Cest le troisième restaurant Gordon Ramsay que nous faisons, et cest celui là notre préféré, autant la vue est magnifique autant le personnel est disponible et vraiment agréable. Cest un bon restaurant étoilé niveau des plats, un peu long parfois. Visité en avril, mai et Septembre 2022.

Malgré deux appels pour savoir si l’on pouvait réserver avec réponse négative ( service de 19h30 à 22hnous sommes arrivés à 18h30 par sûreté. Complet 1h30 d’attente à prévoir ! Nous avons pensé que cela devait valoir le coup…. Pour 50 euros une assiette barbecue pas d’entrée ni dessert. L’assiette arrive froid après beaucoup d’attente durant laquelle nous avons mangé nos frites (bonnes !). Le concept aurait pu être sympa mais mal organisé. Je pleins le personnel à l’accueil qui doit faire face à beaucoup de clients mécontents

De laccueil à la sortie, de lentrée au dessert, du vin au café, tout était absolument parfait. Une adresse incontournable.

Cétait beau ,cétait bon ,cétait juste magnifique.Merci aux serveurs qui sont au top, spécial dédicace au sommelier qui nous à fait découvrir un vin juste incroyable.

I will start with just a little criticism. And that is about the seafood mousse. There were too many flavors on the plate and I couldn’t focus on a few. The flavors competed with each other and it wasn’t savory. It was confusing because the vanilla and sweet taste did not complement the dish.Now the rest of the food was absolutely to die for. When I googled Michelin star restaurants and saw Gordon Ramsay, I was apprehensive. I expected a lot of hype due to a celebrity owned restaurant.However, the first course canapés would make anyone weep. The baguette and butter was divine also. Normally I hate Chardonnay and I call it Karen’s gasoline but the wine pairing with the bread and butter starter was absolutely amazing.I was also apprehensive about eating beef tongue but again I was shocked. The Pinot noir pairing was diving and the mixture of raspberries was complete genius.The bruschetta/olive/peeled grape plate was so fresh and savory.I also never thought I would try pigeon in my life and I found it’s one of my favorite dishes. The chef prepares it medium rare with red wine and it was heavenly.We ended with honeyed wine and a basil sorbet.This entire experience has inspired me to take up cooking and exploring new foods again. I appreciated every moment and especially the service.Our host from Colombia was extremely genial and attentive.I obviously recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Versailles.Also, get the cheese platter it is completely worth the €22. Again, when I get home I am researching the wine list and finding every type of cheese I tried.

Good lunch at Gordon Ramsays. Wonderful dishes brought to you by mindful staff. A remarkable spot of quietness, one step away from the Palace of Versailles. We will return! Well done to the chefs! We had the Menu Degustation with 2 glasses of white wines each for 400€. The staff was incredibly helpful. Everything depended on norm; an extraordinary encounter generally.

Très décevant pour un étoiléLieu très agréable évidement , très bien décoré et vue magnifique sur le parc du château avec en prime quelques moutons . Service impeccable .Mais la cuisine très décevante . Pas de choix possible à la carte en dehors du menu découverte 5 ou 7 plats . Tout de même , on vous change le premier plat si souhaité ( langue de bœuf )Entrée de légumes du coup pas mal , à suivre tartelette à la tomate sans grand intérêt , l’agneau délicieux en 2 façons avec des saveurs particulières , tartare de gambas avec 3 grains de caviar : je n’y ai pas décelé de créativité , puis un dessert assez léger et bon au chocolat mais quand vous n’appréciez pas trop le chocolat , c’est dommage . Tout était bon , mais rien d’exceptionnel .Les amuses bouches , mignardises et truffe avec le café , franchement sans aucun intérêt .Le beurre était délicieux ! Dommage de tartiner son pain dans ce genre de lieu .Bref , par rapport aux autres étoilés ou j’avais eu un plaisir de découverte en bouche , un émerveillement de ce qu’il y avait dans mon assiette , très très déçue .

Très bonne découverte, restaurant avec salle assez sobre, vu sur le Jardin de la Reine, plats signés Gordon Ramsay.Points positifs : Parking gratuit dans l’hôtel, cadre du Trianon Palace, assise confortable et toutes les tables sont avec vues sur le Jardin.Points négatifs : toilettes très peu entretenu, pas suffisamment de détails concernant la prise des plats. Service globalement lent pour un restaurant gastronomique … marqué par de longue pause entre les plats.

