Great place to have a good cup of coffee, the atmosphere is very good, highly recommend

It looks and feels like walking into a crime scene. Abandoned, gloomy. They had zero food options, just coffee.

Okay atmosphere and good service but the place seems a bit dead. Prices are somewhat in the normal range as other cafés.White hot chocolate is a not as good as you think.

No AC, old design and facilitiesNeed more investments to be better

The management should consider power sockets covering more tables

Such a big space but lacking investment and renovation to make it better place for everyone. Disappointed that Gloria Jeans dont have control over its own brand guidelines.

Poor lightningNo air conditioningQuit High pricesDead decorationsOrders are not really precise& rude staff unfortunately,the gye serving orders actually mentioned how they only acquires people of a certain social status litterly when i asked him about the high price for a specific order , knowing that i have no problem paying for it , but the way he shows disrespect of people who cant afford paying a cup of coffee price !!!They should take those notes into account to make it a better environment for students !!

Unfortunately, smoking is everywhere and they dont care about their non-smoking customers by allocating a place for smokers

The place is good but the prices are very high.. its not for a student

Ok. It’s a good place. I mean average place.But I don’t think adding an air conditioner to this place would hurt anyone especially in the hot weather

The staff is rude with no manners or any work ethics at all , i ordered a small ice tea and he did gave me an ice tea and he charged me a lot more than usual ,so i looked at the receipt and i swear it says coffee latte with extra syrup.

I was surprised of how big and spacious this place is!! It has a good atmosphere especially for university students

Unfortunately i have to pay 2,45 jd for a NOT fresh coffee, and when i told the gentleman about it he told me we made it today!!! What an answer!After all i had to drink it because i paid 2,45😅

I hope from google to put less than one star in the review for the Cafe like this.more negative Notes I have.1- I start from the important things the cleaning, not acceptable never.2- the General safety conditions its really Zero, the employees did not wear Gloves, the mask not on the face of all of them, they didn`t Clean and sterilizing after the customer used the place.3-the employees, not a professional at all, when I make my order (its espresso she didnt ask me if I want a single shot or double shot just ask me if I would like water, after paying I am going to take my order but a little bit a take really a few second to put my money in my wallet the embloeey he sad and shouting (hello here your coffee its ready you dont see it really what he thinks he doing I am older than him and he must Respects the customers, and the same embloeey he smoking an electrical cigarette inside the cafe in the nonsmoking area.4- the taste of the coffee its not bad really good but Light in composition, the surprise its not hot enough.5- some of the seating area it really look old and some dirty (not anticand need some Maintenace.6- the AC in the smoking area its not enough, and the seating looks good but not comfortable.7-the have a less of electrical plugs.just one thing good that Push me to try this cafe when I look at the front of this cafe (especially the wood with glass doors and Red Brickmake me remember the cafes in Ireland.finally, I did not recommend it.

The employee there is so much rude, no respecting to the customers at all.Things happened at 8 of July ,we went to their cafe, and the staff ordered us to throw up the bottle by ourselves by rude way, then he asked us to return the plate, we gave to him and he threw the plate in front of us with really loudly voice, its so much unpleasant and disappointed. We wont go there again.

The staff is somewhat friendly, the coffee tastes great but there were bits of the grounded coffee in the cup, I hope they improve to maintain their reputation

I had the worst experiences in this cafe in 2013 and 2014.... not fit for anything they need to change policy they don’t allow outside meals like junk and fast food inside their cafe and all what they have are small sandwiches and over priced .... The internet is the slowest in all Amman with the minimum of bit rates .... they need to change

Good for studying. Calm atmosphere. The drinks are varied and good tasting. But the huge space is tragically mismanaged and the service is very nonchalant.

Expensive, taste is not only artificial, but not even tasty, the cakes were atleast a day old altho he said tgey were fresh,, and the place looks post apocalypse... Spooky, i was very uncomfortable there.

Bad experience, as per the description crème brulé already includes caramel inside it, but they force you to pay for extra caramel syrup on each drink otherwise as per the cashier they will served it without any flavour.I used to work in same place more than10 years ago and I remember the management used to ask us to do that to increase the sales, this is not the right way specially for a worldwide franchise and they need to stop it and respect their customers

Used to be a great place in the past, but the poor management, carlessness and lack of maintenance lower the evaluation drastically.You can easily find brocken tables, bad smell due to poor ventilation at restrooms.

Disappointed at every opportunity. Perfect model of failure. Strike 1: Standard inflated tourist prices in Jordan. But that’s my fault. I should know better.Strike 2: We came in on a hot day and the AC was only working in the smoking section. The rest of the place was uncomfortably warm.Strike 3: I ordered an espresso and a Caramelatte. They made the espresso first, which means it’s gonna be cold (or drunkbefore my wife’s drink comes.Strike 4: (I know - I’m screwing up the baseball analogythey didn’t have caramel sauce, so couldn’t make the drink. I’m standing with my espresso at this point. They offer some nut flavour (can’t remember).Strike 5: I order a vanilla latte instead. They don’t have vanilla. He offers me the nut flavour again. I ask for my money back. After a hesitating, he calls his manager and gives me my 3.6 JD.Strike 6: The espresso was pretty bad. From pre-ground coffee.At least the poor server was nice about it. Not his fault. But this place needs to close.

