Amazing food and especially the desert they have provided after dinner.I love the way they served their customers for service and food quality.Must try Indian menu like chicken 🍗 starter and butter chicken with roti. Lentil soup one of my favourite item.

Great dinner, excellent steak with pepper sauce and super dessert prepared real time by the chef! Nice esperienze.

Stay at Hotel Grand Tulip was excellent experience, specially receptionist Feye was very helpful.

Cozy and clean space to refresh after hectic days working. In-Room dining is tasty and always served piping hot. Stayed in a pool view which allow us direct access to the pool and courtyard which really nice. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Nishan, Lucy, Hasan, housekeeping, f&b and engineering team that made our stay relaxing.

The hotel in general one of the good hotels in the area the onky issue here its far from the downtown

The hotel is a bit old and I feel too pricy. The rooms are big and clean and all ground floor with small terrace. Pool is big and swimming is on your own risk. Breakfast was super delicious buffet!!

If you have other options, do not recommend you to stay in this hotel. They have all kinds of ways to make you pay. A bottle of water can be sold for ten times the market price, and then various names let you pay. The faclity is not maintained at all, all kinds of broken.

A little far from the main city but my experience was good. Room and all other categories of service were very good.

Rooms is good and Wide, but TV channels dont work. Also the lights in the hallways, the second floor is down, we received the room and it wasnt equipped. It was also a rainy day. The roof of the balcony is not water resistant. We didnt enjoy the rain in the balcony of the room. Also the lighting of the room is weak and there was a lamp without a lamp. Although this hotel is comfortable to stay

Hotel lobby is Grand, our Poolview room was very nice. Food and Service was excellent.

Our stay was fantastic, poolview rooms was nice, breakfast buffet was very good, lot of options and varities were available. Food and service was excellent.Overall, our experience was memorable, definitely will recommend to my friends to come and stay in Golden Tulip Nizwa.

I really have no idea how this is a 4 stars hotel !- The furnitures were old and not that clean !- Even in the bathroom, the wooden door looks so old..- If you didn’t book a “pool-view” room, they will give a far room where you have to walk under the hot sun with your children!!They didn’t even bother to upgrade us knowing the temperature was vey high and the hotel was almost empty..- The breakfast was so normal and limited. Actually most of served food was already taken 15 minutes before closing time!!It was a bad experience for me and never ever will try it again.

We had a good time at Golden Tulip, Nizwa last week,Nice location & value for money, Pool side room, Lovely swimmig pool, Excellent breakfast with alot of varieties, Friendly staff.. Uncovered parking was little disppointing.....

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.Kids enjoyed in large swimming pool which was well maintained and no restrictions on timing.Breakfast was too good including two Indian dishes with continental dishes.Appreciate Mr. Ajay Kalsi Front Office Manager for warm welcome and arrangement of smooth stay for us.Special thanks to Chef Suresh, Shagufta, Trixie and other staff for their hospitality during breakfast.

Its a pretty place and very clean. I liked how they put around the toilet a paper wrap that this is sterilized. They offer a very good customer service. I like that there is a garden in front of the room where you have a door to sit outside with a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast buffet is tasty, however ordering dinner to the room was less than average. The swimming pool is neat but I really wish for a place for women only for swimming. The reason why I give 4 stars not 5 is that we wished for some flexibility in checkout time. We asked for few hours of extension as we are a big family, but the front desk didnt help us. We have experience with many other hotels where they were very flexible with check out time and that is a big thumbs up.

Nice location. Easy to find with own car. Very nice and friendly and helpful staff.Well above standard Service.Rooms are above Standard and well maintained and all is very clean.Luckily we could always enjoy during our entire stay exceptional outdoor dinner at poolside, but which is decided from Management on a daily base. So no guarantee for dining there. If you do it is an breathtaking Arabian Night experience.Very good food quality.Inside restaurant-aereas (3so and so. Ok for breakfast,March 2019

Naveen from reservations was helpful. Room and location ambience was superb. Pool was big and clean. Watch out for mosquitoes. Breakfast options were limited.

If you are in Nizwa and looking for a bite to eat, I do not recommend the restaurant at Golden Tulip. Ordered the Arabic mixed grill and the none of the meat tasted fresh and wasnt seasoned well.

A tired hotel which is in need of modernisation. But, very pleasant, helpful staff, spotless rooms and very good room service. Only complaint would be the awful breakfast.

Stayed here in Dec 2021 and had two standard rooms for our family of 5. Extra bed provided with no drama.Pool is excellent but the food was only OK with mediocre breakfast and limited options for dinner.Staff were generally very good, though Hasan on checkin took forever and a day to check us in.

