I always like this pub, the owner Jack runs it very well he takes no nonsense.The place is constantly being improved, the pool table has recently been refurbished but it could do with another table as its so busy. The Guinness is always very good here and the staff lovely.

Went to an event here recently. The space is excellent, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The smoking area overlooks a gorgeous river, adds to the ambience and heated for cold weather.They make really good pizzas and impressive selection of drinks.Plus pool and darts.Well worth taking the time here if you are near sixmilebridge

Fab. Great hospitality. Bar staff verging on very witty on occasions especially Olly. Clientele a bit dodgy but youll get over that-most of them are from Clare anyway.

Great atmosphere and personally holds alot of memories. Great to see the amount of care with improvement in recent years with the new function rooms and decor. Modern look while retaining the charming feel of a local traditional Irish Pub.

When people imagine an Irish pub this is what theyre talking about. The kind of place with a sign on the wall over one set of seats saying please give up these seats to people with instruments. My only complaint is the extremely limited choice of beer and whiskey.
