The place is so cool, can rent daily, weekly or monthly. They have rooftop where you can chill, do your work, picnic and drink. Near from SM, Jollibee and other resto. Come and visit to try.

W/ parking space for more than 3 cars, room is clean and cold(brrr), water heater and flush doesnt work tho(in our room).

Before it was a great budget hotel.. now the issue is cleanliness, not-so helpful staffs, and broken ACU and electric fans.Pros- near downtown Naga City and quite accessible from Bus terminal and nearby Malls.

Walking distance from SM City Naga and nearby establishments. We had a great stay. room was clean, no problem with the air condition and the price is very affordable.

Will not return into that place again, if you have no choice first inquire/pay alone since once they see you and your company they will charge two of you for single lousy room and dirty cr and noisy ac with bad reception bulky tv.
