Tastes like the Giordanos I get in Chicago. Best reheated pizza in the air fryer ever. Definitely better reheated the day after.

Im from Chicago and always went to the Original Giordanos Pizza place. This particular Giordanos has the same great Pizza I grew up with in Chicago! The Stuffed Pizza is the best! Fresh ingredients, fresh vegetables, mouthwatering stretchy Cheese and flaky crust! A real taste of Home Sweet Home Chicago! The restaurant itself is a little modern, but could probably use a little more ambiance, other than that, you wont find a better pizza place in Minnesota, hands down! Come try it! You WONT be disappointed!

They have great BBQ Chicken Pizza & Side Ceasar Salad-Omg, So good! Yum! 🙂❤️😋

Overall friendly, came on a weekend but it was steady business... Thank God this is here, I havent had a deep dish since back home in Chicago. I miss my 53rd street location but Im happy to visit Richfield.

Came here due to my parents being in town and craving deep dish pizza. The experience was amazing. The waitress was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. We ordered a large deep dish pizza which took about 30ish minutes to arrive (every pizza is made fresh, so can take 20-45 minutesThe wait was absolutely worth it! The pizza was delicious. Probably one of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Pretty standard chain franchise feel. But friendly staff, quick service, and good value pizza.

Busy location. Calling ahead or setting reservation is recommended on the weekend. Location is proficient with their pickup/carry out operation. Staff were very friendly. Parking lot can be a traffic jam.

I give it a 3 not because the deep dish pizza was not good but because of them adding 3% to the bill to recoup losses but they do not tell you about it. When we questioned it they took it off the bill.

Deep dish pizza was excellent! Very cheesy and filling! We also ordered the mozzarella triangles for an appetizer since the pizza is a 45 minute bake time. Nice server. Manager checked in on us to make sure everything was going well.

We lived in the Chicagoland area for a few years, and Giordanos became our go-to for deep dish pizza (at least among the popular chains). This was our first time trying one of the Minnesota locations. The pizza had the same great taste as always. Our pickup order was ready on time and the staff was friendly. My only reason for four stars is that the pizza is very expensive. It took us about $80 to feed five people. If youre looking for fast or cheap, this is not the spot.

My kids’ favorite pizza, so we always go when I visit. Never a bad meal. Deep dish takes awhile, so if you don’t like waiting, call ahead and order. They are fine with that. We’ve been lucky to have Joy as our server our last three visits and she is the best! If management reads this, please know she’s a treasure and deserves a raise!

Sorry to say but I probably won’t be back. Davani’s deep dish is as good, if not better, for a lesser price and better service.I’ve been to this location a few times, as well as the uptown location that closed. In my previous experiences there was a long wait for deep dish pizza, despite placing my order in advance over the phone (deep dish pizza takes about 40 minutes to cook).Today I called at 5:45, and arrived a couple minutes before 6:35-the time I was told my pizza would be ready. It took about 10 minutes after I arrived to get my pizza and it was barely warm. The two tables next to us received pizza with visible steam coming from it, but they definitely had been through the annoyingly long wait. The pizza was still good, but disappointing considering the situation. I feel like you either have to choose between an obscene wait time, or having pizza that’s not fresh. That’s not acceptable for me, especially when considering the price.

Dont reserve the party room, you will not get it. Booked a week and a half in advance. The day before the party I called to order pizzas for the party and the manager tells me he was going to call me and tell me. What a poor excuse, and to wait till the last minute not to call me. Dont book at the Richfield MN location!

I ordered carry out from Giordanos and it was very good. The pizza was hot and fresh when I picked it up. The restaurant looked very clean and I was greeted and I didnt have to wait to pick up my order that I had prepaid for. I will definitely order from here again and I would like to try a dine in.

Pizza was amazing! Quite possibly one of the best pizzas i have had in my life. I appreciated the fact that they list on the menu, and server mentioned, the fact that a pizza would take around 45 minutes. I dont have a problem with that when its known up front and the quality of food is good.Staff was very bubbly and personable, and interacted with my 2 year old and treated her like a person.

It’s Giordano’s! The best pizza in Chicago, now in the Twin Cities.The deep dish pizza is delicious. It takes a long time to cook it to perfection, especially the large, so don’t expect it to be out in 20 minutes. It won’t be. Get an app or two and have a drink and relax.Giordano’s pizza is delicious. I’ve only tried the deep dish, so I can’t review any other type. If this location were closer to my house, I’d go there more often.The wait is worth it. It’s a big pizza and it’s filling. The 3 of us ate the whole pie, but we certainly weren’t hungry afterward. Pro tip: know what you want and order as soon as you sit down.The location is kind of funky to get to, especially using Google maps. Maps brings you through the back of the parking lot/strip mall. At least coming from the direction we came from. Giordano’s is a stand alone building off of a different street, in the parking lot of the strip mall. You’ll figure it out.I’ll be back to Giordano’s the next time I’m in the area and have an hour to eat.