I have been a regular visitor to Golden Tulip Nizwa as it is the best hotel I’ve been in downtown. As they are always make you feel welcomed and service is good.I really enjoy their breakfast and dinner as they have this buffet which contains a verity of delicious food.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Pool was at a nice temp. A bit weird they wanted the place whisper quiet after 8pm though.

Very nice and professional Staff. The Manager, Mr Ajey ( sorry if I got the name wrong)is a very friendly gentleman who is also helpful and able to listen. I like the facilities...especially the concert the bids offer T lat the sunset next to the pool.Front desk also very attentive a d kind make you feel insantly at home.

Good place , nice environment, rooms are a mile away you need to walk , reception staff are great but room service is not good at all, they gave me extra bottle of water told me it’s complementary but found during check out it’s payable and paid extra for that bottle. Recommended for solo and family.

Was here for a two day staycation, and it was an absolute delight! We were introduced to a new promotion the hotel now offers, a camping + barbeque setup at the beautiful Jabal Haat. The views offered along with amazing kebabs and a proper tent and camping setup just added to the charm of the mountains.The stay and comfort offered by the staff and members of Golden Tulip Nizwa truly made our group feel at home and loved.10/10 would recommend for families and friends!The hotel also offers gaming facilities to engage and keep kids and kid hearted adults happy as well :)P S. Do try the Dal Makhani by Chef Sunil Wagh. Its a culinary experience you must not miss while staying!

We enjoyed our stay with Golden Tulip Nizwa, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front line manager Mr. Kelsi, Mr. Faouzi in the service department and the security staff, as well as the services were excellent, the breakfast was varied and opposite the swimming pool. It is 15 minutes from the city center.Abla

Traveling in this time could be challenging. I was concerned about ‘the safety’ but after entering into the hotel, I was really relaxed and confident. BBQ night at the pool was added advantage.Had the opportunity to meet front desk manager, Mr. Ajay. Very cooperative and assuring. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food was good considering the lock down!! The only real issue I had was the extremely poor wifi available. If like me, you need the internet, and it is important to you, this is definitely NOT the place for you!! If there is one issue that would stop me returning, its the unbelievably bad internet!! If the internet isnt important for you, then I wholeheartedly recommend it👍

We had an incredible time at your hotel. After our three days off road through the breathtaking hills, we were delighted to arrive your hotel... a small paradise. The welcoming arrival and a comfortable and cosy room made it perfect. We loved the relaxing time around the pool. Thank you for this highlight!

Impressive hotel with a beautiful lobby and a giant pool to swim in. Rooms are big and comfortable, but be aware that its about a 15-20 minute drive into Nizwa town if you want to eat/shop in town, as this resort is not in the centre of Nizwa city (but then again, there are no proper hotels of this size or quality in the centre of Nizwa). At night we also got bitten by some bed bugs as well, so some pest control is probably in order. But otherwise its a great hotel, and Id stay here again if Im visiting Nizwa.

£116 a night for single occupancy. Rooms are tired. Bathroom very dated with shower in the bath, with very little water pressure. Towels feel like they are as old as the hotel. Toilet paper is as cheap as you could possible find. Internet is so slow. Room key never works. On a plus nice pool, and most of the staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel itself has a nice entrance and lobby and central area. The rooms however are very average with a lot of small inconveniences (toilet seat broken, showerhead not working properly and some annoying green light that you cannot switch off in the night). Its however the best hotel in Nizwa I would say but overall value for money is so so...

The hotel is unique in its structure and design with large hallways and Omani inspired architecture. The food is delicious and it has plenty of car parking spaces. The pool area is quite nice with seatings in a garden landscape. The fitness center isnt well looked after and the Sauna wasnt working but overall its a lovely stay.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is large and has a restaurant and pool in a central courtyard. Overall impression was that things are a bit dated. That said, the facilities are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet has good variety.

Great hotel, very nice colleagues wherever you go to take very good care while you are staying. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The pool I a great, dinner was fantastic and we will definitely come back for another visit.

Feels a little of the beaten track, but it is a great hotel for a getaway. When I visited it was relatively quiet so we had the whole place to ourselves. The interior decoration of the hotel has a sense of grandeur about the place with rooms appointed as appropriate for a 4 star place. The pool was great with direct access from the veranda door at the rear of the room. The staff were very nice and accommodating for our toddler. The restaurant was decent and felt value for money. Recommended.
