Adjacent to the beach, this modern hotel with an atrium-style lobby is 4 km from Basílica de Vega del Mar and 10 km from Selwo Aventura safari park. The relaxed rooms offer flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as terraces or balconies; some have sea views. Suites add separate living spaces. Wi-Fi is available. The hotel has a buffet restaurant with terrace and sea views. There's also a casual beachfront bar. Other amenities include 3 outdoor pools (1 for kids), a water park and a tennis court, plus a game room. Parking is free.
Best place ever. Very nice place. Super service from Marta 🙂
Just very good all round. Easy access to surrounding areas. Relaxed atmosphere
Food was great. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Staff so nice and everywhere so clean. Loved it!
I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to for our stay here after reading some of the negative ones.Don’t let those negative reviews put you off. We are on our last day of an 11 night stay and I don’t have a single bad word to say.The hotel is clean, staff are always so helpful and friendly. Something new on the menu everyday and food for everyone.Massive shout out to the entertainment staff, they have made my little girls holiday. She loves the mini disco and when globey the duck and luxy bear come out she is over the moon. The only point I would say is there isn’t much around the hotel. You do get a free bus into banus and there is local buses at the top of the road. We as a family know the area very well so wasn’t a problem for us but for others you may want to research the area before hand if you weren’t wanting to stay in the hotel the whole time.Thank you for a lovely holiday
The fridge was empty disnt even work ants in room reception desk was never helpful food same everyday beds were awful couldnt sleep at all counted days to come back awful very noisy on nights
We had a great time with this company, all the staff were very helpful and most spoke English.Fantastic for your kids as there is a on site water park with life guards at every pool. Vast amount of food in the restaurant but I will say that it did become cold after a while and had to be warmed up in a microwave that is available.Local busses on the main Rd going both ways at low cost and very easy to use. Also car hire@60euros a day.💖
Fantastic hotel, very clean, food great and everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Cannot fault it
Lovely hotel and great for kids. I visited for my 3rd time and honestly the hotel is great but just needs a tiny bit of tweaking. I last went 2017 and had ants infested in my room and got moved to a different room. I went again this year (2022and also had the same issue but this time the cleaner just came with some glue to put around the sink and bathroom to block the holes. It did help but i did still see loads of ants around the room. They refused to move me rooms because they were fully booked apparently. 80% of the workers are really nice there are some rude ones but i guess u get that everywhere. I will be visiting again in the future i just really hope you sort out the ant situation in the rooms.
Lovely hotel and staff, nice entertainment and the staff are very friendly on the entertainment especially Chris
Lovely swimming pools and outdoor area, staff excellent, poolside floors are a bit slippery but we just wore our sliders between pools and slides, drink was okay, some of the food not to our taste but perhaps that was just us trying to please kids aswell as ourselves, rooms were cleaned daily, our air conditioning was not working correctly the first night, we reported it and the staff had it fixed straight away, ice cold after that ! Not many shops or pubs directly close ( there is an Aldi close by but you can jump on the busses easy enough to Marbella, Estepona etc, all in all we had a lovely time.
Fantastic resort. Food was lovely entertainment was brilliant for the small kids. Fantastic water park to keep the kids busy during the day. Only down side is the location. There is very little outside the resort to go out to. On the plus side there Id a free bus transfare into pourto banus.
Great place, ticks all the boxes. 4 stars is just for the location. A bit isolated, but we knew this before booking.
