Giuseppis - Italian restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico
We truly enjoyed every time we come to this famous restaurant.
Very reasonable prices. Food was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. Might come back in a few months.
We love the milanesa here stuffed with ham and cheese.
Best Italian food place. Good prices, great food, excellent service. Wide variety of plates and desserts.
As we where dinning the put the lights out to have an amazing experience. Very affordable dishes pizza being one of the best.
I love the pizza 🍕And the milanesaYummyI am Huge fanCrean place and excelente 👌 service
Super cheap for lunch. Converted the price to US on the receipt. Food taste home made. Not brought in from other restaurants.
Great trading Italian dining. Ive ben coming to this place for the last 20 years.
Very disappointed. Used to be a reliable place to go, service was subpar, food was served cold, and oversalted. Probably wont ever go back.
Great food, service was a bit slow had to remind them twice for my soft drinks.
You cannot go wrong here, good food, good service and good prices, highly recommended.
Just a great place for lunch and dinner. May have some waiting time, but very well worth it. Great service, good prices, great food.
Really good food and super clean and amazing when they turn the lights off in the main room
Not fan i grew up next to real Italian American family and I know it aint here. Salad was good but the pasta was bland.
I like this place, pasta is good and sangria is testy, we go there to celebrate a birday, service was good and price is reasonable, I really recomend this place
Another restaurant that its part of the culinary history of Tijuana, it was in this restaurant that they invented the "Mexican Pizza" love it it has a good flavor good atmosphere an clean.
Its a comfortable place to have lunch or dinner with your couple or family with an excellent service and delicious meals.
Honestly this place is excellent for the price. The ravioli along with soup and salad is excellent... and lets not forget the bread with garlic butter. Yum. I eat here when Im tired of Tacos and have never been disappointed.
This is my favorite place to eat they are very polite and bring your food right away thank you giuseppis love your service
Everything here was 5 plus stars . The service was top notch and the food even better. I know why this was my late fathers favorite place. He would always talk about the chicken marsala plate. Thanks for keeping up the quality. Great job and I absolutely recommend!!!
Best pizza and pasta just great food and service the beer is something else
It is elegant, friendly staff, and the food was delicious. You start with soup, salad, and then your main course. The bread is delicious too. The food is reasonable prices
One of the best affordable places to eat Italian food in Tijuana! They have several locations all around Tijuana, I have try most of Pizzas 🍕, Salads 🥗, pasta 🍝 and theyve always been delicious 🤤If youre looking for an Italian restaurant and want to save some money 💲GIUSEPPIS IS THE PLACE 👍
I really dont no why this place has so much publicity i but to my experience this place is a joke the minestrone soup that is served is moor like sopa de fideo. And to be honest it wuz no good well i dont really want go into so much detail but to keep it short it really sucks these people dont no what Italian food really is no clue but you decide i give this place o stars
October 25th 1969 is the opening date for this restaurant. I have lived and visited Tijuana off and on for 40 years and have a slight recollection of visiting here when I was young. My grandma brought me here and I had not returned, until yesterday. What a treasure this restaurant is. With 8 locations throughout the ever growing city, we visited the original. The decor is a classic but high end feel. Fillippis and La Bellas in SD should take notes. This family style environment doesnt have to have run down carpets and dark red paint on the walls with fake plants, that most restaurants of this caliber tend to have. Guiseppis has tile throughout and a beautifully painted mural that places you right in the middle of Venice, Italy. It even has a Disneyland effect when the lights are turned low.The food is excellent. We ordered Lasagna and a famous house Chicken Parmigiana. The dessert however took the show. It was Flan. Not a typical Italian dessert but we are in Mexico after all. It was the most soft, custardy (is custardy even a word?semi-sweet decadence Ive tasted in a long time.Between 10 people the bill came to $225. Thats $45 per couple. Beat that Big SD, where prices are soaring .
Amazing pizza...... all the chicken pastas are a 9 out of 10. And the prices are excellent.
They offer only one bottle of wine. Its good. The fettuccine Alfredo was unremarkable. The Giuseppina pizza was mediocre - something about it was from a food service. The crust seemed premade, too.
I really love coming here for the delicious food. The place looks great and the waiters are very serviceable.
