The food was good, however the wait for it was not worth it. We asked for the waiter 3 times and we only managed to order an hour later. The order for half of our food was not placed and it arrived an hour after we ordered it. Overall, we had to wait for 2 hours to eat. Also the bathroom wasnt clean.

This place used to be one of my favourite places in Skopje but every time we are coming here lately their service degraded a lot. Their excuse is always the same: we’re sorry, it’s been really busy, some of our staff are off bla bla bla. Too bad!

I waited 20 min for the waiter to come up. I wonder how much longer I would have to wait.

Gino is definitely past its prime. While the service was good, the food was a disappointment. We received a mixed salad with a snail in it. After complaining we got another one, now with a hair. The pasta was tasty but they didnt bring what we ordered. Also they are lacking a lot of items on the menu. Id recommend the gelato because its still one of the best in Skopje.

Food was average, especially for the price. Ordered a Caesar salad and a Quattro Formaggi pizza. The salad was flavorless and the pizza, though it tasted good, was nothing more than a Margarita. Beyond the food, the service was terrible. We didn’t mind waiting for the food, but the waiters took ages to even get our order or provide the bill. When we asked for the bill (20 minutes after we asked for it first), they were impatient and snappish. Overall, for a restaurant of its caliber, we expected better service.

I loved the pizza, the wine and the ice cream. However, salad was kinda tasteless and the bruschetta didnt remind me of bruschetta. 😄

First time trying their pizzas and the Quattro formaggi is nothing more than a Margarita. Other than that the crust is thin which was of some comfort.Service is relatively fast. They are known for the ice cream but it is left for another time, maybe.

They serve in broken plates and recently the cakes were not fresh.Better maybe to go for the ice cream or choose another restaurant.

The main waiter today practically made us sorry to sit in their restaurant. He was so arogant told us we need to wait! to get a chair after 30 minutes waiting to get served. One of the worst experiences Ive had with waiters in high profile restaurants with one of the most expensive prices in the country! I apologized to him for bothering and sitting on a table to eat family lunch on a sunday! I will never go there again

Very good, the food is great, and its made very fast, i waited about 10 mins for the food.

Taste of the food was great but the staff made us wait 1 hour and 20 min to get 2 beers and forgot to pass the food order to the cook.

Terribly Disappointed!Food was allright, it was not the worst and certainly it was not the best!Service was TERRIBLE, staff keeps running around (actually runs), they stress you out with their unprofessional attitude, especially the staff named Dragan was awful, literally he threw plates on table, we had to ask for forks 3 times which initially he should provide before the food and he was showing aggressive/ dominant attitude!On the other hand, they certainly does not follow any covid rules. Cooks have no mask, waiters are not wearing it properly, they touch everywhere and then they touch your plate to bring it to youThey should be well trained to be hospitable!I do hospitality business more than 15 years and this place is almost the worst one that Ive seen!

The real Italian restaurant in Skopje. I always enjoy my bisteka alla Fiorentina. Dry age high quality beef. Home made pasta and pizza. Great choice of wines from North Macedonia. Great place during a sunny day located in the park, and for dinner with friends. The icon of Skopje restaurants.

Worse service in the world, I’m open air restaurant with 30 tables outdoor, they have only 3 waiters, so you have bad service, non polite waiters, they don’t even ask if you like the food or not, because they think that they are the best .P.S. it’s not only to have the name and reputation, you should continue with good name .P.S.S. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FOR PROPLE WHO ARE USED TO BRILLIANT SERVICE AND KINDNESS

Horrible food. Overcooked pizza with awful cheese. Bitter crepes, missing ingredients in the dessert. The only redeeming quality is the service- the waiters are excellent.

This one and just one more place has italian style pizza in Skopje! The rest of the menu is superb as well. I would eat anytime here! Good work chefs!

Had to wave to waiters for 15 minutes in order to be seen. Ordered a pizza for which I was waiting at least 45 minutes which came without tomato sauce. It definitely wasnt as good as in the past, the tasty Italian pizza I remember. Price perspective, its almost the same price as if you eat in Italy. On the table were no napkins, vinegar, oil and salt. Dont even serve fresh tap water while guests waiting their food, leaving them to get thirsty on 30 degrees. It feels like they lost their sense of hospitality and food quality.

One of the oldest Italian restaurants in Skopje. Service is good and on time. The food is always excellent. I recommend the grilled calamari, they are very tasty. The gnocchi Quatro formaggi and any kind of pasta. Also very tasty ice-cream 🍦

We ordered for take-out, the prices were sky high and the food was borderline terrible. I ordered pork ribs and when I opened the lid the was one big piece of which 90% was fat and 10% undercooked meat, with around 15 pieces of soggy fries.Expected a lot more since this is a reputable place.Will definitely think twice before ordering from here.

Awful place with the worst service ever. I dont know what happened to my favorite restaurant where I use to go at least once a week. I was waiting for 16 minutes while nine waiters were around me. Some of them were flirting at the entrance door, some where setting the empty tables but none of them made the effort to take my order. Every single one of them was a middle-aged man with, what looked to me, a chauvinist and rude behavior as they were passing indecent glances at the guests evaluating them if they were worth their attention. This makes me really sad as I loved visiting the place for the best pizza and ice-cream in town. From now on I will avoid it as far as possible.

I was ear-hustling on the flight over. I’ve a heard a local mention Gino’s being the best Italian restaurant in all Skopje. Of course, I had to try it! Gino’s did not disappoint! We order the seafood platter appetizer. The most tender octopus tentacle, I’ve ever had. The squid ink pasta was amazing. I had to try the white truffle pasta, also amazing! To top it off, the service was impeccable!

Real Italian food, but best is the dessert shop with all the nice cakes and ice-creams.

In the second floor of the mall, very good restaurant. Fast service, very good staff, delicious food. I had a bolognese and an ice cream after, both were very tasty. And the prices are reasonable. Cool Italian restaurant 👍

Great pizza, pasta and sea food. It looks ok. If somebody likes lasagna here is the best. Nice view on the center.
