Everything good but wellness little dissapointment 😊

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, die Allgemeinflächen wirkten nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Das Zimmer selbst war absolut ok. Auswahl beim Frühstück reichlich, den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super, deshalb auch vier Sterne.

Egyedül a wellnes részleg volt jó. A szoba légkondija nem igazán hütöt. A svéd asztalos reggeli nagyon jó volt és finom volt.

A szoba sötét,poros, pókhálós,az ablak a börtönre néz,az ágy matrac kifeküdve!A főút mellett van igy nagyon hangos!A reggeli:no komment!/Mósatlan poharak,felpöndörödött szalámi, a pékáru kemény,stb.Wellness egy vicc / koszos függönyök választják el a medencéket és mindenhol sötét van!Személyzet ápolatlan!Pozitívum: Jól működik a klíma,A recepciós hölgyek segítőkészek!Nagy jóindulattal is max csak 2 csillagos/szerintem/!Nem ajánlom senkinek!

Colazione abbastanza povera. Ti dicono che la colazione è alle 6.30 ma a quellora aprono solo la porta..poi occorre aspettare che pian piano arriva il cibo. In 10 giorni non è mai stata fatta una spazzata nella mia stanza..dopo 3 segnalazioni e nessun risultato ottenuto o piazzato il not disturb e mi sono fatto io il letto. Buono il parcheggio e la palestra..ottima la posizione.

Es ist der letzte Dreck. Es ist schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind der letzte müll die Betten ebenso und man hat nicht mal eine gute kühlung im Zimmer. Das Wellness ist komplett dunkel man kann nichts sehen und die meisten Sachen funktionieren garnicht oder nur schlecht das Wasser ist schmutzig und stinkt und das Licht geht manchmal auch einfach so weg. Das Fitness ist auch schmutzig und es gibt nicht viele Geräte. Die Personalisierung ist frech außer die rezeptions Frau. Der Gang ist klein und sehr dunkel. Man könnte in meinem Zimmer die badezimmertür nicht schließen weil es die ganze Zeit aufgegangen ist. Es verdient keine 4 Sterne sondern eher nur 1 bis 2 es ist wirklich schlecht wer sich was gutes an tuhen will der geht da lieber nicht hin!!!!!!!!

A legrosszabb szálloda ahol eddig jártam, a csillaghoz köze sincs!!! A szoba kritikán aluli, igénytelen, az ágy valami borzasztó ősrégi tákolmány. A fürdő ajtó zárja nem működik. A wellnes részleg borzasztó igénytelen, az élményrész nem működik, sötét az egész terem, félelmetes. A víz büdös és hideg!! A személyzet mogorva, kivéve a recepciós hölgyet. A folyosó sötét, barátságtalan. Maximum, jóindulattal csak 2 csillagot érdemel.

Börtön zaja nagyon zavaró a személyzet kedves a matrac nagyon kagylos a welnes korlátozott

This is a nice Hotel close to the train station and the city center. You can not make it dark in the room so I woke up early every morning. The air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację, jest ona w naprawdę fajnym miejscu i chyba tylko tyle jeżeli chodzi o plusy tego miejsca jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel. Pokoje są małe i ciemne oraz bardzo zaniedbane jak cały hotel. Jeżeli chodzi o basen może i fajny ale o saunę i jacuzzi trzeba się prosić żeby działały. Klimatyzacja słabo działała i mimo interwencji w tej sprawie w pokoju mieliśmy 25 stopni czasami.

Ein Hotel mit dem Charme eines britischen Clubs. Interieur passend aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Wellness Landschaft lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen. Frühstück reichhaltig und die Kaffeemaschine zaubert den besten Wachmacher.

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, tiszta szoba. A negatívum a nehéz papla és a szomszédos sportpálya zaja.