Overall 3/5 we stayed in Mallorca block 218 from August 10 to 21 2022. My wife and I both in our 30s with a 3 year old and a 2 Month old.Weather was amazing and very hot. During our stay there was quite a bit if wind which blew pines everywhere but staff tidy well. This is the most expensive "all inclusive" we have stayed at. This meaning we couldnt believe the extra costs for scooped ice creams, candy floss, slushes, cocktails, pop corn, t shirts for kids to decorate €6, crisps, bingo, raffle etc.Food 2/53 year old daughter ate the same thing every day. Wife who is a fussy eater didnt enjoy the food much at all. I thought it was ok and enough to eat but quite repetitive and not enough themed evenings. I recommend the show cooking meats and the BBQ.Pool bar / snack bar is covered in flies and of an evening they put covers over the food but I dont get why they dont do this. This is good for burgers, hot dogs, chips and pastries and tub ice creams.Pools 4/5As there is not much to do in the area at all apart from the Puerto Banus free trip most people spend their days around the numerous pools.Pools dont technically open until 10am to 6pm. However around the main pool almost all the sunbeds are taken before this time but the other pools are locked and people queue at 10 to get a bed and shade. We never really struggled to get beds around the day but towards the end of our stay we noticed it got a lot busier and beds were harder to come by.Location 1/5Worst location of a hotel I have ever stayed in. There is nothing in the area but a few restaurants, massage parlours, and an Aldi 5 minutes walk away.Make use of the free bus to Puerto Banus and any other excursions to break up the days unless you want to sit around the pools all day. My wife has bad travel sickness so we decided to get a pre booked mini bus for 8 of us instead of using the TUI shuttle as many people say this can take between 1h 15 to over 2 hours. This was 110 euro for an 8 seater pre-booked.Drinks 2/5All cocktails are premade of 15% alcohol with 3 massive pieces of ice mixed with juice you will not get drunk. Non brand spirits but youd expect that at a resort like this. You can pay for premium spirits or certain cocktails.Staff 4/5Nearly all the staff are great and English is good enough to understand most queries. Before I came I read about the female server at the evening entertainment who slams down drinks and doesnt seem to enjoy her job - its true and quite funny as the others are great.Aminacìon team Christian good on the bingo, Tyson is mental. All the entertains do the same jokes every night which gets so boring. Tyson likes embarrassing parents and people for not cheering. He wants everyone to scream at the top of their lungs. Others when doing the raffle walk off with the last prize every night until the audience shout nooo come back. Most friendly enough and kids enjoy their company just repetitive.Entertainment 3.5/5Some really good singers, magic/comedy magic, dancers, gymnasts,Bingo €2 a ticket and €1 raffle to win a globy raffle bag. Id recommend at least 5 tickets as its hard to win with so many players.Rooms 4/5Nice small rooms with a balcony, decent air con (keep the spare key in the room to leave on all day with curtains closed so nice and cool). Small fridge which does actually take 2 hours to cool a drink. Fully tiled and marbled bathrooms with nice walk in shower. Kids can reach the sinks which isnt great. Only had one cockroach in bathroom all holiday which wasnt too bad. Beds arent the most comfortable but sheets are nice and soft. Daughters matress felt brand new and a lot softer than ours, old ones just need replacing.Maids work hard and work until 4pm to sort the room always very friendly.RecommendationsSteps for the children to use the sinks.More toilets around the complex.More buses to places of interest such as Marbella.
Nice hotel with an amazing splash world (best I have seen)Plenty of sunbeds available (very well done on this aspect)Beachside location but beach unusable / dangerous due to pebble beachFood is average at best (had better food at other resorts , Bouganvilla in Majorca is far superior for food.I like it that you can serve your own drinks (soft drinks and beerrather than queueing (well done for this)Hotel entertainment is average / standard at bestLocation is not ideal (advertised as Estepona but miles away)Biggest disappointment is restrictions on all inclusive. Several cocktails not available unless purchased , ie Pina colada. Why is this necessary, this spoils the deal.
Great resort, very good food, super housekeeping, amazing and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
The hotel itself is very well looked after. The gardens are immaculate. The pools are plentiful and always beds available. Lots of fun for families but quieter pools if you want a break. The food, we thought, was great with lots of selection. The restaurant staff are forever clearing away and replenishing foods. They are very friendly and helpful. The water slides are super with enjoyment for any age. The snack bar is available pretty much all day with a variety of foods available. Amazing fish, shell fish, meats, cheeses, pastries and burgers. Fruit us always available as us ice-cream. Drinks are great too.We have been here twice now and would very happily go back again.
The hotel was perfect for children. Had everything they need. All inclusive was limited. Very clean and well cared for. Food was nice. Lots of choice.
All good except room 404 which had solar panels blocking the view of the pool. Two high.
