Замечательное место.Все условия созданы для отдыха и путешествий.Необычное оформление комнат,вкусный завтрак по-домашнему.Замечательное обслуживание..Все понравилось.

Атмосфера просто супер!

Отличный отель для уютного размещения в Бухаре. Всё есть, очень доброжелательная хозяйка.В номерах чисто, комфортно и уютно, есть абсолютно все.Сейчас перед отелем маленькая площадь.Завтрак включён.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Leider "vergaß" der Zimmerservice mein Zimmer und der Hinweis darauf wurde dezent überhört. Ansonsten ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Das gute Frühstück mit landestypischen Bestandteilen wird in der Lobby serviert; die Besitzerin wie auch die Servicekräfte sind sehr bemüht, allerdings geht es etwas chaotisch zu. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Haus nicht auf die Betreuung eine Gruppe eingerichtet war. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, es fehlt aber eindeutig an Professionalität. Hier ist noch reichlich "Luft nach oben".

Отличный отель, очень рекомендую. Завтрак просто супер. Гостеприимные хозяева, которые вам подскажут где вкусно покушать, что посмотреть, предложат комфортные поездки.

Хозяин- обычный мошенник. Продает номера этого отеля больше, чем их есть. А за полдня до прибытия сообщает гостям, что "извините, мест нет" и отменяет букирование в одностороннем порядке... Тем, кто огорошенный этой новостью, таки приехал в его пинаты, предлагает номера своего второго отеля, по цене голден бухара. То что второй отель уровня "колхозный ампир" - многие просто соглашаются и машут рукой. По словам отельеров, с которыми нам удалось пообщаться, это в голден бухара происходит повсеместно.Второй довесок: владелец хам, и вместо извинений перед туристами за одностороннее снятие букирования, выдает тираду: "соглашайтесь на второй вариант отеля, а если нет, то делайте что хотите, ваши проблемы".Не лучшее лицо Бухары.

Very nice facilities and great breakfast. However, about $100 USD was stolen from my room during my time there. The front desk did little to help and even blamed me for the incident. While the place is decent, I wouldnt recommend staying here. I stayed at many places in Uzbekistan where the staff was more considerate and helpful.

Terrible hotel manager. We booked through booking, but hotel was overbooked. The manager drove us around town like a maniac searching for other hotels, but everything was full. Eventually he dropped us in the centre of town saying: there are many hotels here, I need to go to the airport now. We ended up having to find accommodation on our own, which was hard in Buchara during high season. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

I strongly advise you to consider trying a different property.Theyre not able to accept credit cards (recent local bank issue). They didnt warn me as I was checking in, but only told me that I have to pay cash upon checkout, stating in the best Soviet fashion that its my responsibility to know these things.Cleaning staff just picked up and hung up the dirty towels that were wet and that were on the floor. Hygiene issues aside, breakfast was good.If youre into this kind of a treatment for your money, give them a shot.

Beautiful rooms with clean, white linen! Delicious breakfast and very worth the money! We enjoyed our stay very much even though they had some construction in the hotel during our stay.The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the main tourist attractions.

Very cosy family boutique hotel in national style. New, super clean, and comfortable.Breakfast are great with big choice of fruits, national dishes, great coffe and tea.Def ly to choose.

Обслуживание отличное, чисто и уютно. Единственный минус это было очень жарко в номере. Хотя это не минус, а плюс😊

Really good hotel! Rooms look like a Palace. We had some health problems and they were taking care of us...very good experience in a country were people is not always nice.
