To be sincere, the Gisa Stay is a nice place to hand when enrouting Kigali, the guys over there Joseph, Frat and Theophile are nice guys too. I enjoined my stay with them.

They have a good experience in costumer care, I really like there so much. at Gisozi is very kind because I was there a months ago but now Im at Gisa stay Remera is also fantastic to be here again very thankful to be here again, I will really come back again

Super cool place where you can not only stay but make new friends! The employees are amazingly friendly and very very helpful! The rooms are clean and well equipped. I stayed not only once, but two times there because I liked it so much!

Stayed at Gisa for more than month and I loved it. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Theyre always there to help. The prices of the rooms are very fair. They do your laundry for free and they clean the private and shared bathrooms super regularly. Theres breakfast, lunch and dinner available if you request them and theres Wi-Fi. You can also hang out in the communal areas and drink some of the sodas or beers they offer.

Very welcoming staff

This is a great place. My husband and I have already been here almost 2 months and we have one more to go. The owner, Patrick, has an amazing vision to make guests feel Gisa stay is their 2nd home. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful; english isnt perfect with all the staff, but you can always get your point across and have your needs not only met, but exceeded. The price includes room cleans and linen changes as you request. Laundry is also included. How am I ever going to go back to cleaning up after myself...? But for real 🙄 They offer meals, mostly traditional food. They have it ready for you and clean up after. Breakfast is about $1.25 and lunch/dinner is about $2. I find they eat super late, like 10pm, but you can custom order your meal for the time you like if you give a little notice. Location is decent. Bus 5 mins walk to town. And closer shopping in both directions about 10 mins away. Overall Ive been very impressed. The rooms and bathrooms are simple, mostly clean, but for me, it meets all my needs and surpasses in all ways regarding customer service. Id definitely recommend to my friends. Infact 2 have already come to stay, and theyve also enjoyed. The pics are of my room.

Great place to stay if ur lookn for simple, clean & not expensive...they even do meals. We stayed nearly a week.. Definitely come back again when in Kigali next.

A pleasant stay for a couple of nights. The hosts are a great couple of guys with good English. Will be staying back there again. Location is 1000 Rand bike ride to city centre & bus station.