Deep dish pizza king. Italian roast beef. Everything was good. The large pizza provided us with three more dinners. Staff were all friendly and efficient

Food wasnt as good as the Chicago but it definitely hits. The Manager was amazing. Took our order him self fter our waitress had attitude. Very rude.

Very disappointed!! Almost one hour wait with only 3 tables. The table that ordered a deep dish after us was actually served first. 🤷🏻‍♀️I guess the fact that there was only 3 tables during lunch should had been a red flag.Pizza definitely lacked flavor and crust was kinda doughy.

Came here for a birthday.. located in a nice neighborhood and has friendly staff. The food was amazing and the over all vibe felt great. Id recommend this place for gathering with friends.

The deep dish Pizza is usually delicious but they do tend to cook them at this location a bit crispy compared the the Chicago locations

I got a personal size deep dish pizza. It was not very good especially for the price. I got a 6-inch Pizza and a starter house salad and it came to $24 and some change. I would not go here again

We just now visited for Deep Dish Piza. Simply Yummy in Taste ,you will Love it.The more pleasurable experience was their Service with Smile.There is clean restroom. The table arrangements are nice . You have an Option to sit in Open tooThe parking is spacious. The atmosphere also pleasantIf you are in Minneapolis, and you like Deep Dish Piza , then You Must Visit to Enjoy your Savour.

The service wasn’t too great here we waited quite awhile to get refills. We also got the appetizer sampler that had cheese bread, boneless chicken nuggets , and mozzarella triangles. It was absolutely horrible their wasn’t anything good about it. It seemed like it was all previously frozen food no flavor and chicken was hard. We ordered a deep dish pizza meat and more meat. There was barely and meat , cheese , or sauce on it. This was definitely not a Chicago deep dish pizza. I wouldn’t recommend eating here again. I figured that with 5 or 6 people in the restaurant on a Friday night was not a good sign unfortunately!

Had Medium Vegetarian Deep Dish Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread.Pizza and Garlic bread both were good.

We went to celebrate a birthday. In our reservation notes, I included the occasion. Without even having to ask, our server Stephanie brought a dessert at the end of the meal! Service was very friendly, and the deep dish pizza was delightful!

Went to Giordanos in Chicago many years ago, decided to try here. Best pizza weve had since moving here a couple years ago. Well balanced, not too much crust, cheese or sauce but the right amount of each with great flavors. Will need back.

Wow Wow Wow…let me tell you guys I give this pizza 5 stars. I have a few deep dish pizzas in my life outside of Chicago and this place is delicious. The pizza cooked perfect not over baked or under baked. Just perfect for the flaky crust to have a slight crunch at the bottom but soft inside that was cooked perfectly not that chewy texture you’d get from underbaking crust. The ingredients tasted fresh. The red sauce itself was delicious not overly seasoned or too much sugar just right to complement all the ingredients. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Go check this place out and see for yourself. I did not get any appetizers so I cannot speak on that but the Chicago deep dish is worth it.

I didnt care for it. Someone said the crust was like a cracker and Id say thats accurate. It came out in a reasonable time for deep dish but it took over 15 minutes to get some boxes and pay. Would be nice if you could customize the pizza. The Chicago style came with way too many green peppers.

Its safe to say this place is Top 5 in the Twin Cities metropolitan area when it comes to deep dish pizza quality. The crust is flaky without being "bready" and the sauce flavor has an authentic seasoning without being too sweet. I cant give it 5-stars for two reasons that need to be considered part of the review: One, the ambience is poor with its stamped concrete floors and noise. Two, its borderline ridiculously expensive. Dropping $60 (before tipfor lunch for two on a medium pizza with one extra ingredient, an appetizer, and non-alcoholic beverages, is a bit over-the-top. Give it a try, knowing that its probably not going to be your go-to pizza stop.

The pizza was pretty awesome, but it took a super long time to get it. Still worth the wait though!

We ordered a stuffed pepperoni pizza. The stuffed pizza is its own unique style; its not for everybody but this location executed it to perfection. The crust is flaky and buttery like a pie crust. The sauce and cheese were excellent. The pizza was very filling. Our waiter was pleasant and polite. I would absolutely eat here again.

I stopped in and had a 5 meat deep dish pizza. It was great. They staff was really helpful in helping pick out the pizza. Ty.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Ordered Chicago deep dish. It was like eating a bowl of cheese and pasta. It was no pizza. Service was good credit to waitress

My husband and I stopped in here to try a new to us pizza place while I’m the area... we were impressed with the atmosphere and how nicely it was set up for dining in with Covid. Our server was kind but lacked personality and I took a star off because even during COVID, our dishes we were done with, which I stacked nicely on the edge of our table, should be cleared when our main course was brought out... they weren’t cleared at all!! That is frustrating. Our pizza was very good and they allowed me to sub our chicken sausage for regular pork. I would recommend this place to swing into when you are in the area!

