Very bad customer experience, waiters have a very bad attitude.I ordered a meal which came after 3hours

Everything is at its best, the environment is super. But they should improve on service providers.

Great location for meetings and gatherings. Its the one place you are guaranteed to find a conference room even at the last minute. Their food is great too. The location is quiet as would be needed for a serious meeting. There is a swimming pool for those interested in cooling down on a hot day

Home away from home! 😊The place is serene and full of lovely bird melodies.The breeze from the palm trees is breathtaking. 🥳Their services have a golden touch. 👌The swimming area stands to be privately secured.Lifeguards are on full-time service.I recommend and will visit again.

Located at Kenol a few kilometres off Nyeri-Nairobi highway. You will find the place ideal for a quick bit in an expansive garden.Kinds would also fins the place ideal for their fun activities.

Perfectly located, with early morning breakfast and meals. Enjoyed their mbuzi choma very much it was soft and sweet very well prepared. Just do something on the seat covers.

Comfortable place along the muranga highway. Ideal for family fun day. Kids ground, ample parking and carwash. Plays local music, nyama choma decent but can be better.

Very poor service, on two occasions k had to pull seats and tables around foe my friends and you have to go around looking for waiters.

Kindly check on your waiters. Seems very slow. Had booked for reception after an occasion found the place not ready had to arrange it our selves. Orders took ages to be served ie drinks. Left without being served my drink anyway. Kindly do something.

Good getaway at KennoL on your way to Muranga. Theres ample space for children play and games to keep them busy. Taking a ball with you is is good for ball games.

A good place to go for a family outing. Good services for children. Tye food deserves an upgrade though. Does not match the standards of the grounds or its cost.

The mbuzi choma is quite hard and tasteless. Lets not talk about the music, for a place that on weekends hosts a lot of children, I was surprised to see that they chose to play mugithi music. Its not a place worth the visit anymore, just skip the drive there and choose a much better place

The hotel is spread over a large area, its a very beautiful destination to stop over and enjoy.Special thing I observed here was an old aeroplane kept here as an antique.Everywhere green lawn spreading through the area.The services offered:Food,Kinyozi,Club (Liquor and entertainment),Swimming pool just for 250 ksh whole day.Accommodation (very nice and affordable rooms)Ideal for:Party events,Get together,Stop over,I will highly recommend this place to enjoy.

The best for conferences and meetings. The food is great, has a swimming pool and spacious car park. However, the food is a bit expensive. Breakfast only is 800 Kenyan shillings

The best country hotel in Múranga county. Expansive open fields for play, dining and events. Shoot pool or throw darts as you wait for your meal. There are conference rooms, adequate parking, inhouse barbershop, classy accommodation and a crisp clean swimming pool. You will sure love their variety of dishes from their kitchen and trained chefs. You will love their mbuzi choma and kienyeji chicken.

A beautiful get away location in kenol.muranga county. Ample secure parking, beautiful well manicured gardens, nice swimming pool but I think they should consider heating the children swimming pool. I loved the beautiful golden palm trees and the lawn.

Its a good place but they could do better with the food. The service is slow and the staff arent warm. Had nyama choma and it was very hard, I could hardly chew. The ugali was not well cooked. Given the location, its pricey. The ambience is good.

Good place,good weather,they have activity for kids, swimming pool for kids and adults, the reason I give 3 not 5 is that food is Abit expensive considering their location is rural where u can get more vegetables & fruits at low cost,my experience with their nyama choma was bad we ordered a kg eaten 1/4 of it was so hard u cant even swallow otherwise everything else is good

The place is BIG... You get a feeling of space and non congestion.... Big parking big swimming pool big rooms... Big beautiful and affordable... Meals are just there no comment a place to be for big events

A good place to hang out with family and friends. The food is delicious the only downside is that you have to wait for sometime before you get served so if you are really hungry this is nor the place for you.The young ones are spoilt for choice so they will not have to worry swimming, bouncing castles and toy cars are in plenty.

A good meeting place, with well organized halls and sufficient parking. Catering can be improved, the serving for large numbers can be better organized. Car wash and barber shop are conveniently placed, no need to worry about getting a hair cut or cleaning your car while having lunch or a workshop.

Great service from the staff has made my stay here very comforting. Rooms are clean with good mosquito nets. Also lots of green space available
