prepared and served.

The room is great with free mini bar which is rare for any hotel with this rate. Swimming pool is not too big but 2 jacuzzi!! My kids favorite! The downside is the food, not bad but not excellent either. But you have to try to listen to their home band, the vocal is fab!

Value for money. The room is well maintained. The bathroom is good, the bed and overall the hotel is nice. Even more attached to artos mall make it complete.

One of the prestigious hotel and meeting rooms in Magelang. Came here to get a racepack collection for Borobudur Marathon 2019 and 2018 and I should say I was quite impressed with the interiors and decoration.

Located side by side with Armada Town Square (artosMall, this hotel offer not just staying experience but shopping experience too. Lot of parking space... 24 hours security... swimming pool.. room service... nice staff.. modern hotel style.. at very affordable price. Last but not least, it is very easy to reach from Semarang, Yogyakarta or Purworejo.

Good location for the afternoon coffee on the 9th floor - great view for Merapai and Merbabu mountain. If you are " lucky " be there on the clear noon. Otherwise, happy to see some one create this kind of coffee + bar on the high raise building to enjoy the view.

This hotel is great, because its joined to the Artos Mall, which has a movie cineplex, kids entertainment area and foodcourt as well, so even when you dont plan on going out you still have plenty of activities to do.On the 2nd floor, the breakfast area, it has a quite large outdoor open air swimming pool, but it is quite cold though. Breakfast wasnt as good as expected for this class of hotel.When you park in the basement, you have to go out of the mall (pay parking ticketto get your car to the lobby to pick people up, which means you pay ticket again. But the mall complex give 10 minutes of grace period though, so if you manage things under 10 minutes you dont have to pay the parking tickets again.But it would be more practical to go to the basement to get your car, get out of the mall area and not have to go back to the lobby, because traffic is pretty crazy around the mall.Trivia: This hotel has no 4th floor and rooms with the number 4 does not exist. For example, after room 738 they go straight to 750, so I bet theres no such rooms as 224, 343, or 534. Feel free to check that out for yourself.

The hospitality was great and the room was very spacious. This is also the first hotel I have ever seen provided guest with bolster. A big win on that. Too bad they allowed people to smoke on the swimming pool area, even though they forbidded it in the room or in the hallways (they actually do provided smoking rooms on every floor). Since I brought small kids, it was still totally unpleasant to have people smoking on the swimming pool area. They give guest one voucher for two people to go to the gym, so you better bring your gym shoes here otherwise the voucher wont be any use. Or you can just buy shoes from the mall beside the hotel. :)

The room was great, clean & cozy. Hotels services were also great. Their pringgading resto was also dope. The foods were tasty and yummy. Although I think they need to upgrade their parking lot, when i was there, i was searching for parking spot, for like 30mins. It was full already, but they were still accepting lots of cars, pushing us to get inside their parking lot, so it was swarming with lots of cars, searching for parking spot

This place is very clean and comfortable. Next to the mall there are also hotels to stay. Even more there are many places to eat that sell a variety of foods, ranging from local to international. For children, a pleasant play area is also provided.

Hotel located in the Magelang City, Central Java. Aside of a mall which is owned by the same owner of the hotel.Room is good. Got a mountain view, which could see all mountain surround this city.The only minus was the chair in my room, seems been damaged by perhaps young kids jumping. Other is ok.

The location is very strategic, located right beside the mall and main road of Magelang. I got the city view which was good, the standard room is quite spacey. I didnt get chance to taste their breakfast, but the staff is quite helpful preparing our takeaway breakfast (it was several bread and croissant). I enjoyed my stay there

Good hotel with so many facilities.. But im a bit disappointed with the cake shop.. Dont sell spoiled cake even you give 50% discount.. It was good just like on the picture before.. Why it become bad? Please fix this problem.. Sincerely, cake lovers

A great place to stay in magelang. I love the fact that this hotel has a direct access to the mall on the lower ground. The pool is hidden and located separately from the crowd so it feels private and comfy. The dishes so tasty and have many variants.

Just came here for breakfast and the pool. Todays breakfast taste good. But some of their food were dried from heated too long. Their pool today a bit dirty and green. Need to be clean again soon. It just different from last time I came here.

Very comfy, breakfast is delicious and alot of food to choose, take 7th floor and ask room view with sunrise then you will get beautifull sunrise view with the huge glass window.Room is so clean and smeels so good.. you will get small refrige in room with some drink/snack (paidand a hair dryer also a electric boil to make coffe or hot tea in the morning.The price is affordable and the quality is more affordable.Enjoy..