Need to improve the taste of the coffee, I only ordered american and it was dull, no taste. If the coffee doesnt taste good I wouldnt try anything else.

Very dirty chairs ...very big smoking area with littel no smoking ..and this is the first time in my life that I see a non smoking area open with the smoking area with no boundaries 🙃,,no enough electricity plug and if you found one it might be not working ...very bad lighting ...really really whats up with all of that dirt ..awful experience..I just find it positive in shop space ..its very big

It was, a really bad experience and not recommended this place for anyone at all.Non smoking areas but smoking in every where !Bad coffee taste and lights where weak ..To be honest they have a good internet connection only for two hours..

Great place to study during the week but it can get a little bit loud during week ends depends on where you are sitting, their Mocha Frappuccino with hazel nuts was one of the best I ever had. The only downside that some tables needs frequent cleaning due to some customers unhygienic behaviors.

Coffee is good, it can be loud but it is still a nice spot to study or just hang out, also best time to go is in the morning it’s really enjoyable at that time

Very good coffee, calm place but too much negative space. The seats arent comfortable for anything, not for chilling, nor for studying and working.

I used my visa to pay and it took longer than usual, probably to poor connection or the fact that its not from Jordan, so I paid cash and then I got a text that it did deduct the amount, the cashier called the "manager" and he told me that the SMS from your bank does not really show, so I ended up paying twice, way to go on how to deal with your customers. Good Job on losing them.

Small green tea for 3.75 jd that’s overpriced especially for students and for such a service it’s too much , plus the policy of forced orders the barista didn’t let me catch my breath and let me put my stuffs and go back to order !!!

The mood was really good and the place is quiet and has lots of space. My only issue was with the service where all what the employees did was stay behind the counter and nothing else.

The worst experience ever. Gloria jeans has its own reputation for being clean and great coffee the one in Madina street is horrible. Very dirty not clean, dead flies all around the window area. Seatings is very old and dusty. I spoke to the manager he seemed to not care that much, I highly recommend for anyone not to go to it. Even the beverages they serve is awful. I have never ever in my whole entire life seem a coffee place like this one! If actions are not taken as soon as possible it needs to be closed my opinion.

A very nice relaxed chill coffee place where you can study or hang out with your friends and have a smoke I generally like coming here as the prices are convenient and not too expensive and the coffee is pretty good the second floor has many places to charge and use your laptop and is very quiet and good for studying

I ordered hot chocolate but the taste was like anything other than hot chocolate 🤦🏻‍♀️, also The cookies was too much dry, & after only one hour from having the drink & cookies I got stomach pain & diarrhea... was a very terrible experience.... the only good point for this coffee shop that’s big & quite place & you can find an empty table easily ..

I visited it recently and I found big differance from my last visit before 3 or 4 years. cake and desserts are not fresh and could have molds.

Its ok, comfortable seats and good lighting, for studying and meeting new people, plus drinks are tasty and reasonable prices.But definitely not for nonsmokers, since the two areas are opened to each others and u end up with an equally distributed smoke in the whole cafe

I had to pay 1 JD for a bottle of water and their carrot cake which costed 3.85 was as hard as a rock so I left it uneaten. The place was doing some renovating so the smell of paint and materials was strong throughout the shop. The staff were not helpful when I asked them which electrical outlets were working since a majority of them werent working.

Parking only through vallette... Not fresh sandwiches when we arrived... Last date 13 July.. I think all good sandwiches were ordered before we arrived..Two months later we came back to this place..Only fresh cookies buns and no sandwiches if not fresh...There is a guy behind the order station who is super fast and organized... He coordinates with the rest of the team... Such a gentleman..As I watched how he was with all customers and amending to their orders and requests... Thats what I call quality service...

I had the worst experience ever yesterday.Extreme smoking and bad practices from "Lovers"! Cannot a big cafe like this respect none-smokers? maybe they could open a really none-smoking branch? by the way, having a part of the place for smokers doesnt solve this because they arent any real wall separators! and what about those "lovers" and what they are doing? cannot there be any kind of filtration on whos going in and out? or some supervision/monitoring at least? Im really sad for how this cafe used to be so nice and clean (on all levels(I did a lot of laptop work there a couple of years agoand how it became today...really sad! No more visits to it from me!

Coffee is good. No varieties in their food and it is very average. Serving Shisha (Hookah)!

The place is lousy , the floors were dirty , and the staff are not helpfull, i kept searching for an electricity plug and never found one , the tables are not clean , even they need maintanance, i asked one of the staff were can i find a plug for my laptop , they answered me "we dont know " , who is supposed to know if the staff cant answer , and then he turned his face as if i was not there , very bad experience , wont make it again .

Great coffee, kind of expensive, a large cappuccino costs about 3 JD, but its worth it. Youd be surprised how big this place is. Wi-Fi is available, not sure if its free.
