The best homemade food around. We have been coming here since before I had my kids. The food is always good and fresh. We will always continue to come here.

The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when they are busy. I have so far had the burger and the breakfast burrito - both were delicious and well-made. The fries are generally good, but could use a little longer fry time to crisp them up more. Prices are very affordable.

Wnt here for the first time and was very disappointed as I walked in the door to see no social distancing implemented by this restaurant! There were no markers on the floor for customers to stand in line, customers were eating at tables right next to each other. Very disappointing.

They are so friendly you are made to feel like family . Food is so good . I love their breakfast burrito.

The best place in town for breakfast. The prices are cheap and the food is amazing. The staff is friendly too. Parking is no issue. I recommend this restaurant.

Good for a quick bit. Foods pretty good, but recently somethings changed. The quality isnt what its been for years and the quantity has suffered too.

Great mom and pops restaurant introducing new breakfast flavors very good, I can taste some Asian flavors along with traditional American, not a bad thing if you like Korean food.

Excellent customer but teriyaki bowl the veggies were cold shrimp were fired not good and my daughters pancakes were gross no flavor not even the syrup could help highly recommend a new cook and when you order a burger special French fries are limited good luck Golden Ox...

Its ok for a quick stop. The service is good, but if you really want a good burger in the same area, go to Johnnys

I visited this morning and order the plate of huevos rancheros rice and beans for 6.99I was displeased with the portion.The Asian woman preparing the food was skimpy and tight with the serving.Heck. I can go to Joses restaurant in Moreno Val and get not only better food but way better portions.I am not a greedy person. But i can tell when the price does not match the amount of food on the plate.You can be sure for one thing me and my friend ever going to go back

Eventhough I am giving them 4 stars, my honey and I absolutely love this place. Its a bit outdated but the breakfast is fresh, good food, like visiting your grandmothers home and she cooks you exactly what you want, no fuss, nothing fancy, but delicious and just for you.

Only had breakfast. It was good, not the best but certainly not the worst. The service was very good and friendly. A very old school kind of place to relax and enjoy your meal. I will eat there again.

Their food used to be good years ago thats why theyre still in business. They have joined the "serve less quality for more money" part of the world. I spent $30 on two breakfast plates (added ham to one), a soda and coffee. When I got my omelet the inside was runny and outside was overcooked. I noticed that they put a cheap slice of cheese on top and melted it. Yuck! Come on, it is common sense if you want good business then treat your customers like you value them.

Cheap little mom and pop food joint. I only go for breakfast when I want diner style food in the morning. My only gripe is that usually i need more salt and pepper on my food but I think most resturants do this on purpose for people with bland pallets.Servers are super attentive, when it is busy they have a coffee area to serve yourself. I have never had a bad experience here.If you are on any specific diets, this may no be the best option for you. If you enjoy the old diner style food like myself then thus place is great!

Great service, but please be mindful of the homeless coming into the bathrooms. I dont know their mindset. It scares me.

They have that great diner feel with reasonable prices unlike chains like Dennys or IHOP. Definitely my go-to restaurant for breakfast and they have RICE!!! 😀

As soon as you walk in your greeted with some wonderful people. Came in for breakfast and was tempted to stay and eat rather than Togo like I originally thought. Its clean and the service is great. Food smells good and tastes great. Portion size was plentyful. AND they are open in the morning so I can pop in before work rather than a fast food joint. First time in and Ill be back.

This establishment has a 1960s/80s feel.When I ordered the cashier told me which combination on the menu would save me a buck or two I found that quite courteous. This place has tons of options and allow I havent tried them all Im quite certain this place has delicious food.My friend and I had our hearts set on some Old Fashioned, All-American, good meal...Burgers and Fries!This burger really hit the spot. Now Im not a burger person and wouldnt identity as such but I wouldnt mind having another and to me thats saying a lot.My friend ordered a cheese burger with no dressing sauce, or toppings wedged in between. Simple and plain. Hes quite a picky fellow and enjoyed his meal.The oil didnt linger on the food and wax paper. Just right! The fries were fresh and crispy for longer which is quite rare to me-if you compare it to Fast Food fries. I cant wait to come back! The nostalgia of this joint make me feel comforted.Thank you. Im in the habit of going there for breakfast. Wonderful food wonderful service friendly atmosphere, and they let me practice my Spanish speaking.

The staff were very nice and friendly.. However, the food was not that good. I had a pastrami sandwich, and my bread was burnt. The peppers they have for self serve was very very salty. Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered this.. Great people, but the food wasnt that good.

Ordered two breakfast burritos the Denver and the ham virtually no ham in the burrito no egg in the burrito seems like it was just a potato burrito very poor would not return again spent $20 on a burrito and a soda for 2 worth about half that rip off

Good food, nice people. The prices are very reasonable. I noticed there are a lot of regulars who seem to enjoy coming in so it must be a great place to frequent. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

The Golden Ox is a very good place to have breakfast. They also have a good lunch very tasty hamburgers. They also sell great burritos breakfast burritos and regular burritos

Noting fancy here. The coffee is better than other local diners. I just like this place best for simple, no thrill breakfast and party melts!

Only open til 3 pm. No dinner hours, kinda weird for this type of eating establishment. Breakfast is good, lunch not so good. Prices are fair. Not happy they charge to use debit or credit card, a real pet peeves of mine. I kinda get the impression they are on their way out.

The food is greatgreat service but when you wanna live a tip for the waiter/waitress make sure you give the tip to them or else someone may steal the money from the table I seeing that happen few times sometimes the cooks are the ones that take the money for themself and its not fair they cook they dont clean tables or serve the food to costumers so any one make sure you tip the waiter or waitress for there job.

Good friendly atmosphere. It says its an "Asian" restaurant but its great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both American and Mexican food. We eat there every Sunday before church and its always the same crowd who have now become like family.

Sucks the wait is horrible very dirty termites in the wall bathrooms very disgusting Asian lady was very rude had to clean the table and then one of the employees said that they were defrosting the meat? I do not recommend this place at all.

Every time I visit this restaurant the service and food is amazing, and I cannot stop myself from going back for more. I try different things from the menu and every single meal I order is delicious. The owners there are very welcoming and nice and they treat us like kings whenever my family goes there.

Zero Star for this place. Poor service, Asian lady very rude, she was yelling at another employee which to find out shes the owner. No employee should be treated and yelled at the way she did. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. Bathrooms where dirty.
