the thing i love so much from this hotel is the breakfast..its tasty and worth it.The service is awesome, the staff is super friendly super quick service..and greeting from the GM itself who was approaching our table in the middle of dine in.. Its totally different from years before..

The abraj rooftop lounge is a must visit. It’s cosy, clean and vast. the food and beverages are very enjoyable and it has a reasonable price. They have a musholla in the lounge so there is no worry you can pray there.Bonus: the view of blang padang is beautiful.

Word fail to describe how pleasant our three nites stay in this hotel. Front office team who really taking care anything we need.We thank to Ms. Kiki, Mr. Sayyid, mr. Sahril, and the guy who incharge at night (dont know his name), thanks for your kind help guys.Since our stay, abraj rooftop is our favorite venue to enjoy live music. I say thankyou so much to abraj rooftop team especially to chef your indomie kuah is so delicious, highly recomended.

Located in strategic place in the city centre. Near to Aceh Tsunami Museum, Baiturrahman Great Mosque and adjacent to blang padang green open space.

Very Bad Service. I booked for 2 connecting room and already confirmed but when want to check in they said they only had 1 connecting room..........

Few days visited Banda Aceh and Sabang. Stayed at this hotel got clean, tidy room, friendly and fast service from the staffs. Nice buffet breakfast menu was one of its worth points. Surely will be back here someday.

My friend suggest me to stay here during my 1st visit to Banda Aceh.Overall is good, nothing disappointing.1. Room is clean, it has working desk also and they prepare some magazine inside2. Breakfast taste is OK, not bad.3. Hotel location nearby main attraction, we can just walk if we want to visit Museum Tsunami, Gunongan, Masjid Raya, lapangan blang padang.4. This hotel also prepare shuttle for us who wants to perform subuh pray at masjid raya. But you need to book/inform to receptionist in advance.

Trainee receptionis is very nice and cute

good but avoid paying with a card. their POS (there are 3are unreliable. none of those 3 wont accept my 2 cards, and the front staff have been attempting many many times (he was already perspiring). there was a time they would raise the POS to the air saying "internet very slow". to no avail. yet, when I came home, on a monday, the charge went through 25 times

Very comfortable room and nice hospitality. The place is also strategic. It only took few minutes to go to grand mosque and museum tsunami which are among the main attraction for tourist. I would definitely come back to Aceh and stay here again in Grand Arabia Hotel.

Being a grand deluxe room that cost 1 million idr per night, they should have provided at least carpet/wooden floor, good trendy sofa, large working desk.

Descent & clean room, but breakfast need more variants and better taste

Ive got a good room, grand deluxe at rate Rp. 1,1 million. The hospitality was great, i like the bath tools wich were so complete, unfortunately i thought the water heater wasnt run well, the hot water wasnt hot at all. They were prepared a medium plate of fruit for free in our room too. The breakfast choices were limited, and there werent any tv cable channels on the tv. Good yet needs improvement

Good building but hard to find parking space

Nice hotel rooms, but as of mid November 2016, its still doing construction. Come 7 a.m., the builders will start working. Very noisy. Avoid rooms with 01 ending as they are closest to the noise source.