Do tohoto hotelu jsme chodili na večeři v rámci polopenze a za mě naprostá katastrofa, když opominu malý výběr jídel a to, že za celou dobu se nikdo nedošel zeptat, zda si dáme něcok pití, tak pokud nemáte rádi smažené pokrmy, tak tento hotel nevybírejte, každý den byl minimálně jeden smažený pokrm, jeden den bylo smažené snad vše, co šlo,řízky, americké brambory a bramboráky...jediná příloha nebyla nesmažená, pro rodinu s dětmi opravdu báječná strava, za mě určtiě nevyhovující a vím, že bych do tohoto hotelu nešla bydlet.

Jó volt a wellness, gyerek nagyon élvezte! A pincérek nagyon kedvesek voltak első vacsorán a kisfiam nagyon nyűgös volt és felhozzták a vacsorát a szobánkba. A fittness terem nagyon jól felszerelt! A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! Nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat! 5*

4 csillagos szállodát meg sem közelíti. Nyilván mindenkinek mások az igényei de: A szobák kicsik és sötétek, általános elhanyagoltság és kosz, 10éve egyébként szép lehetett, ma határozottan nem az. Dolgozni nem lehet, egyszerűen nincs hely hozzá, a kiszolgálás pocsék. Az ár érték arány talán a legrosszabb. Közel 35ezer Ft-ért/fő rablás. A legrosszabb mégis a félhomály a szobákban és a szobák on kívül is olyan mint egy alaszkai barlangban, a pára meg mint a második emeleten is a brazil esőerdők ez idézi.

Hotel se 4 hvězdičkami není na úrovni jak se prezentuje. K večeři řízek s hranolkami suché... To není jídlo vhodné do hotelu se 4 hvězdičkami.Jinak personál příjemný a vstřícný.😊 Dezerty byly dobré.

Hotel ktory svojim drevenym interierom posobí vznesene,ale svoj vrchol ma uzasi za sebou. V prizemi pekny welness v case navstevy hotela pokazene dvere na saune. V okoli hotela park z lavickami, do centra mesta peso asi za 15 min

A pleasant weekend break on their spa package. A nice hotel that was clean, older style furnishings in the restaurant and reception that are welcoming and a style I personally like. English spoken by almost all staff that we dealt with. The spa was clean and has good sauna and steam rooms with jet pools and swimming, all at a good temperature. The restaurant offered very good looking food, although we dont eat meat, but the chef did prepare us a tasty vegetable dish. We were caught out slightly by the wording of the package offer, we read it as you get an evening meal and a bottle of wine on both nights, but it is only on one of them. Breakfast had a very good choice to suit all tastes, Sausage, bacon, fried and scrambled eggs etc. Plus choice of 3 cereals, but take your own plant milk if that is what you use. There was also a large choice of cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, croissant and toast. Decent coffee too. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but overall we were pleased with the experience and will return. The location of close to the railway station and the city centre was a bonus. There is also free parking available.

For me never ever a 4 *Hotel. Its ok, meals are ok, Restaurant closes at 21 !!!! o clock. Rooms are ok, Bed and blanket not good. Small and very thin. The worst is the light and lamp situation. You have a desk in the room, but no light on it. For romantic it might be nice, if you have to work you find no place in the whole hotel with normal lamps and sufficient light. Even the bed lamps are difficult, if you want to read. The service is ok. Maybe 3 stars is nearer to reality. Parking for free.

Csak a wellness és fitnessz részt használtuk, az teljesen rendben volt. A recepciósok kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak. 3 pálya van, teljesen átlagosak, megfelelőek. Az öltözőkben csak tusoló volt, wc nem amit kicsit furcsálltunk. A wellness nagyon kellemes, hangulatos, csak néhányan voltak, minden működött mikor ott voltunk, külön 0,5literes ásványvíz és szauna lepedők kihelyezve, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Máskor is fogunk ide járni sportolás, és wellness miatt.

The service at hotel was well below standard.No aircondition so the temperature in the room was 25 degrees.The bathroom fan made a lot of noise but nothing else.Limited breakfast selection

Breakfast was not good. They didnt replenish anything. At 8am there were no scrambled eggs. You had to ask for them and they then brought you 2 eggs. Ridiculous. Also they started doing maintanance work before 8am which I dont find acceptable. The noise was really loud! They woke us up. Honestly, people there do not give a damn!

