Great atmosphere, very good food and friendly stuff… parking is a little problem but overall great ! Kids friendly ❤️We love this place !

The place has really nice garden, however the food is just awful, the beef was chewy and brown (did not look fresh), had such a bad stomach cramp afterwards. I was here many years ago and food was really great but the past 2 times the food has been awful (chef change)The staff don’t seem to know how to work in a restaurant and was really awkward such as handing you the food plate from far and not putting on the table or not knowing what food your ordered when bringing the food (only 4 people), also after ordering an expensive bottle of wine, I was handed the wine glass to test also from the next table, nothing was actually put on the table by the staff and no one seeks to know any info on their wineSoufflés came in 5 minutes which means it’s bought from somewhere else and warmed in the microwave and it did taste like thatDefinitely do not recommend or going back there

This used to be a very good restaurant but it seems it’s been sold to new owners (ignore old comments, they are irrelevant). Staff was nice but sleazy, the whole experience just felt wrong and the food was blunt and did not feel fresh at all. The crown was lava cake which came two minutes after it was ordered - microwave reheat, voila! Not coming back and CANNOT RECOMMEND! 🛑

Nice place with great Mediterranean cousin

Was here with my girlfriends on NYE. Excellent service! Food was great too, whatever my friends ordered was great however, I felt the spaghetti with shrimps were a bit too oily and the spaghetti was undercooked a little but very flavorful regardless.My friends ordered tuna steak and seafood risotto - both loved it. Price was decent.My favourite was Pana cotta and the ambience of the restaurant.

Good looking restaurant and garden, however, the waiter was not very welcoming and the food is all right. The Mussels were very tough, as if reheated and the carpaccio wasn’t the best cut. I Wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

We stayed at Hotel Ametyst and got our Dinner here. Its cosy, the service was very friendly and every dish we had was great. Recommended!

Very, very bad. Next time I should follow my gut feelings and turn around and leave.Everything was just wrong. We came for diner, started with martini - was served with black olives :/ and tasted like it was diluted with water. Wine we ordered wasn’t available so got recommended another bottle at the same price (800,- CZK). The bottle wasn’t cooled! Which is quite crucial for white wine. So we had to wait until it chilled in the ice bucket so it was drinkable. Food is quite expensive but the quality is way below average. Beef carpaccio was super chewy, beef tagliata was overcooked, spinach from my dish was over salted etc. etc. Basically nothing was quite right.Service didn’t save the situation either. Interiors past their best years long time ago. Overall it is a big NO.

Nice food on this Balkans-italian restaurant

Just awesome. Our hotel manager suggested this restaurant. We had a 3 course dinner, starters, chicken soup, tuna steak and tiramisu for dessert Excellent service, great food, excellent wine, great decoration. We will come again for sure.

A nice cozy place, prices a bit on the high side. However the plieskavica was excellent. Do recommend.

Too expensive for the average level of service. Staff was friendly, but not service oriented. We had to look for the waiters ourselves, repeatedly asked them to bring salt and pepper until we borrowed it from neighbouring table, reminded tree times about the drink order. Food was tasty. I would have given 4 stars if the prices were 30% lower. But with given pricing one expects more professional attitude.

Good restaurant of Italian cuisine. Mussels in white wine smelled like sea, and I still hesitate if I liked it or rather didnt 🤔 On Thursday evening we were the only custemrs. So the waiter was very polite and gave us all his attention. Cozy playground for kids.

We really loved our meal there our first night in Prague. The waitress was very nice and the place was almost empty at that time of evening. We meant to come back while there, because it was very delicious, but we missed it in the end.

Delicious meal. Had the November special of spicy spinach pasta with cherry tomatoes, calamari, and broccoli. No complaints.

Good food, the service is a regular Czech service, but what pissed me off really big was a 40 czk charge for a tap water, this was the most expensive tap water I drank in Prague. For comparison, even the soup was cheaper.

We got voucher from ametyst hotel so we went there for lunch.From the beginning because of this stupid voucher we were treated like some 2nd category clients.We could only order from lunch menu and we were informed about in rude way.Sorry we didnt know...Our waitress was kind of bitchy and she just kept throwing dishes on our table.Food even for lunch menu wast just so so.

Food is excellent. Service is slow, like really slow. Not enough light in the garden so you do really see what you are eating, if you are there in the evening

I have been there several times, and I go every time I can. Although sometimes they are not perfect and could be slow, I just didnt have "great" food once (too much cooked fish), but the rest of the times I have enjoyed the fish they have in the menu. The personal is very polite, the terrace great, and one thing extremely rare to see in Prague: they keep open even after the closing time.Highly recommended (even for non-smokers, as far as I have seen people dont smoke inside if there are other clients around).

Well, that might be a bit of a big statement. But I can say that with lunch specials between 120 and 150 czk, its a fantastic value. Youll get beautiful food, made with love and inspiration. In the summer months you can eat in the garden in the courtyard. Dont miss this place if you live or work in Vinohrady!