Visited as part of a large family holiday. The accommodation was lovely and clean, beds and towels changed everyday as well as rooms cleaned. The air con was fantastic, especially in 30 degree heat. The facilities around the complex were great too, toilets were extremely clean no matter what time of day it was. The food despite the reviews was really good, plenty of variety for someone who is fussy with what they eat. Different cuisines and BBQ food if that’s your thing. Lots of fruit, bread and drink selections. The toaster does take a bit too long to toast ;think it was about 5/6 rounds to get it to a toast. The entertainment was a bit dated, would be great to have Karaoke on one of the nights. Saturday dance night was definitely the best entertain. Also a massive shout out to Tyson, what a guy! Brilliant laugh, great with the kids and high energy which is what you need. Reception were so helpful and always friendly. The pools can graze childrens feet, so would suggest some aqua shoes and don’t forget your flip flops for the pool area, not only slippy but can get very hot!
Food repetative evening entertainment very poor only choice of 2bars at night both very busy not relaxed atmosphere.
Our first family all inclusive holiday, we loved it. Id definitely recommend this to families with young kids. Entertainment was good too in the evenings, we all seemed to find something that we enjoyed to eat so Id say the food was good too
Beach Club was great, we were well looked after by Marta and her team each evening- thank you!
It was a family holiday. To a person we all had a great time. Food was excellent entertainment was very good. Kahid, Matt and Jose the poolside bar man deserve a special mention. It is a bit far out but a taxi or a bus ride will get you where you want to go. Well worth a visit.
Used the water park for the day as staying in the sister hotel cortijo blanco - perfect funfilled day
Currently on holiday here staying in cabrera 221 and 225. The pools are great, good food options, great friendly staff and clean. There are many great things about this place more so than bad. My bad points are that our rooms are not for 4 people. The storage is not the best having to leave stuff in suitcases, the bathrooms do not have locks, this is not nice as anyone can walk in, even staff and the sofa bed in 221 does not fully go under. there are no slip mats around the walk ways of the waterpark, this is so dangerous for people with or without walking disabilities, this needs rectifying. It is so slippy and its a main walk way to the beach side food restaurant. Staff also need to start taking peoples towels of sunbeds in the morning as no one is sat on them, people hogging and then go for breakfast, this isnt fair or nice on others, alot of people are getting very angry and annoyed.Other than this, I would recommend to others.
Hotel very clean and tidy. Friendly staff members and friendly onsite shop assistants. Great choice of pools for all kinds of ages however water park area is far too busy. Food was cold, tasteless and all in all just rubbish. We ate elsewhere and didn’t use the all inclusive food as it wasn’t advertising at all. Too many people to cater for in such a small restaurant. Beach bar food has all flies around it and completely put us off. Rooms were very clean and tidy each day. Entertainment was very lame for such a big family hotel. Good TUI trips , we had a great trip to Gibraltar. Not a great location , nothing but a few cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Beach very untidy. A loud hotel for those with small children even during early hours of the morning when entertainment is due to finish at 12. Not a lot of things going on during the day for smaller children other than kids club. Slushies not included with all inclusive which they have been in other all inclusive hotels we’ve previously stayed. Hotel OK but won’t be recommending or staying again.
Beautiful place near the sea side, food is delicious and is different every time, staff are so nice. Would really recommend coming here with your family.
Lovely resort and great selection of slides and pools. Water very refreshing. Good selection of food in the beach club house and reception. Rooms have all we need and nice to have a fridge to keep own drinks cold. Wonderful sea views. Location 4 stars as need bus to reach nearest town to walk along a promenade.
This is the best family destination you could bring water loving children and adults plenty off Pools brilliant slides for big and small no queueing when the Hotel is filled to its capacity, food very very good, Staff very helpful a week is to short for this Hotel, plenty to do and all inclusive saves a fortune, this is getting another Visit from us there was 10 off us and all gave it the thumbs up
Quite nice place for young families. Beach is a bit scruffy, lots of seaweed and a broken old boat. My room had a problem withs ants in bathroom which wasnt resolved. Food quite nice. If the beach, beach traders and ants were managed better wouldve been a better experience.
