Rotten fish burnt chips. Grease and filth

Beautiful fish and chips. Chinese dishes are very good and a good variety to choose from. Quick service, good location and pricing, serving portions are very good size for all dishes. Good all round food offer.

Even tho the shop looked overcrowded it was tidy but the food that day in May 2022 was cooked deliciously good

Hit and miss we have had good Chinese there and then had a few really really vbad fish and chips disgusting the owner also trys to scare people out of getting a refund by yelling and intimidating them

Not impressed. Pork was hard and either overcooked or old or both. So much for sweet and sour. Sorry but that was disappointing. I was close to bringing it back. Anyway that is how it was.

Called down for a quick take out meal Fish n chips.. snapper,potato fritter couple of pineapple fritters and half scoop of chips ..it was ready within 10 mins .the fish was delicious rest of meal was tasty..only far too many chips...I wish theses outlets would cut the scoops down or even have $1.00 scoops...there is not much you can do with leftover chips except feed the birds...I will order again but without the chips...thankz

Made a order, picked it up. More than 4 items missing. Made another order explained what was missing, picked it up and again missing items. The little twelve year old girl was useless and rude on the phone.

Always been my favourite. Chezzy wezzy not much chips but soooo good. Fish is pretty average. Chinese takeaway amaazing. My fav is the noodles they are so good.

Wow. Still the worse tasting and smelling fish Ive tasted in my lifetime. I would only go there because the chips were amazing .but heard they had new management so thought I would give the fish another go only to find the amazing chips were also gone o well. Go to shellrock they have great meals I live in bayfair but travel up the mount to avoid girven rd.

Grandkids favourite place for potato fritters, hotdogs and sausages. Fluffy well cooked potato, crispy batter, tasty sausages. Always a hit!!

The fish (tarakihiwas so yummy and a decent size.Also got the chicken friend rice with cashews. Rice a bit sticky and no onion which I think makes friend rice. Possibly some more vegetables as there is so much rice. Generous amount of cashew nuts.

Real busy place. Youll need to phone and order ahead to save waiting around. Nice fish (hugesausages and chips are very tasty. 4 stars for the wait but would have been 5

Given Rd takeaways is unbeatable. Their food is Non greasy, cooked to perfection and full of flavour! We never go anywhere else.

Really nice chippies, actually the best we have come across so far in the area including bobbys. They were nice a crunchy and perfectly salted. Place is 10 years overdue for a makeover though.

This is our local and even cater my GF needs -Food so great and nice to see it being prepared BUT please please tidy shop up as I am now embarrased to take hungry friends there.

The fish was like fluid!? Never tasted a fish like it before in my life. So disgusting. The chips were great dont trust or buy fish from here youd probably get sick. I have no idea what fish it was. I will go in regularly sacrifice a few dollars to purchase items and see if they meet health standards

Great value , ordered a family pack, sweat sour pork and a fried rice , both fish, chips and Chinese have shown it’s quality and quantity, well recommended

Ripped off. Ordered sweet and sour pork with rice. They give you LESS sweet and sour pork and charge an EXTRA $5 for enough rice to feed 3/4 of a person. And the food is low quality. Never again you thieves.

Really generous and nice chips. Fish could be fresher and less greasy. Chinese food is very nice and not greasy. Prawn chips were dissapoingly stale.