Ordered the deep dish Pizza was ok. Not the same as in chicago. The texture of the onion was still like it was fresh and raw. Crust was a little harder than what I have tasted on chicago. The only difference between a regular pizza and this chicago deep dish was a layer of mozzarella cheese. Cost was almost 3x chain pizzas.

Giordano’s Pizza 🍕 $27.90 for a small “extra crispy thin crust” anchovy, pepperoni, bacon, pineapple, mushroom & black olive pizza ⭐️⭐️ definitely not worth the hype & way overpriced. I’m not a huge fan of these pay-a-different-price-for-each-topping-you-pick kinda places. Even though I like Punch Pizza. This pizza wasn’t so “small,” but the price is a little extensive for the quality of it. It didn’t taste any different than any boxed pizza I’ve had or any other take-out pizza I’ve ordered. & for an almost hour wait for each pizza, eh. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.Service was excellent though.

A must experience for pizza lovers. 🍕 The deep dish pizza is a different experience to enjoying pizza. The chains origin are in Chicago. Theres a reason its called the Chicago deep dish pizza- the pizza base itself is a huge deep dish which makes the base possible to hold loads of cheese, sause and toppings! Dig in deep in the flavours of the deep dish. They also offer think crust and regular style pizza. Have option to choose from variety of menu pizza or make your own for truely personalised experience. Have appetizers menu and drink options. Has great ambience and good serving. One deep dsh pizza can serve 2-3 people! Good place for family and friends to enjoy an beautiful evening or a lazy morning!🍕

Joy was a wonderful server. Ambience was great and the pizza delicious! Fair warning, it takes 45-55 minutes for the pizzas to chime out but worth it.

We lived in Chicago for a while and have not been back there since we moved. We loved the deep dish pizza there and especially Giordano’s. Now that we live in the Minneapolis area we noticed there was one close by to us and we knew we had to go. My wife surprised me for an early birthday dinner here a few nights ago and it felt like we were in Chicago. It tasted just like we remembered. It’s definitely an experience you have to plan ahead for because you have to wait about 30-45 minutes once you order your pizza. It’s just like this in Chicago and we feel that it adds to the experience. Great pizza and great service! If you haven’t been before, you need to add it to your list.

Just like in Chicago. If you are in the mood for deep dish pizza this is a good place to go. Just remember that it can take 30-40 min to make your pizza. Not sure if you can order ahead. Come hungry - although it makes for great leftovers the next day. The service was good too. The waitress was great with my kids.

We ate their pizza before in Chicago and this location does not disappoint.Their crust is crisp and flavorful, not to mention the cheese on their pizzas, its my favorite part. We ordered the classic and it was really good.Be aware that their deep dish style pizzas take anywhere from 35 - 45 minutes to prepare, but thats the price to pay for perfection.Our server was very friendly and polite. Our waters were always topped off.

Was kinda expecting "great" pizza & it fell a bit short & was just "good". It takes a good 45 minutes to get, which I was expecting but when I finally got it, it was just lukewarm. So I sent it back to get warmed up & it took another 15 minutes & it was slightly warmer. The flavor was good. My friends pizza came out hot so mine might have been a fluke. The gal that waited on us was not very attentive, had to ask for drink refills. She was friendly enough. I may try one more time since it was my first visit just to be fair.

Great pizza, my wife and I ordered the small deep dish and only ate half. Very filling! Great atmosphere and clean, which is a rarity nowadays. Thanks is for the experience. Also, go just at opening for an empty house and fast service, as you can see from my pictures.

Its not the Giordanos in downtown Chicago but its not too shabby.. Decent service, we had two individual pizzas. One pepperoni, sausage, pineapple, and banana pepper. The next green olives, onion, and green pepper. No beer as the nitrogen was down.. Everyone needs to have beer 🍻 and pizza 🍕.

Best deep dish pizza in the area. Its doughy with good flavor, but still has a crispy bottom. You cant go wrong with any of the pizzas here. Had a custom meatball, green olives and peppers.

We had great service and our salads were good, but their signature style pizza is not for me. If you want to eat just a bunch of cheese, youll love it. If you want something that I would consider balancef...not so much. I may try a different style pizza sometime and update my review.

We got the Chicago Deep Dish to try to relive our amazing experience in Chicago....pizza was ok, not nearly the same. It wasnt as high/full or filled with toppings. They said it was going to take 45 minutes and it wasnt busy at all when we went...took a little over an hour. Our server was nowhere to be seen and I kept having to find them to get stuff like refills on beverages, our tab, and boxes. Not sure Id visit again unfortunately.