Here for first time and we loved the waterpark and the pools. On a windy day the parasols were blown out of the holder and nearly hurt us, may be better to get tighter holders. The restaurant was very busy and the food was nice. The photographers were kind and funny, and the photo arrangements when your bought them were fantastic.Wished that there could be a better location, but it is easy to get taxis into other locations. Some locks on the bathrooms arent there/broken, such as the one in the outside pool bathroom. The bathrooms are very clean and cleaned regularly.Lovely restaurant and the staff and lifeguards are very friendly and it was a pleasant experience! 😀 😊
Fantastic experience at this hotel. It was only of the wind that we didnt enjoy so much. However, apart from that, it is a perfect hotel to rest and stay in family.Additionally, we have to congratulate the animation staff of the hotel, specially to Christian!
Rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were polite and friendly. Drinks and food were good plenty of choice deffo recommend the blue lagoon cocktail 🍹 pools were great always a place took park up near a pool and find a lounger. The only downside is there is nothing near by so be willing to drive out or be limited to busses. The free bus to the nearest town is good but the town is mega expensive all top end designer shops at top end prices. If your gonna stay on resort worth the money. However I was disappointed there was no where quiet to chill but this is expected on a family resort
Best Hotel Ive ever been to, love it!! Will definitely be back
Me and my family had a lovely week at the end of may into June at Globales playa estepona, and I will be honest , we couldn’t fault it .Nice different food all the time. We really enjoyed the food ! Water park brilliant for the children!!Everything was clean and we had come back to a lovely clean room everyday. The staff are very friendly and helpful !! Lovely restaurant on the seafront .We had a lovely taxi journey to and from the airport. It was my childrens first time out of England and they had a wonderful time . Lovely choice of three pools! Lots of drinks and snacks throughout the day . Just a wonderful place and I hope we get to come back !!
Hotel is good for kids, but we were very dissappointed by the beach and surroundings which are full of rubbish. The beach either side of this hotel is very nice, and clearly maintained by the hotels. Unfortunately Globales beach stretch is dirty with some hotel guests leaving rubbish everywhere. If you are happy by the pool and have kids, globales is good. If you want a good beach, choose a hotel that takes pride in their location and surroundings.
Hotel itself was nice & my children really enjoyed the pools. I was very disappointed with all the flies that were on the food in the restaurant very off putting. So I complained & there was a slight improvement!Evening entertainment is such a let downThe animation team have to be the worse we’ve experienced sadly they were unapproachable, not friendly, not very interactive with the children & their own show was terribly disorganised & looked as though they wanted to be elsewhere!Felt sorry for some of the acts that were outsourced as the animation couldn’t even be bothered to introduce the acts or thank them at the end. Hotel has such potential too.
Was here for a week. Had a brilliant time. No complaints at all. Just what I’d say is the usual A/I package.
Always amazing! Our flight here was delayed and they adjusted their bus times to come and get us anyway! Food is great and the staff are very nice and helpful :D
Food is divided over multiple buffet tables, most of the time had good meals but the mass production causes some foods to be out to long to remain pallatable. Pools all around well maintained and guarded. Professional and friendly staff. Had to give my ID to be photocopied, a copy I premade with social security number blanked out was not accepted :(Overall had a good stay
Hotel pretty clean, family room pretty spacious. Unfortunately there are no bed guards and our 3 year old fell out of bed numerous times onto a hard tiled floor and really did hurt herself. We reported to reception and they said they would see what they could do but never heard from them again!Food nice but quite samey each day . There was something for everyone thoughEvening entertainment very poor unfortunately. Many of the toilets did not have locks on the doors so anyone could walk in on you. After reading the past reviews the hotel have replied saying they will rectify this and it is disappointing that it still hasnt been doneHotel wasnt very busy which was great for us as plenty of access to the pools and sun loungers and given a table straight away in the restaurant for 9 of usPhotographers lovely, lovely people! We were expecting at least a bottle of water in the room which we have had on many of our all-inclusive holidays so it was a shame this wasnt includedAll in all we have had a great time and would return again
Hotel was really nice and good food but not a lot of things to do at night and shops very expensive! Also do not like the doors for the bathroom, gaps between the wall and the door, no lock so have no privacy!