Très décevant!Oui le service est ok et l’assiette est soigneuse (sans plus), mais c’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Nous sommes contents de payer cher quand cela le vaut, mais ici j’ai eu l’impression très désagréable d’avoir été trompé. Nous avons été accompagné pas deux jeunes enfants (2 et 4). Ils ont été servis les amuses bouches comme nous. Ces amuses bouches nous ont été facturées!! Je précise qu’il s’agit de trois mini bouchées. Les facturer 40€ je trouve pas très élégant. Je précise également que nous faisons beaucoup de restaurants étoilés avec les enfants et c’est bien la première fois où on nous facture les amuse bouches pour eux.Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillons pas cet endroit. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants superbes dans la région parisienne. Celui-là ne fait pas partie.

Impossible expliquer table de Gordon que ça impeccable chef ! Je suis tellement heureuse restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. Merci me en mémoire. Bon de moment.

Un sans faute pour ce dîner à la "table du chef."Chaque plat était délice et à fait plaisir à tous les convives ! Un service impeccable et décontracté !Adeptes des bonnes tables et étoilés, nous pouvons dire par comparaison que vous méritez au moins une étoile supplémentaire et que nous reviendrons pour un nouveau très bon moment.

Cest toujours une excellente expérience. Cadre magnifique et très agréable, service impeccable et bien entendu des plats excellents.

Déjeuner mémorable à la table de Gordon Ramsay. Des mets excquis portes par un service aux petits soins. Un lieu extraordinaire de quiétude a une enjambée du château de Versailles pour échapper à la foule. Nous y retournerons à n’en pas douter ! Bravo au chef et à toute l’équipe !

The smells, tastes, gentle wine buzz combined with a jet lag made us feel like we were a part of theater show. The stuff was on top of all your need and wants. The food was creative and tasty. Couple of dishes could have used some texture, but the flavors made up for it. The director and sommelier definitely enhanced our experience with their knowledge of food, wine, perfect pairing and unpretentious behavior along with my beloved, dry, European sense of humor.

Bien entendu cela ne peut pas être mauvais, tout est là pour que ce soit parfait , beau décor, service,etc... mais pourtant 1 seul menu avec une 1 seule variante ... donc si vous voulez manger autre chose c est mort et pour un restaurant de cette qualité c est light , et 1 seul fromage et 1 seule sorte de pain . Après le repas était très bon mais sans originalité pour Monsieur Ramsay ... qui en plus a été dénigré par la serveuse en chef ( moyen quand on vient aussi pour le nom)...bref. Soirée agréable mais sans donner d’autres adresses pour rester totalement neutre , pas à la hauteur de l’addition. Pas assez de choix cependant peut être à cause du COVID.

I wasnt sure about this at first but I was easily won over. Truly a wonderful lunch experience. The atmosphere and wait staff were both lovely. Of course, the location is amazing. The food was simply spectacular. My advice is to dress the part and trust your menu. 😁

TOUJOURS EXCEPTIONNEL!Cela fait pas mal de temps que je voulais prendre le temps de donner mon avis pour ce que je considère être une des meilleures tables de la région parisienne et de France!Il y a les bonnes tables, les très bonnes tables puis les tables dexception et celle-ci en fait partie.Laccueil est TOUJOURS merveilleux, aucune fausse note, sans cesse au plus près de nos envies tout en étant sympathique, détendu et agréable. Vraiment dès vos premiers pas vous savez que vous allez passer un bon moment grâce à cet accueil ....du Responsable de la salle, aux serveurs, au sommelier ....ils sont tous parfaits.Sagissant de la cuisine.....que dire sauf quelle est du même niveau que laccueil: généreuse, méticuleuse, succulente.....Enfin un dernier mot pour dire à quel point lendroit est magique...à quelques encablures du Château de Versailles....il faut sy rendre pour se rendre compte à quel point lendroit est magique.Pour résumer, comment un tel endroit ne peut-il avoir quune seule étoile??? cest un mystère pour moi!

