Airy, glass shopping centre with high-street shops including John Lewis department store.
Lots of lovely shops and good parking even though its expensive to park.
Great place to shop. I wouldnt go for eating, but the grand Arcade is a very elegant place to shop. During the pandemic was a lonely place but now is really crowded and getting ready for the Xmas festivities and ornamental decorations.
Its got some really nice space in it, and great access.
good range of shops and large toilet facilities that are mostly kept clean.
Nice and clean place. Has a good variety of shops
A nice atmosphere however, Id like to see perhaps some more designer brands open up.
Nice place to shop and relax. Lots of shops and restaurants. You can also use the big toilet and fill up your bottle with chilled fresh water.
Nice modern shopping centre. That says it all, really. Convenient (priceycar park attached.
Looks like the buolders couldnt eventually decide if its indoor or outdoor shopping centre. In the evening only crapping pigeons are allowed. Very decent toilets.
Its handy for the centre. Other than that its a slightly expensive but clean car park. Website shows number of free spaces
Nice mall with a decent selection of stores. In the stores we did visit the service was nice. Its also very clean and well taken care of.
The Grand Arcade elevates the shopping experience in Cambridge bringing together a selection of luxury stores including Apple, Tesla, and John Lewis.
Good selection of stores, gets pretty busy. Parking is good, tho being central, a bit pricey
Perfectly nice shopping centre with a variety of shops and eating establishments. The public library is on the upper level and there are public toilets.
Beautiful shopping centre with most of my favourites. You know youre in Cambridge when the shopping mall has a fabulous library too! Love it here, always stop by when Im in town.🥰
We love Grand Arcade!!! We are concerned about the Cambridge Congestion Charge they’re looking at😭 I think this will be detrimental to the shops and businesses in Cambridge & specially the Grand Arcade🙏🏻
I love this area in terms of cleaning. My children really enjoy the beach and Its so amazing to see them having fun and making new friends.
There are a variety of activities you could do either by yourself or people close to you. I’ve been here more than 20 times here, yet I never became uninterested from its atmosphere
what i like from this shopping centre is that it. is clean, nicely brighten with natural light from the roof, not overly crowded, has a public toilet for free (have to pay in Europe!).
John Lewis is the anchor store followed by numerous other "high end" outlets. And being in Cambridge city centre what more could you ask for?
Plenty of shops here, they cater more for the high end so are pricey.Nice mix of shops from clothing to eating
It is always a pleasure to shop here. There are many unique shops such as an art gallery and recently, an exhibition/experience from the technology museum of Cambridge. The LEGO display throughout the summer was amazing! The toilets are always clean. Parking is a problem at peak times/season and is rather expensive over the weekend. The mall is located at the heart of Cambridge City, perfect for a day out.
Great shopping centre with lots of choice and great shops. I believe it’s dog friendly too, which is a bonus!
Really beautiful place to spend the day and you can meet the testla cars
Shops, shops everywhere you look. If you want to buy something from a big brand chances are you’ll find it here. A flagship John Lewis is the pinnacle but other shops are also available.
A great shopping centre with a good variety of shops and amenities 👍🛒🛍️
Beautiful uncrowded space to walk through with lots of shops. The multistory car park has lifts at each end, making it easy to access the various shopping floors directly. It also contains John Lewis, Cambridge library, Art displays, and Workshop space for children to learn skills.
Comparing this mall to any other mall in canada it’s very nice and I love the selection! One note, please place more rubbish cans for customers to throw away their trash!
Combining a lack of staff in the various businesses with very, very, slow lifts (elevators to our US friendsmade this a frustrating and disappointing experience.Waiting for over five minutes for the lift, twice, with a family member in a wheelchair, isn’t something I’ll be repeating.
Great place to shop - terrific variety of shops. Would give 5 but I experience this sharp pain in my right side chest every time we go there and my wallet hurts as we spend 😂
Arcade of shops in Cambridge city centre. Multistorey car park adjacent to it. Toilets, including accessible toilet, on upper floor. Generally accessible. Several units are currently unoccupied.
