Gosawa in Beirut

I did a purchase on their website from yesterday and till today is still showing waiting for payment they are a total scam.and they have the worst customer service i tried all type of communication but no one answered.

Very bad experience. I placed an order and choose cash payment method, they said that I should confirm the order through calling one of the two phone numbers provided. One of these numbers isnt answering all the time, and the second one which is also a help support number is turned off. Im posting this after 8 hours. Unethical and Waste of time !!!

No tv in the bungalow, room is fairly clean the view is amazing

ok, i saw that 50% on a room in faraya, they said call and check, i called and checked for saturday, they said not available but friday ok, so i did that reservation for friday, back to gosawa and paid and got the coupon deal, after i did all this i called again the hotel to update them, once they knew i paid they said sorry but we told you we have no rooms, anw i had all the conv recorded on my phone, so at the i end up with not going bcz they dnt have rooms, oh btw the hotel said we can give you a room if you pay more 40$, the whole amount on gosawa was 80$ plus 50% 40$, thats what i paid at the beginning,I donno why they did that with me, but no trust in you anymore and this is very bad seriously.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Ive ordered a product and got a call saying that it will be delivered in 2 days. Then Ive started the follow up and things have dragged for more than 17 days with no delivery.The customer service kept on neglecting my requests.Finally, Ive requested refund to my credit card but it was rejected. They only refund to your GoSawa account which is non-sense.

Terrible customer service

Ive been using Gosawa for a while. Coupons are ok and inline with the market. Products are not accurate as displayed in the pictures.

This place always has great deals for everyone. I have purchased from it many times and not once have I faced any issues. Actually, I’m writing this review as a satisfied and happy customer, especially after today. I bought 4 tickets for beach resort, we faced a problem at the entrance as the management claimed the system is not working and cannot use those tickets we should call go sawa, we called them....... At the end after waiting at the entrance which was very embarrassing they claimed there is a problem on the system it is overloaded.... finaly after long time they took our phone numbers and write it manually until.we got the approval to enter

Very bad experience with Go Sawa, zero customer service, we got a bungalow offer, after a long drive and great day, we wanted to treat ourselves with a nice lake view. The place was so dirty covers were all dirt, hygiene is zero, and we found hair in the bed and dirt. So unprofessional will not bother to buy any deals from them anymore.

Worst experiment ever! We’ve bought 2 entrance tickets for a beach resort and it turned out that although these tickets date is expired they are still selling them on Gosawa application! I tried to send many emails in order to explain what happened with me and ask them to remove all expired deals, however no one seems interested to respond!!!!

Be aware of buying coupons from Gosawa and make sure you receive them and print them , I wasnt able to redeem my coupons due to a technical issue related to the email address knowing that I called several times for help and exchanged emails that proves that I wasnt able to Find and print my 3 coupons , when the problem was solved they said sorry they expired 2 days ago so they took the money for themselves :( it is a rip off indeed

Beware of gosawa rewards, i spent years collecting reward points, only to know later that most advertised companies dont accept them.

Best place to by online even if you dont like to by online and to Waite the delivery you can submit and pass by there place at down town. Deals are great there is always a lots of shots.