First and foremost is we had multiple different allergies at our table from gluten to shell fish to wine and mangoes. For each course the chef skillfully substituted to account for the allergies. More than just a salad with no croutons, like many restaurants today, he skillfully developed new sauces or other elements that remained true to the original recipe and did not leave people with allergies feeling as if they were left out. Above all, this is why I recommend this place so strongly, it was the first time ever where eating gluten free didn’t make me feel like I was losing something, left out or somehow lesser then the other people at the table. This was literally the best thing I ever have eaten. Every course was not only delicious, but it was platted in such a beautiful way, like a work of art. The staff was also amazing, working together with slight gestures, that you could only spot when devoting your attention to them. They moved so gracefully in sync with one another as if they were performing in an eloquent ballet, choreographed and synchronized. They were also kind, courteous and knowledgeable, above and beyond what you would expect to find at a high end restaurant. The dining room decor was both chic and cosy, with chairs that were so comfortable that you could easily sit and read a book for hours. The only book comparable in size to their wine list is the Bible and the staff was fully knowledgeable on the contents and recommended wonderful wines. I started out taking pictures of the food, but after the third course I got lost in the experience- which is a good thing.A quick a side, the gluten free bread was the best I have ever had.Also, I saw other reviews and I can not understand why anyone would give this restaurant less then 5 stars. For me, five stars doesn’t seem adequate to describe the skill of the chef, the kindness of the wait staff and the overall experience.

I had the 5 course tasting menu last week. I am still fantasizing about the sorbet and duck I had. My wife and I wish we could have come more while we were in Paris. I cant express how deeply satisfied we were with our service and food. Hands down would recommend. Truly stunning.

Calling this an upscale restaurant would be an understatement. They serve modern French food much lighter than the classic French food we were served in the past.Being with a group of history aficionados it was an extreme experience being served in the exact room where the treaty of Versailles was drafted after the defeat of the germans following WW I.

Excellent, cadre magnifique, accueil très sympathique. Haute gastronomie. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous un garderons un très très beau souvenir. Si vous voulez passer un bon moment sur tous les plans, cest ici quil faut aller. Tout est démesuré dans ce lieu. De laccueil au service, des plats au vins en passant par le décor et les tarifs. Mais aller dans un de ces très grands restaurants, cest entrer dans une autre dimension, toucher, lespace de quelques heures, lintouchable, le sublime, la perfection. Il faudrait que le Michelin créé une catégorie spécifique pour ce type détablissement tant ils sont au dessus du lot.Bravo à toute léquipe pour son professionnalisme haut de gamme sans être guindé."Cest à ça que le paradis doit ressembler”, s’enthousiasment les nombreux admirateurs des plats “sublimes”, “passionnants” Ajoutez à ceci un service "remarquable" qui couronne "un équilibre parfait entre tradition authentique et sensation de détente moderne.

This was our very first Michelin star experience back in June 2014 - to which many have followed and still one of the most memorable experiences.Back then Au Trianon had 2 stars.The most memorable dish we all remember was a flash frozen big tomato - which was a bowl cooked with what I imagine was a very clear tomato consomme with a langustine, cucumber and something more, cant remember everything. And what made this dish amazing, was the fact that the tomato warming up and unfreezing gave every mouthful an ever changing taste.The service was immaculate! It was a pleasure to view, everything was like a well choreographed dance or a play - perfectly synchronized, never felt like waiting after anything, never felt observed or noticed anyone unless specifically looking for them - yet always were well attended to and had everything to our full satisfaction.This experience is to this day our measuring stick for every subsequent restaurant we go to . And by today we have tucked of a big part of the worlds 50 best restaurants list.

Magnificent dishes. Would definately reccomend the desserts. I look forward to come back again.

It was a good Dinner, the Staff was perfectly coordinated and the pairing wine of our Menu was one of best I have tasted.The Restaurant itself was amazing, beautiful.The food was good, maybe my expectations were a bit too high today be honest. Nevertheless, Schatzi was still very content.

Great service, staff was helpful and made sure we had the best experience, the food was excellent for the most part, the only thing we did not like was a specific cut of meat which had a different taste that did not suit our palate.Enormous wine selection, and they will go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience, delicious food and excellent service makes this an experience to try, at least once in your lifetime. The view is also nice.