The hotel is great. We have stayed in a standard room and it was way above average for Hungary. The gym of this Hotel can compete with any standard Gym, but its way better than most hotel gyms. The wellness part is small but very nice. There are 2 jakuzzies and one larger pool. The saunas are nice and clean. My only problem was that there is drinking water by the saunas but there are no glasses provided.The receptionists are a bit slow and they have misread our reservation multiple times.All in all its a great Hotel. Id recommend it to anyone!

Rooms are spacious,butCurtains cheap light coloured and ill fitting let light flood in at dawn (which is about 4:45am)beds are old uncomfortable like sleeping on a friends sofa bed, but worse, pillows like bricks, whats wrong with hotels the primary reason for staying is to get a good nights sleep.. wont stay again.

Such a disappointment to have a hotel that offers to its guests sport and wellness facilities (unique in the areaand not to be able to keep the hotel nice & clean. The gym had spiders, the carpet not cleaned in ages and there were dead flies on the wall in my rooms shower. On top of that I didnt like the fact that the checkout was 11am (too early for me and the personnel did not accept to extend it by one hour when I politely asked).To the management: you have good material, its up to you to make the difference and improve the quality of your guests experience.

The air conditioning was really loud, food smell was coming in the room, very dark restaurant, could hardly see the food.

Just stayed there for 10 days with a family of 14. Had 8 rooms. The area in which hotel is located is great. But lots about the hotel was not so great. To start the staff not accommodating, knowledgeable, or friendly. Specially the night staff, mostly a thin short haired blonde lady. She would do nothing to help guest. You may interrupt her phone call or cigarette break! The breakfast was the exact same everyday for ten days. The toilet paper was the worst I have ever seen!!!! Suggestion BRING YOUR OWN. The maid service was awful. No continuity at all. Your room might get done up once every 3 days or so. You will only be allowed one bath towel and one hand towel. And don’t ask for extra they are always out no matter what the census of guest are there. So again bring your own! They regulate the so called air conditioners in your room by only giving you one key card to your room which you have to put in a card reader to get the air and lights to come on. So when you leave the room to get back in you have to tAke the key card with you, hence air condition off!! Out of 8 rooms only one refrigerator worked. It was very hot during our stay, we went through a lot of water for 14 people. They ran out. “So they say they did anyways “. With that many people paying for waters everyday you would think they would make sure they replenished it to make the sales. But no! We would go to the store and buy waters but would have no way of keeping them cold. They would not fix or replace refrigerators. They just didn’t care. The very first night we checked in they put one of our family members in a room that had the stench of death in it. When we complained about it they did not want to move them to a different room. After a bit they did but made them move back in it the next morning after they said they cleaned the room. But of course same stench. Again had to pack up and move to a different room again. This time we found out the owner knew about the smell from many guests who complained but still did nothing about it. Again our family member was told they would have to move rooms again. It wasn’t until a Hungarian relative had to call and complain to get our family member to not have to move rooms again. Finally that got to stay in one room. But who knows if they ever fixed that room. Not once in ten days did we see anyone working on that room. Room number117 in case you ever stay there. The only other good thing about this hotel besides the location is the pool. It was very nice and relaxing. But again not everything worked in all the pools either. But still usable. So hope this either helps the owner fix a few things or helps future guests to pick a better place or make sure you bring a few necessities to survive your stay!

Old and iconic place in Győr, which offers good value for money. It has sports and wellness amenities, which we havent tried this time, but seemed like we had many great options. Breakfast was good with healthy options and good quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are tidy and cozy, but the furniture and the style are a little old-school for my taste.

This hotel is placed right in the middle of Gyor city, very close to everything. Very nice and clean room, the environment is comfortable and a bit vintage, the breakfast is great and the fitness center huge. Nothing to complain

Worth only with vouchers. Great spa and meals.