A good family venue great for young family. For adults the evening entertainment was not good.the staff were excellent and did the best with the equipment handed to them.as a paying guest the resort was not ready. You can not blame the staff but senior management and holiday reps who advertise and sell products not suitable for older people. Wonderful place but not for older persons
Clean and stylish rooms and plenty of water to splash around in with the watermark and pools. Managed to bag an all inclusive week for £340 so really feel happy with what we got at the price. Noisy neighbours and a canteen style restaurant were the downside. More like a good 3 star than a real 4 star.
This is a good family-oriented resort. We enjoyed a nice week of vacation here with our big family group of 15 in total. It’s been a nice and relaxing week with a laid back atmosphere and a good all-inclusive experience. The pool is amazing 🏊 and with many life guards making us feel safe especially with the kids. There are plenty of water slides and activities for all ages. Beware that none of the pools are heated though, but that’s not an issue when the weather is sunny 🌞(most of the lifeguards are also pretty handsome 🤩😂😇😂💪🏽.)One small thing is about the food, especially at the general restaurant. It does get a little bland after a while and is the same every day, so I’ll recommend booking a table at the beach club for dinner at the reception (the day beforesince the food there is made on a theme-day basis such as Spanish night, Mexican night etc. which is amazing. The worst thing is that none of the locks on public bathroom doors by the pools are working. The locks at the outside restrooms at the beach club doesn’t work, and it’s the same at the big pool. Why is it that you don’t value our privacy? Fix it, stat! I do not, and I repeat - I DO NOT - want a kid to walk in on me doing my business because the locks aren’t working. This would’ve been a five star review but with the locks not working, I have to remove one.—Overall a pleasant experience 😊I’ll recommend this place to families and would like to come back 😊
The hotel is very clean, and its big and it has so much potential..... however it lacks in atmosphere at night time, there isnt anywhere you can get away from screaming children despite the hotel being so big. And the food isnt great either... wethere its my personal opinion or a fact Im not sure a few people gave said the same.
We won’t come back to this hotel.Nice place to relax with kids on the beachfront with a lot of pools and even a waterpark. However don’t expect to have a nice beach with white sand…The food is correct but not amazing…Not even had a paella during our 8 days stay…One more thing, you’ll have to leave the room at 12:00pm even if your shuttle to the airport is at 6pm and that you have a baby.Really bad experience !
Excellent hotel with family orientation. Fantastic water park and slides for kids of all ages. All the pools are only open between 10 and 19, so no early or midnight swims unfortunately. All the pools have life guards, so clearly a focus on safety, in line with the kids focus. Service is overall good, and the only disappointment so far is the food. There is plenty of food, but a lot of it is very bland. Plenty of options to make kids happy though.
we paid 190€ for a FULL DAY PASS (2 adults and 2 kids- this included food and drinks and the splash park. we were allocated to a small and dirty eating area close to the beach and garden, there was hardly any breakfast foods, coffee only from a vending machine, no croissants or bakery, just sliced bread for toasting on a broken toaster. no fresh orange or jam. they had a salad bar that was left there ALL DAY till lunch.. it was at least 30 degrees. Really, really poor breakfast and lunch was disgusting. I spoke to another hotel guest from Denmark (who said they would never come backand they had full breakfasts in the main dining room. No parking facilities. It was not a cheap day, the receptionist should let you know beforehand that you are not getting the full food included service. I will never go there again, the only reason to go there is for the Spash pools, the wave pool was broken. Very poorly managed hotel, get your house in order before you over charge customers for a day pass. You are better off going to a beach club and rent paddle boards.
Amazing! So much to do, such fabulous food at every meal - yet so astoundingly quiet in the suites! We booked a suite with views over 3 areas - balcony with views of the pool etc. Lifeguards and locking up/opening up of areas is on-time, everytime! We LOVE it! Slept for 10 hours without a noise or interruption (which never happens at home(bar a flutter from a little bird looking in from the extensive balcony!Stunning!!