One of the best Italian restaurants in the city. The pasta is always al dente, the sangria is always refreshing, and the pizza is always delicious. The parking is a but of a mess, but thats what the valet is for. Ive never left this restaurant without a smile on my face.
Excellent food the flavors were good. Valet parking was good. The only reason I put four stars was that it did took a little bit of time to get our but apart from that, the dishes were excellent and staff very friendly.
Very nice Italian restaurant with delicious food. It is in a nice location close to Zona Rio
Great Italian food good service and good price
I really dont know what happened to this place but I dont think Im visiting them again. The food still is delicious but the portions are way smaller, more than half, so it was very noticeable. Very bad waitress service, we had to ask for things more than two time, they overcharged us. The place is clean, they followed Covid-19 protocols. Ive been going to this restaurant since my teen years and Im shocked to have had such a bad experience. We went there October 29, and we were a party of 10 people.
Been going there since the late 70s. Still a good inexpensive family oriented good restaurant to go. They have a wide variety of pizza, fish and chicken dishes, tasty pastas and good desserts. Great for family gatherings since they have big rooms. Will definitely keep visiting them.
The pizza and pasta was okay, good enough. The sangria was good. And the overall atmosphere was nice. The only down side is the server keep messing up our orders and our receipt.
A locals Italian favorite. Family oriented. Anything youll try here will be delicious. My family and I been eating here for ages and we always enjoy it all. Food, drinks, or desserts its all great.
Went there for an event, had to share half of the room to another group. Seating was so tight, felt like a sardine. Food is good, drinks felt watered down. Would not recommend for booking.
When I walked in I had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated while other people after me were seated first. I am brown clompected and short and felt that may have been a factor not sure??.. When I complained to the manager that I had been standing not been helped and other people were being seated before me.. he asked "oh what is it that you need"? His reply didnt at all make me feel welcomed..Then he assigned a waiter and the waiter wanted to seat me in the main room and I told him I wanted ro be seated in the more private rooms were I usually sit and he started laughing..Its very common to be discriminated in Mexico and hope this restaurant changes its policies.
The food was okay. Staff was attentive and friendly. Prices were economical. We sat in the back room where the walls were painted like Venice and they periodically dimmed lights and switched on black lights so the mural lit up to a night time cityscape. It was fun. A good place to bring the kids.
Delicious! Food & service were great! The Sangria pitcher with vodka is yummy 🍷
Been coming since the early 80s and always a great meal.
LOVE this restaurant, every time I visit TJ, this is a must, I prefer the one in Blvd Agua Caliente or 2nd option the one in Avenida Revolucion, if you like LASAGNA this is your spot but everything is delicious and amazing prices.
Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Didnt realize it was a chain at first because the food is so personal and does not taste commercial. The pasta and pizza was amazing. Accepts all credit cards. Parking is limited due to high traffic inside but a must to go to.
To tell you the truth we used to love back in the day but now is just not what it used to be they dont have lets say family orders in any of the food and the pizza they call large its more like a medium size and the medium size its more like a personal pizza. Think that little césars pizza its better lets put it like that. Been honest.
Oh, Giuseppes, how I love thee. Not an upscale Italian restaurant, but a great place to go, nonetheless. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. My wife and I bought dinner for about twenty people and the bill was just over $200. Ive been there multiple times and will definitely be back
We really like this place for casual dining. Serving Italian food and pizza with beer and wine pairings the small local chain serves delicious food. Lasagna, ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo with or without chicken are all good choices. The salads are quite good too. Their home baked bread is delicious and we like to request it warmed. Its yum with the homemade garlic butter. Each meal comes with Mediterranean Vegetable soup, salad and bread. Just choose your favorite wine or other drink. Dinner for 2 is typically around $20 - $25 dls. Provecho.
We really enjoyed our meal here. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very helpful. Although I dont usually like sangria, our friends ordered a carafe and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Very good food, not to expensive, vallet parking.
This is Tijuanas original Italian food institution. Family orientated, good food, fair prices... it can get over crowded at times, but thats just a sign of a good choice . So be sure to call up and book a table in advance.
Great food, background music and Filiberto did a great job with our food!