Public toilets available as well as bins and benches. Good selection of shops, minimal empty units. Absolutely heaving on a weekend, take the upstairs walkway if just passing through. Excellent shortcut to the geography department on a rainy day
Great mall. Good selection of stores, only thing it is missing is groceries. You get free toilets upstairs and even a free water machine. Few charger slots available for emergencies but their regular use is frowned upon. Clean, good and safe atmosphere otherwise. Wi-Fi available.
Park and ride buses park either adjacent or short walk. Decent series of shop. A bit like Bath but without the hills. Best ice-cream is outside the shopping centre. As ever John Lewis is great to explore
Its grand but there is no arcade...technically. there is a retro gaming store where you can pay to play games. The raspberry pi store is interesting and the car park usually has spots available. Other than that its a typical mall.
Had been with my niece and my friend was pretty good options for shopping.Kids playing games were very limited .Can spend about 3-4 hours easilyCinemas are well maintained I must say.
Its a nice shopping mall. I didnt spend a long time there but the ambience is amazing! They have a bit of everything so if youre looking for anything youll definitely find it here
A typical shopping centre as it goes. Usual brand stores etc. However the car park is extortionate! Would avoid if you can. Cost us £15 for 4 hours! We had a day out in Cambridge and thought it would be convenient to park here.
Nice mall but I love car park facility
Went to the apple store and was assisted by a brilliant staff member, Blue. She was so professional but friendly, actually taking interest in our conversation and she recommended exactly what I needed. She is a brilliant example of what customer service and humanity should be. Thanks Blue for your amazing service and for being so friendly, helpful and professional in a perfect balance.
Easy to wander around, plenty of maps. Toilets on level 2. Lifts are great once you realise how they work. We parked in disability level -1 with 3hrs free. Just have to return to your car collect your blue badge and scan it with your ticket. Its a short distance from outdoor market and other attractions.
This is an epic ‘mall’ it has so many high quality shops (Apple, John Lewis to name twoand over the years has kept a high footfall through it. I wouldn’t recommend parking here though. It’s pricey and there’s other places that you can use for cheaper and walk into town. One of the entrances leads into the lion yard mail. Which is a noticeable change.
Nice shopping centre, with mid range price to high quality brands. The Christmas decorations are outstanding!
Lots of different shops, something for everyone and every budget. Lots of lovely Christmas decorations for the kids. Last time we went they done dinosaur decorations for 2 weeks
Great selection of shops, caffee shops, and restaurants. Best to visit on weekdays as it is crowded on Saturdays.
A great shopping mall. There was a dinosaur hunt when we visited and our kids enjoyed that so much. The stores are not crowded, plenty of parking spaces and very clean toilets. Wheelchair and pushchair easy accessibility. You have to pay for the car park even if you shop but it’s convenient and not overpriced. The location is central and you have access to the market and other tourist attractions right outside the mall. During our visit there was also a pop up Disney store with great prices. Loved the placed and will come back!
Super place to shop or window-shop... depending on your budget! Regardless, well worth a look...
A good shopping center in the heart of Cambridge where the main attraction is John Lewis and there are many high class clothes shops, cafes and restaurants including;- Washrooms/ Restrooms- Free WiFi- Parking spaces- Library
Technically these images are of the market square Christmas lights switch on ... of which I attended ... I gave it five stars due to the lovely atmosphere in and around the square, lion yard as well as the local market traders and entertainment provided ... the five stars are not for the grand arcade itself as I did not attend the lights switching on ...
A mix of old and new. There was mikes of shops and site seeing that ran fluidly through the city. Shop mobility was very helpful (shout out to Danielfor the accommodations for my grandmother. We called and they were fairly easy to find from the rail station. Everything is close and easy to find. Prices at decent. Shops only run up to 18 in UK sizes so we couldnt fit much there. 3 stars only because the accessibility of sizes and shipping options for those traveling internationally.
